06/12/2025: We ate well... Interesting traditional Venetian dishes. The service lost a star, but overall everything was positive.

01/12/2025: I arrived on a Sunday evening at 8:00 PM, and while every restaurant in Bassano was packed, there was no one here, just us and a lady at the back. Lots of staff, and above all, a very friendly and professional waiter. An old-fashioned atmosphere, inspired by the menu that even bowling clubs don't have (unsightly). Various choices, and nothing to complain about in terms of variety. Appetizer with mushrooms, soppressa, and polenta (too dry)... Polenta and cod (the cod was okay, but the polenta was still too dry). A tiny salmon steak with chips. A plate of carpaccio. Water and house wine. And finally, two coffees. 110 euros. My son only ate a small piece of salmon and chips. My wife a plate of carpaccio. And I had polenta and cod with the appetizer. I'll leave it to you to judge.

22/03/2026: Unfortunately, the hospitality is only superficial. The owner, along with the staff, is completely incapable of handling intolerances/allergies. If that weren't enough, they dismiss specific requests with a dismissive attitude and are well-versed in demanding excessive payments for a poor service.

15/03/2026: We ate very well, featuring traditional recipes and some revisited ones. Everything was very good, and the service was attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.

19/11/2025: Great for a business lunch. I see they have some Vicenza merchandise; maybe we can watch the games if they're open. It gets crowded, great atmosphere.

08/03/2026: A pastry shop so popular next to a playground can't possibly have a single toilet, and no clothes hangers at that. And if at 9:45 on a Saturday morning the most popular pastries are already sold out... it seems they're banking heavily on the glorious past that brought this place fame.

11/11/2025: Top products...especially the meringues and maritozzi. This place could use a little interior renovation. The staff who work there deserve praise for their service.

28/02/2026: Passing through the area, we returned to this place, which we had frequented often several years ago. I remembered it as a sort of paradise, full of appetizers of all kinds, always incredibly fresh, and accompanied by excellent wines. This time, things were different. Perhaps it was the time, just before 2:00 PM, but the selection of appetizers was minimal. There were only stuffed olives, meatballs, and fish balls. The wonderful fried fish I remember was missing, like so many other specialties. So we had to settle for some canapés, average and not unforgettable, a plate of tagliatelle with duck ragù, which were decidedly good, and three meatballs, which were average. In addition to the usual half-gallon of water, I had a glass of prosecco, scant and not very fizzy—in short, not much, the worst I've had lately. The prices for the cicchetti aren't displayed, which isn't a good thing. The two owners aren't particularly friendly. The final bill, €37, was decidedly excessive for the quantity and quality of what we consumed. €12 for a first course is a good trattoria with a nice tablecloth, not a tiny table with a sheet of paper. I don't recommend this place and won't be returning.

24/09/2025: The gnocchi with rabbit meat is one of the best dishes I had in Italy, and the tiramisu is addictive. The restaurant is very clean I strongly recommend.

10/09/2025: Great little pizzeria in a retro style. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean toilets. I didn't wait long for my pizza. I had the Ciocis pizza and it was delicious. I recommend it.

07/03/2026: One evening I went there for dinner and a bite to eat, and I left the restaurant thinking I'd just eaten one of the best burgers I've ever had. The meat was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. They also had excellent beer and whiskey. The staff was impeccable and friendly. I've been back several times.

20/07/2025: A delightful discovery in Isola Vicentina! I stopped by for a business lunch and was truly surprised: refined dishes, meticulous attention to detail, and the flavors of true gourmet cuisine! It almost feels like eating in a Michelin-starred restaurant...and yet, we're in Isola Vicentina! The service was impeccable: attentive and kind, but also friendly and down-to-earth, which made everything even more enjoyable. A place worth discovering and definitely worth keeping in mind. I'll gladly return!

22/02/2026: The brusche at the Ristretto are phenomenal, absolutely worth trying. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, and the owners are fantastic. Definitely worth a try.

22/01/2026: We had a family dinner at Ristretto 104 and were thrilled. The bread is definitely the highlight: not the usual supermarket slice, but perfect bread, crispy on top and bottom. We tried both the classic bruschetta and the "Speciale" and were impressed by the balance of the ingredients, distributed so well that every bite was complete and flavorful from start to finish. The beer also deserves a mention: excellent and expertly drafted. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality and attention to detail. We'll definitely be back!

13/12/2025: An experience to repeat! A trattoria serving traditional Venetian dishes (I recommend the radicchio pie, the bigoli with duck ragù, and the tender roast beef with fries and cooked vegetables). The waitresses are very friendly, and the wine is delicious (especially the Rabosello, Prosecco, and Moscato Dolce).

09/11/2025: The food is excellent, and you can see the expertise in the kitchen. Unfortunately, there are some flaws in the service, such as only giving one piece of bread per person. The restrooms are decent, but in winter you might encounter a few penguins, so be careful!

16/02/2026: I gave it full stars because the location, food, quantity, final cost, and service met my expectations. If you're looking for a place to eat—"portions," pardon the simple term, but good and plentiful—you've come to the right place. For those of us who are budget-conscious, I had a plate of cheese gnocchi, chicken cutlets and fries, bread, and a bottle of water for barely €20. I'll definitely be back.

25/01/2026: The pizzas are excellent. The first course with penne all'arrabbiata was superb. I still have to try the fish dishes. Very good prices. I tried the wood-fired sea bass and the marinated anchovies side dish, and it was absolutely delicious! I also loved the spaghetti with garlic, oil, and chili pepper (plentiful and wonderful for only €5) and the spaghetti carbonara. Very good prices. The "lemon delight" dessert is another gem. Excellent and honest.
