Osteria Pitanta In Rossano veneto

04/07/2026: I've been passing by it forever on my way to vacation, but I'd never considered it. Yesterday, July 3rd, at 12:30, we took the wrong path and ended up there, hungry and thirsty. There were already several diners on the terrace, and to be on the safe side, we asked if we could have toast or sandwiches and beer. The very kind girl said yes and invited us to take a seat. While waiting, I saw beautiful plates of gnocchi, polenta, and stew, mixed platters, and more, being brought out. Our two sandwiches with soppressa, one portion of Asiago, and two beers went down without a hitch. Meanwhile, other tourists with dogs and bikers arrived, who were quickly accommodated and served. Finally, I went in to pay, and the owner showed me her homemade desserts. I thanked her, confirming that the next time I go up to the Altopiano, I'll stop for a regular meal. For me, 👍 😃
