10/02/2025: We recently went to the Da Politano restaurant/hotel and had an overall positive experience, but with some sore points. Let's start from the strong points: the food is really excellent! The dishes are well prepared and tasty, in particular the mixed fry, crunchy and not at all greasy, was a real delight. The menu offers a good variety and the quality of the ingredients is evident. However, at the time of the bill we noticed a charge for a service that we did not use. This ruined the experience a bit, because we would have expected more transparency. Overall, we recommend the place for the quality of the cuisine, but we suggest checking the bill carefully before paying.

17/03/2025: The pizza is very good and generous with toppings, the dough is delicate and not too salty like the first times. Digestibility without problems (normal dough, ditto for double dough). The place is not very large, often noisy when too crowded or the television is set to the Vicenza football match; the owners are kind and nice. Unfortunately, given the limitations that exist, to get a pizza on weekends you have to arm yourself with patience and call hours in advance (provided they don't tell you NO and this is bad for a customer). The waitresses are some kind and conversational, others are not suited to working in contact with the public. The loyalty card for every 10 pizzas is much appreciated! Affordable prices and (unfortunately) increased from the beginning of February 2025.

03/04/2025: A hidden gem. Easily my favorite place. The staff make us feel at home with their warm, welcoming disposition. The food is delicious (don’t sleep on their specials) and reminds me of a home cooked meal. The decor is rustic and warm and the sommelier keeps good tunes playing. I can’t imagine anyone being disappointed after eating here.

16/03/2025: While the atmosphere (1980s and 1990s vinyl music jams) and the service (very friendly staff) are pleasant, the food offerings are mediocre relative to other options in the neighborhood. We have been here three times over three years, and each time, the atmosphere and service were good, but the food was underwhelming. If you want to grab a quick snack and a drink, this place is a fine option. Enjoy the music and the friendly staff, but walk a bit farther and enjoy your lunch or dinner elsewhere.

06/04/2025: Very nice pastry shop, a little small inside but a splendid garden with numerous seats outside. Availability of incredible brioches, mignons, and a special pasta that changes every week. Pan Suisse, an Oscar-worthy brioche!!! Whenever I can I go to enjoy their masterpieces. Super!!!!

23/02/2025: Ci han messo vicino al bar perché avevamo con noi la nostra piccola barboncina nana e il tavolo poi si è rilevato come il migliore nella pace assoluta e davanti a una vetrata con vista. Mangiato benissimo, consiglio i funghi e la griglia mista favolosa.

18/02/2025: Un’ottima scelta per chi cerca cucina di montagna autentica, con materie prime locali e piatti anche vegani. L’atmosfera è accogliente, perfetta per un pranzo rilassante. La veranda è consigliata alle coppie, anche se la vista è un po’ contrastante: da un lato il suggestivo altopiano, dall’altro un meno romantico campo da calcio. I primi piatti sono gustosi e ben preparati, anche se un po’ troppo carichi di burro. I secondi sono eccellenti, ben bilanciati nei sapori e con ingredienti freschi e di qualità. Il vino discreto, senza infamia e senza lode. Il conto è nella media, ma alcuni aspetti della gestione potrebbero essere migliorati: i tavoli sono molto vicini tra loro e la necessità di prenotare con orari prestabiliti riduce la flessibilità, dando la sensazione di voler ottimizzare il numero di coperti sacrificando l’esperienza del cliente. Nel complesso, un ristorante che vale la visita per la qualità della cucina e l’atmosfera piacevole.

17/12/2024: Bar but also and above all tavern. You can have lunch very well at a reasonable price while in the evening it is only open as a bar. Few tables so I recommend calling. Typical Venetian dishes.

15/04/2025: Very welcoming pub-style pizzeria restaurant and also excellent for entertainment and for eating something alone or in company and also for public and private parties, the food is good and reservations are welcome for those in a hurry, the pizzas are also available to take away
