15/03/2026: We visited this restaurant in Valeggio sul Mincio as a couple. Overall, the experience was pleasant and the food was good. We shared a mixed fried fish appetizer, followed by a main course each (beef fillet and octopus), two desserts, two glasses of wine, and sparkling water. A small tip: for the beef fillet, it would be helpful to ask for the cooking preference so you can enjoy it exactly as you like. Since we're in Valeggio sul Mincio, I would also have expected to find the typical "Nodo d'Amore" tortellini, a local specialty, on the menu. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was clean and pleasant. The final bill was €95 for two, including the 20% discount through TheFork. Overall, perhaps a little high for the amount we ordered, but still a good experience.

28/02/2026: A wonderful dinner with two dear friends. On Carnival Friday, the gnocchi were a must. They were excellent. We had previously ordered a rooster for two, which was delicious and tasty. Our third guest opted for a slice of beef, which he found equally delicious. After dinner, we wrapped up the evening by playing billiards in the upstairs dining room. A lovely evening. We'll be back.

04/03/2026: We tried the trio of tortelli, which I'd say were excellent! The place has limited seating, but it's very nice and, above all, has a family atmosphere. Reservations are recommended. Excellent value for money! We also had the sbrisolona with cream for dessert, which was also delicious!!! Everything was homemade. And with our coffee, they brought us two delicious shortbread biscuits. Excellent wine selection too. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely worth a try!!!! Not to be underestimated, while we were waiting for the tortelli to cook, they brought us two crostini with mayonnaise and asparagus. These were also very good!

03/03/2026: We had dinner at Osteria L'Incontro with a couple of friends and were truly thrilled with the experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great kindness and warmth by the owner, an extremely helpful and attentive person who immediately made us feel at home. Before sitting down to dinner, we were offered a delicious welcome aperitif in the cellar: hand-sliced ​​prosciutto, olives, pickles, breadsticks, and an excellent Prosecco. A much-appreciated gesture that made the beginning of the evening even more special. The dinner then continued on the ground floor, in an intimate and refined setting, with soft lighting creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The ingredients are of excellent quality, and each dish feels prepared with care and passion. We highly recommend this experience to anyone seeking good food, a sincere welcome, and a warm and convivial atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

25/10/2025: Very green surroundings, close to the bike path to the fishpond... The outside is beautiful, with plenty of seating, a playground for kids, and lots of greenery. Service. Unique ordering at the register: from a price list they leave for you, you write everything down, go to the register and pay, then they bring your food and drinks to your table. Excellent service. The food is decent. Good beer. Medium-high prices.

13/09/2025: Visited here in the late afternoon and sat at an outdoor table. They serve a variety of drinks, and if you order cocktails, they come with a complimentary light meal. Staff were good and helpful, and they can speak English.

17/01/2026: We ate pumpkin tortelli, beef rib, and cooked vegetables, accompanied by a good bottle of Marion Cabernet. Everything was good (average), but the service was unresponsive, as one would expect from a restaurant of this type (especially considering the presence of two small children). It's hard to understand why some tables were offered limoncino and grappa at the end of the meal, while other select tables were not offered anything, not even at checkout.

22/12/2025: The pike and polenta appetizer was truly delicious, despite the generous amount of oil I dripped off by tilting the plate. The steak was tender, and the wine was good.
