The atmosphere is elegant yet familiar. The food is truly excellent (especially the butter tortellini and the rib-eye steak). Excellent service. Highly recommended!

My girlfriend and I went for lunch at this lovely little restaurant in Borghetto sul Mincio. The first thing that struck us was the warm welcome from the staff. The tortellini were fabulous, as per their tradition, and the meat-based main courses were sublime. I recommend this experience to everyone. Carlo gives Carlo's pizza.

If you find yourself in Borghetto, this is definitely one of the places to consider for the traditional "nodo d'amore" tortellini. They have several menus with various pairings at a more than fair price. Unfortunately, we happened upon it during a very chaotic holiday season: crowded inside, everything outside was set, and many people were waiting. It almost seemed as if the place was understaffed or not organized enough to handle this situation. That said, the quality of the dishes we ate was high and deserves attention.

Excellent restaurant, with a diverse menu and a decent selection of à la carte dishes. I recommend the love knots in a Grana cheese basket, hand-made by them, a real treat for the palate. We had a pleasant evening.

My experience was very good. Lunch for two, a mixed platter and tagliatelle with Angus ragù, followed by Angus steaks and sides. What can I say, everything was delicious and the service was very efficient. This place exudes a sense of history, a place steeped in centuries-old tradition. A truly wonderful combination.

18/05/2026: Wonderful bakery with very tasty products, good prices and great coffee!
09/04/2026: We had some sweet pastry, brioche pistachio, sime chocolate and some apple tarte (this was the best) and they were absolutely amazing. The quality and the taste is of a big name bakery, not of a small town one. Haven't ate something so good in a long time. The coffee it was also good. Id tou are in the area, it's worth taking a small detour. :)
