07/12/2025: A welcoming and informal place, with very friendly staff who immediately make you feel at ease. Excellent food at a fair price. I also appreciated being able to bring my dog along for the meal. I'll definitely be back when I'm in Valeggio again.

16/02/2026: This is exactly how you imagine Italian food to be. Honest, unpretentious, unpolished atmosphere, genuine Italian service, and fantastic food! Locals eat here. We had the tortellini and were absolutely delighted. Very reasonable prices. We felt completely at ease!
07/01/2026: We found the restaurant by chance; we were immediately greeted with kindness, professionalism, and friendliness.
We had a quick but truly excellent meal.
First course: tortelli: cacio e pepe, radicchio and Monte Veronese, spinach and ricotta, and the excellent tortelli from Valeggio. All handmade, fresh, and topped with excellent butter. This dish alone was worth the visit! We then treated ourselves to a platter of local cured meats; authentic, fresh, and flavorful. We would have liked to continue with dessert, but we were full. The portions at this restaurant are generous.
We left satisfied: a restaurant worth trying!

18/03/2026: Very nice place, very clean bathroom. I only had a drink, but inside I spotted tortellini and desserts that seemed to suggest something.
13/03/2026: The seating area by the Mincio River is fantastic. We had coffee ☕ and cake 🍰...it tasted delicious, but it was totally overpriced. The waiter needs to work on his presentation. We'll definitely come back, but to a different place. I really think that's a shame.

18/02/2026: Overall, the food was good, except for a couple of hairs in the tortellini (inside the pasta).
Very friendly staff, especially Cinzia!
Prices were a little above average, and the tables were honestly a little too close together.
27/01/2026: Very nice terras under the trees, hidden from the blistering sun and with a lovely view on the river Mincio with its sounds from the small cascades and the old town. The staff put in all the effort to serve and advise us on their menu. Even though they were closing between 2 shifts, they let us empty our glasses in all tranquility. The evening shift would make out table clear. But we saw where they put their laundry/table cloths so we did it our selfs as a token of respect.
We had the suggestion of 4 kinds of tortellini which is a speciality of the village. Very tastefull!

I thought I'd find a rustic place with quality, home-cooked food, but instead...
I ordered a tortellino (the only positive thing), two steaks, and two mixed vegetables... €50🤯
The menu says €5 for mixed vegetables, they serve three small plates of vegetables soaked in oil, and they charge €4.50 each for three small plates... which doesn't match the menu...
Stale smell, damp tablecloths, and the "waitress/owner/assistant chef/cashier" who serves and comes in and leaves the kitchen with hairs from I don't know what on her shirt...
We won't be able to stomach either the meal or the bill easily.
20/12/2025: We had lunch here for a graduation party and were treated wonderfully and warmly by the hostess. The food was truly high quality, with tortellini clearly handmade with care and passion. Above all, we noticed great attention to detail and a genuine welcome. We will definitely return for similar occasions.

05/07/2025: Se cerchi un luogo dove accoglienza, quiete e comodità la fanno da padrone allora l'Agriturismo Cà Del Gal è quello che fa per te.
Le proprietarie sono venute incontro alle nostre esigenze sia di orario di arrivo (in tarda serata), sia nell'utilizzo della piscina e della camera.
L'ottima colazione è stata la ciliegina sulla torta del nostro week end. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto provare il ristorante, ma anche in questo sono state molto disponibili a suggerirci ottimi ristoranti dove cenare.
Da tornare!
22/06/2025: 2 giorni in questo agriturismo. Buona ospitalità da parte del personale, pulizia e stanza molto grande (quadrupla) in una zona dependance "incanto" comoda sia per la vicinanza con la struttura principale sia per il parcheggio vicino alla stanza. Bella la piscina dove si può godere di un buon relax. Colazione curata con molte varietà di marmellate fatte da loro! Se devo trovare un difetto direi la non possibilità, in questa stagione, del ristorante in loco che ti costringe a cercare in zona. Mi sarebbe piaciuto provare a rimanere lì un giorno intero senza dovermi muovere con la macchina per pranzo e cena. Agriturismo che consiglio!

01/06/2025: Ambiente curato a gestione familiare, cibo ottimo, servizio gentilissimo con le signore deliziose che ci hanno informato sulla provenienza dei nostri piatti. Prezzo nella norma,consigliato.
16/05/2025: Ho cenato, unitamente a mia moglie, la sera del 16 maggio. Cosa dire? Tutto perfetto: servizio, pietanze, igiene, gusto. Siamo stati serviti da una signora che solo a fine cena ci ha detto essere la figlia della proprietaria. Un location che ha superato le nostre aspettative.
Torneremo sicuramente.

11/02/2025: Ristorante annesso all'hotel gestito dalla proprietà che è presente in loco.
Lo consiglio vivamente in quanto oltre ad un menù vario di tutto rispetto, offre un conto finale molto onesto.
Abbiamo preso un antipasto di salumi misti e un Luccio con polenta, a seguire un Tortello zucca tartufo e speck impiattato /2 e un Tortello patate Monte veronese e rucola.
Piatti equilibrati nel gusto, ben fatti e generosi in quantità.
Allego foto e scontrino. Ovviamente torneremo.

15/09/2023: Tornati dopo un po' di tempo e dobbiamo dire che il cibo è sempre eccezionale.
Stasera furi menù c'era il luccio con polenta veramente strepitoso.
01/09/2023: Posto molto bello con vista spettacolare sul Mincio e su Borghetto. Abbiamo mangiato su questa bellissima terrazza. Piatti ottimi, curati e abbondanti. Servizio attento e discreto. Sicuramente da consigliare e da tornarci.
