11/05/2024: Three of a kind: - courgette tortelli, pecorino bacon and savory zabaglione - ⁠tortelli with Monteveronese, caramelized Cibolla and stracciatella - ⁠basil tortelli, buffalo ricotta and Confit cherry tomato We took this trio and I must say it is truly exceptional.. a restaurant promoted for service, welcoming location and food.. highly recommended!

26/03/2024: Lovely place, we had lunch opting for the trio of local tortellini and ravioli, delicious, I would have gladly had an encore. Finally we tasted a house cake. Excellent location located on the river. Praise for the friendly and professional staff.

23/03/2024: Today I went for lunch in this Demu's Stube and already at the entrance we were greeted with cordiality, I won't tell you what the environment is like because there are 1000 photos that explain it better than I can, but I will tell you that I ate really well , fresh, abundant food, and with sublime beers. What more can I say... go there and you will be happy P.S. I took the photos halfway through lunch because we immediately started eating and not taking photos.

18/03/2024: We went for lunch with family and relatives after visiting the village. The restaurant is not located exactly inside the walls in the center of Borghetto, but on the outskirts. The place is beautiful with various rooms and a small outdoor terrace. A bit of confusion in the area between the bar counter and the exit. To pay, there are lots of waiters coming and going that make you feel like you're in trouble. The male and female bathrooms are joined in the anteroom and are then divided into the nearby toilet doors (made of plywood, open underneath, swimming pool changing room style). Little privacy. We ate well, paid the right price for where we were. It's a shame that we received a bottle of wine from a winery that we hadn't requested at the table, we drank it anyway and tried to request it the next time...wait wait, they forgot to take note, after the new request, they bring us back the "wrong" one from before, we ask for explanations and we are told that as a classic Valpolicella he only had that one left. We expected an explanation sooner. Apart from this inconvenience and the somewhat slow service perhaps due to the crowds, I must say that everyone is very friendly. They accept pets.

17/03/2024: The children's menu was prepared immediately and nothing to say about this, after half an hour they brought the starters to the adults and after an hour they brought the second courses, too bad they forgot about the first courses. The jugged hare was tough and I personally didn't like it very much. But the tortelli with buckwheat and asparagus were really good.

The only area for improvement would be the service; it would enhance the dining experience if the waitstaff could be more engaging and display a cheerful demeanor.

02/04/2024: We had dinner at this restaurant. The place is typical, tidy and clean, it gives you a feeling of tranquility. The staff was really very kind. The menu has traditional dishes, not particularly brilliant (perhaps more suitable for foreign tourists).

29/03/2024: I chose this place for a romantic dinner with my husband, because I wanted a romantic location and at the same time one that made us feel at ease. The kindness and helpfulness of the staff did the rest. All the dishes we tried were excellent, I recommend the tortellini in broth and the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. The house Custoza is also very good. We'll be back!

11/05/2024: The Love knot served in a basket of Parmesan wafers is delicious. The tortelli tasting tour is also interesting, as is the selection of cheeses with honey. It is worth sipping the wines of "il Cavallino", produced by them. Finally, the meal ends with many homemade sweet options, including fruit. They have a wonderful internal courtyard!!!!! Excellent spaces, I recommend it :)

10/05/2024: We stayed in the castle room which was very clean and comfortable, very central location and very close to the Sigurtà park. We also had dinner in the restaurant and it was all delicious
