07/04/2025: Terrible place, the hygienic conditions are really scary, the food is very poor, I got salmonella because the food was spoiled, reported it.

09/04/2025: Delicious food, reasonable prices, great service. Loved the Carbonara and Spaghetti Alle Vonge (with clams). Bruschette and Caprese were perfect starters.

08/04/2025: We sat down at the table, there were a crowd of ants 🐜 🐜 🐜 for food companies, we should leave immediately, but instead that, we moved the other table, what regretting thing I have done! The food serviced on the table, the very first thing I saw was a piece of hair on the top of the food 🤮👎👎👎, and tasted nothing, beside salty, was expensive and horrible experience 😫

10/03/2025: Ambos teníamos platos de pasta que eran muy sabrosos, el servicio era muy bueno y el precio era razonable, estoy sorprendido de ver la calificación de 2 inicios, me alegra que nos topamos con este lugar y lo probamos. También volvimos para el almuerzo y ambos tenían pizza, que también era muy agradable! El servicio y la comida eran buenos en ambos momentos!

07/03/2025: Primero tratamos de ir a la sucursal de Oke Santa Lucia, cerca de nuestro hotel, para pizza sin gluten. Nos dijeron que allí no ofrecían gluten gratis, sino que iban a su otro restaurante, a 10 minutos. Estaba realmente a unos 30 minutos a pie, en un barrio muy tranquilo. La pizza estaba muy bien, no es la mejor pizza que he probado. Teníamos una ensalada de lado, otra vez, está bien. La pizza sin gluten era promedio también, pero bueno que podían atender a alguien con celíaco.

24/02/2025: Ieri sera sono stato invitato ad una festa di compleanno in questa pizzeria. Delusione massima, non solo per gli ingredienti della pizza da me scelta che, fatalità, non c'erano (vivono di quello; ma no comment) ma dal trattamento vergognoso che ci è stato riservato. Arriviamo alle 19.20 il cameriere ci viene a chiedere di ordinare alle 19.30, noi chiediamo un po' di tempo perché arrivi l'ultima invitata causa imprevisto. (un po' di tempo, non 10 ore) . Sì DIMENTICANO completamente di noi fino alle 20 quando una cameriera molto maleducatamente ci dice che dobbiamo andar via alle 21.30. Le facciamo notare che devono ancora prenderci le ordinazioni. Arrivano finalmente a prendere gli ordini alle 20.15. La pizza ci arriva alle 20.40. Alle 21.30 la cameriera cafona fuori dei modi (dateci un occhietto al personale che assumete) ci impone con molta maleducazione di alzarci " che doveva sedersi altra gente". Neanche 50 minuti per cominciare a consumare la pizza ed il dolce, anche quello da menù, in 12 persone: tipo mucche alla mangiatoia: neanche parlarsi. Inutile commentare. A parte gli schifosi "turni" del maledetto covid (che sti profittatori di troppi locali hanno consolidato per sempre, riempiendosi le tasche e facendo mangiare la gente peggio che a Betania), la famosa "gente" che doveva sedersi al nostro posto non si è fatta vedere per gli altri 10 minuti che siamo stati lì a sbaraccare e pagare. Bugia per sbatterci fuori? Non importa. Preciso: eravamo una tavola da 12 veneziani per una ricorrenza: siamo stati costretti ad aprire i regali su una panchina davanti al locale. Schifo assoluto. Complimenti; avete perso 12 clienti LOCALI, CON AMICI E FAMIGLIE ANNESSI e, sapete, con un altro lockdown causa i più svariati motivi, i vostri turisti del sabato di carnevale che vi mangiano 2 catorci in 5 teste potrete farveli accomodare...diciamo dove meglio volete. E vi starà bene. Vergogna. (p.s. le Associazioni Consumatori hanno calcolato che su una pizza il guadagno netto è del 400%. Ma sta' pancia non è mai piena)

24/02/2025: Un plat de poisson grillé exceptionnel pour 2 ( en fait pour 4 ) : 3 variétés de poissons différentes, coquilles st Jacques, poulpe, encornets, ganbas, langoustines, le tout d’une fraîcheur irréprochable, cuisson parfaite, un simple filet d’huile d’olive et un jus de citron.et le plus : un tiramisu vénitien vraiment très bon .

04/01/2025: La nostra esperienza in questo ristorante a Murano è stata purtroppo deludente. L’antipasto di pesce, che ci aspettavamo fresco considerando la posizione, è risultato chiaramente surgelato, senza alcuna nota di sapore che giustificasse la scelta o il prezzo. Anche il vino lasciava molto a desiderare: un prodotto di qualità mediocre, che non si addiceva al contesto e al livello di spesa richiesto. Il fritto di calamari era accettabile, ben cotto e non eccessivamente unto, ma accompagnato da verdure palesemente surgelate, un dettaglio che ha ulteriormente abbassato il livello complessivo del piatto. Il conto, nel complesso, è risultato sproporzionato rispetto alla qualità offerta. Considerando la posizione suggestiva del locale, ci aspettavamo molto di più, sia dal punto di vista culinario che dell’attenzione al cliente. Unica nota positiva: la posizione. Tuttavia, la splendida vista non basta a compensare una cucina così trascurata. Purtroppo, è stata un’esperienza deludente e sicuramente non da ripetere.

21/02/2025: Terrible brioche, €1.60 for a definitely defrosted brioche with a spit of chocolate, practically an empty brioche. Worse than average coffee and unsmiling waitresses. How can you not start the day well 🙄

09/04/2025: Very rude staff, the waitress took the order and reread it for confirmation, and in the end she brought the wrong dishes, I asked to replace it and she replied badly without changing the dish. Place to forget...

19/04/2025: The staff is very friendly and the hotel is well located, however the room is in a terrible state… The mattresses are more than doubtful, back pain guaranteed, no bedside table Above the sink no lighting bulbs missing air conditioning which makes an infernal noise all night and set to 25 degrees...At reception we are told that it is not possible to lower the temperature and we have to open the window..The bathroom mirror pitted deplorable condition and outside the room this was not specified when booking.... The toilet floods the room when you flush the toilet. We asked if it was possible to have a more comfortable room with the bathroom. At reception we were told that there were free rooms but to confirm with a manager we were finally told that this was not possible although we had clarified that we agreed to pay a supplement… Breakfast to avoid…Hotel to avoid

15/02/2025: El camarero era encantador, la comida estaba bien. Sin embargo, cuando fui a pagar la comida a la recepción hubo un problema con su máquina de tarjetas que llevó al hombre a volverse hostil y enojado conmigo. Nunca más asegúrese de tener efectivo (o no vaya)

30/12/2024: Abbiamo guardato il menù dal sito e c'erano delle pietanze di carne, ma arrivati sul posto c'era solo la cotoletta alla milanese, richiesto il pane più volte perché non ci veniva portato, alla fine non facevano nemmeno il caffè...assurdo un ristorante dove non fanno il caffè Esperienza deludente

30/12/2024: Non abbiamo mangiato male, però: Sul menu erano indicati i seguenti prezzi: Cicale di mare 15 euro (addebitati 16 euro) Piatto del giorno (ravioli all'astice) 18 euro (addebitati 20 euro), oltre al fatto che la porzione era davvero striminzita. Peccato, era una tappa fissa per noi....
