23/07/2024: God pizza. Fik margarita. Vi bad og en flaske vand, havde forventet at det var vand fra fabrikanten, men vi opdagede at bandarolen på flasken var åbnet og det var vand fra vandhanen der var i flasken. Så pas på jeres maver.

10/08/2024: As others have said, food is decent, however, door man outside convincing you to come in with no cover charge, which is true, there was no charge. Once the bill comes though there is a "maggiorazione Tasse". Simply put it's a 15% increase/tax to your entire bill. Avoid this place and go somewhere less scummy. There is a reason it's mostly empty.

05/08/2024: Disappointment in everything.. frozen fish.. stellar prices.. very narrow tables.. lured at the entrance by a scammer gentleman.. you don't pay cover charge.. of course! The bathroom full of water... not even the good bread... at least not that... Don't stop here!

02/01/2024: I would like to respond to the lady who found the mandorlato at a lower price. Have you checked your weight? . In shops and supermarkets, they sell smaller packs, with 8 instead of ten tufts. It happened to me too. I even found it at double the price of the shop in a large supermarket in Milan....so to speak...

20/08/2024: I was with my 5 year old son who was tired, and he asked me to sit down for a moment. we took it to the counter and TRIED to make peace with it, we were "kindly" accompanied to leave. Yes, because eating at the table would have cost more... they wouldn't even give it to you at the counter. Never again!!

17/08/2024: I'm sorry, but I have to review a zero star welcome, after spending 9 euros for two simple ice cream cones we were told in a disrespectful manner that it was not possible to consume at the tables. I will definitely not return and I strongly advise against it.

01/09/2024: I booked two rooms in this hotel. The hotel has some positive aspects, particularly the pool and the very close location to the beach. Cleanliness was OK, but the hotel is old and run down, and there were many problems in the rooms. For example, the window in room 101 couldn't be closed because it was broken. The cost was good, 788 euros for five nights in one room (two adults and one child). The breakfast was better than expected, however the vegetables such as tomatoes and cucumbers were not fresh or of poor quality. The hotel restaurant was good and the staff was friendly. In the other room 306 the toilet was broken. I suggest renovating the hotel rooms, especially the windows, doors and furniture to make the stay more comfortable.

20/08/2024: The environment was okay. The menu included gnocchi with bacon and parmesan. My friend wanted them without bacon and that didn't seem to be a problem. I wanted to order them with bacon and the waiter said that wasn't possible. Either both with bacon or both without. He couldn't explain to us why this was so. The portions were relatively small. You could count the gnocchi on the plate on one hand. It wasn't filling at all and hardly tasted like anything. The gnocchi cost €15. The service was bad and unfriendly. It's absolutely not worth eating there.

20/08/2024: We had lunch here on August 16th. The restaurant opens onto the square, and eating outside is really pleasant, even in the August heat as there is a lot of shade. We ordered grilled turbot and spaghetti with clams which were really good. The service: professional and kind.

06/07/2024: Ristorante rimasto agli anni '70 in cui mangiare piatti tipici veneziani, poco rivisitati e tradizionali, buoni! Non ho apprezzato il servizio davvero poco professionale e cordiale. Posso capire che sia una città piena di turisti e turismo però ci sono modi e modi di comportarsi. ATTENZIONE: oltre al coperto si paga un servizio extra. Non mi era mai capitato prima d'ora... Una tassa per fregare il classico turista di passaggio... Chissà come mai non posso caricare l'immagine dello scontrino...

03/07/2024: Ecco un locale dove vale la pena fare un salto a Venezia! Un po' costoso ma dipende da cosa si mangia. Si eleva rispetto i ristoranti spenna turisti per rapporto qualità prezzo. Buono il servizio e location carina. A due passi da Rialto vale la pena.

07/08/2024: Bon emplacement, belle et large terrasse La salle est également agréable Tables très propre Idem pour toilette Personnel sympathique et accueillant Bon conseil selon nos choix Et Précis pour décrire la composition des assiettes De plus le serveur faisait des efforts dans notre langue afin de créer davantage de convivialité Concernant les plats Filet de Boeuf très apprécié et comme en Italie très peu de légumes donc attention si gros appétit, prévoir un accompagnement Les risottos sont corrects sans plus et la prétention laisse à désirer contrairement aux autres assiettes qui sont fort heureusement bien plus agréable visuellement Restaurant à tester pour sa position proche de la place ST Marc Sa très agréable terrasse La sympathie du personnel Pour la cuisine ce n’est certes pas inoubliable

23/08/2024: We picked this restaurant because it has lovely views over the water and they offered pizzas and pasta options - we thought that Italians cooking Italian can’t go wrong but we really wish we looked on Tripadvisor first :( I ordered tagliatelle bolognese and a pizza and my wife ordered a pizza. Service was fine and pretty quick but we weren’t in any rush as just wanted to enjoy our last night in Venice The pizzas were both ok but far from standards of other pizzerias in the area. They were also soggy in the middle but nothing scary. Then the tagliatelle bolognese came out, it had a really weird taste - nothing tasty like other restaurants make and I noticed it was microwaved straightaway due to it being red hot on the outside and cold in the middle. I thought it’s still edible though and mixed it together to make it warm but I really wish I had sent it back then… I’ll never make that mistake again Roughly 5 hours after eating I felt the need to be sick in intervals of roughly 30 minutes between them. It was waking me up and causing havoc, made worse even still when my body decided to be sick out the other end too, was pretty horrific to be fair. This carried on through the night and slowly stopped nearer check out time at the hotel. I’ve been left to feel weak, and my body is a wreck after this experience with the restaurant. My wife hasn’t experienced any of these symptoms and is perfectly fine - the only thing she didn’t eat was the bolognese which is why we are honing in on that being the reason for this review Would advise everyone to stay well away here. This is totally unacceptable and had we had more days in Venice I would be taking this up directly with the owners of the restaurant. Please stay well clear!
