21/05/2025: Definitely the worst coffee place I've ever visited in Venice 😒

20/05/2025: Food very poor, below average. The view and location add to this place. But overall not worth it. Prices inadequate to quality.

03/06/2025: The tapas was REALLY good but quite small portions. Drinks were great, and the service (especially by Lana) was excellent. Toilet was fine, and we had quite a nice view. The creamy codfish was SO SO good it is definitely a must try!

06/04/2025: Encontramos este bar en nuestro primer día para un aperitivo rápido, pero luego volvimos para las bebidas de la noche. Gran pequeño lugar justo detrás de la plaza de marcas de calle. Personal amable y en el interior es precioso italiano tradicional. Eddie es genial, las bebidas son buenas también. Ahora he estado de vuelta cada noche durante nuestra estancia.

24/03/2025: Πολύ όμορφο πολύ κοντά στην πλατεία του αγίου μάρκου μόλις μπεις από το ρολόι προς το ριαλτο δεξιά . Πολύ ωραία τα σνακ και το φαγητό και ο καφες Είναι κολλητό με το bar aria condizionata. Συνεργάζονται μπορείς να αγοράσεις από το ένα και να κάτσεις έξω στο άλλο

27/04/2025: Es un lugar encantador junto al agua para cenar y ver la puesta de sol. Elegimos el restaurante por sus opciones de gluten. El camarero estaba muy bien informado y nos habló a través de las muchas opciones. Están muy acertados con los requisitos dietéticos y tienen tres tipos diferentes de mozzarella (regular, sin lactosa y vegana). El vino de la casa era muy agradable. Experiencia encantadora.

20/04/2025: Pesce fresco molto buono e location stupenda ma purtroppo porzioni troppo scarse e servizio scadente: non ci hanno spiegato il menu (per esempio abbiamo preso delle polpette di alici e non sapevamo che erano accompagnate da patatine fritte perché non era scritto sul menù quindi abbiamo ordinato una patatina a parte che non avremmo preso se avessimo saputo) poi non ci hanno portato posate finché non le abbiamo chieste e abbiamo dovuto chiedere degli altri piatti perché erano troppo pochi dato che eravamo in 2 anche se condividevamo non potevamo mica mangiare sul tavolo... poi per quello che abbiamo mangiato (un po' di antipasti e un branzino in 2) il costo è stato troppo alto...sicuramente non torneremo più, peccato perché se fosse andata diversamente saremmo tornati volentieri

18/10/2024: We wanted to have pizzas but for some reason the chef went home. There was literally nobody here. The view was awesome, but the food… it wasn’t the best, it was just mid it wasn’t the best or the worst. The service wasn’t the best it felt like he just didn’t want to be there. He didn’t have any enthusiasm.😕

16/09/2024: Le aspettative sul cibo durante il festival erano già basse, ma il Caribe ha eccelso nel deluderle. Partiamo dalle cose migliori (si fa per dire), ossia il servizio. Sembrava che tutti i presenti in sala fossero alla loro prima sera nella ristorazione, non c’era divisione dei tavoli, passavano 3 volte a chiedere l’ordine, portavano i contorni assieme ai primi (consigliatissima pasta e patate fritte), ti propongono un pesce e alla domanda “che pesce è?” rispondono “Così, lungo, non parla”. Questo senza stare a guardare i modi del personale, che forse fossimo andati lì a chiedere dei soldi ci avrebbero trattati con più simpatia. Insomma, il galateo del cameriere volume I. Ma venendo alla parte succosa, parliamo del cibo. Pasta scotta, patatine fritte ancora congelate, risotto che sembra purea, per poi passare infine al piatto forte: il pesce -quello lungo che non parla- ripieno di vermi. No comment. Infine parliamo del locale, carino, bella vista, bollente e senza neanche un ventilatore. Belli anche i piccioni lasciati liberi di scorrazzare sui tavoli, lasciando piacevoli ricordini vicino ai tovaglioli. Mi spiace, ma la ristorazione non è per tutti, e posti così dovrebbero chiudere. Non basta puntare sul fatto che sono tutti turisti e ti basta fregarli una volta per farti lo stipendio.

06/06/2025: Very nice service and good coffee, we got a croissant (€2) and an espresso (€1.50) while sitting by the river. This is a really good price for the service and how close it is to the centre, and we will definitely return.

07/06/2025: We had a lovely meal on the evening of our arrival in Venice with very attentive service. It's a very cosy atmosphere tucked away from the main tourist areas, but still easy to get to. They have a very extensive menu - including one with photos of all the dishes which was helpful to send to our friends who were too tired from traveling to come out. We had assorted starters, pizza and pasta and enjoyed everything. I ordered an Aperol Spritz (very typical for Venice) and he assisted me with a tasting of 3 different kinds of Spritzes. I am eager to visit again next time I am in Venice.

10/06/2025: Surimi is sold under the guise of shrimp; it is not tasty and unreasonably expensive.

10/06/2025: Be careful. Grilled shrimp on a stick is not real shrimp but surimi (imitation shrimp made from fish with a sweet taste and not juicy)!!!

08/05/2025: Sabiamos que era rest turístico paramos so para tomar um vinho, e para ficar sentado vendo o movimento,existem boas opcoes com valor razoavel, claro que fomos de Amarone, os musicos pareciam desanimados, tocavam uma musica e paravam, o cafe do lado direito parece ser mais animado

08/05/2025: Evita este lugar como la plaga. Propietario caro, grosero y racista. 69 euros por 1 bebida de cóctel de frutas, sin alcohol, 1 botella de agua pequeña, 2 cervezas sin alcohol. Pagamos sin problemas y procedimos a utilizar el baño. El dueño acechó a mi amigo afroamericano, confrontándolo por usar el baño, e intentó evitar que otros amigos usaran el baño. Cuando le hicimos frente por su comportamiento inaceptable, dijo que no teníamos que volver. Mientras nos alejábamos, él estaba hablando a los otros trabajadores sobre nosotros y tuvo la osadía de despedirse. Este lugar es una desgracia para Venecia. Nunca volverá.

12/06/2025: A lovely restaurant with a great location. I can't recommend any gluten-free pizzas, as they didn't taste good and weren't nicely/deliciously presented or topped. They were also served in aluminum trays that were very floury on the bottom. This makes you wonder if they're baked in the same oven as the other gluten-free restaurants, since the finished dough in aluminum trays is actually delivered frozen. There can't be any gluten-free flour in them. It was truly the worst pizza we've ever eaten.

10/06/2025: We were there last night. It was relatively quiet, but still incredibly loud. My wife ordered fish that was completely overcooked, and the meat on my grill was inedible. When we complained, they waived the entire bill, including drinks, which I thought was very fair. We'll go back anyway. We'll see how the pizza tastes.
