28/12/2023: Good morning, let me start by saying that I have been going to this ice cream shop for years when I come to Venice and I have always enjoyed it, however, yesterday, I was very disappointed. I ordered a bubble tea as I usually do, this time lemon flavour, and it was very poor, so much so that it had a powder inside which, I suppose, chemically gave the tea its flavour. I didn't like it and I regret it since the previous ones with mango flavor were good. Maybe… Another VERY negative point concerns payment. It is not possible, as well as illegal, for the POS not to be accepted with the excuse that the machine is not working (other reviews also report the same modus operandi of the order if you wanted to pay by card). Finally, making tax receipts is an obligation, not an optional: there was never a shadow of it. Unforgettable…

19/05/2024: Je suis allé dans ce restaurant avec trois collègues et amis pour y déjeuner. Nous avions de fortes contraintes horaires (1 heure seulement entre 11h30 et 12h30). Nous y sommes rentrés à 11h30 pour demander s'il pouvait donc servir rapidement juste un plat. Ce fut accepté sans problème et nous nous sommes attablés. Ils n'étaient pas obligés car ils étaient en train de préparer l'arrivée d'un groupe immense de touristes dans la salle principale. La carte est on-ne-peut-plus explicative pour les touristes (multilingues, photographies des plats, etc.). Le choix fut rapide et nous fûmes servis avec célérité : spaghettis aux fruits de mer (très bon), spaghettis à l'encre de sèche (une tuerie !), fritto misto avec du calamar frais (tendre et non-caoutchouteux) et spaghettis al ragu (de bonne qualité). Après un p'tit café, nous sommes partis véritablement satisfait pour un prix raisonnable. C'est clair, si un jour, je reviens à Burano, j'y retourne pour y commander un repas complet. De plus ce restaurant est fréquenté, en dehors des vagues touristiques, par des locaux. Cet élément peut nous permettre de comprendre que les plats sont typiques et de qualité.

22/07/2024: We were out for a family dinner and then one of us didn’t want any food and they were pressured to purchase food and we didn’t want drinks and we were pressured to buy drinks as it was ‘law’ the portion sizes were way too small and we only got 5 small bits of ravioli and customer service was awful as we didn’t even get a thank you for coming and got forced to purchase food.

15/08/2024: Awful, very bad food and rude staff! There are some beautiful places away from the front, definitely visit there instead.

27/07/2024: Staff were unfriendly & everything was too difficult. The owner dressed in black turned lots of people away even when multiple tables were free. The waiters seemed scared of him & had to ask permission to seat customers. They say reservations only but then seat random people if the owners bi polar switched off for a moment. Shame really as such a beautiful location in the centre of Venice. 0 stars & won’t be returning!

03/07/2024: Un déjeuner incroyable, un véritable restaurant gastronomique dans un bar à vins. Le choix des produits, les techniques de cuisson, le montage des plats, la bonne humeur et le professionnalisme de l'équipe, tout est en place et de haute volée. Et que dire de la carte des vins de plus de 400 références, et on peut les emporter. Sans aucun doute un des meilleurs restaurant de Venise. Cerise sur le gâteau, le lieu avec sa cour extérieure est juste unique à Venise. A ne pas manquer !

24/05/2024: Sarà che siamo del settore... Sarà che capiamo che alle ore 14.30 siamo all ultimissima...e siate stanchi... Ma non abbiamo mai ricevuto un trattamento così... Non ci accogliete...sinceramente eravamo pronti già ad uscire e ritornare all'Outlet tanto panino per panino...non avevamo grosse pretese... avevamo solo bisogno di un attimo di relax visto che come Voi abbiamo un'attivita...e una giornata per fare tutto ciò che devi fare...con annessi e connessi... Il panino è stata una cosa vergognosa peccato a non aver fatto la foto...ma non siamo di questa generazione... Non sai mai chi ti entra dalla porta...chi io sia e quanti soldi io possa spendere... L unica nota positiva...la Ragazza che ci ha servito... Non è da me recensire...perché so cosa vuol dire...ma se devo consigliare...questo proprio no. Saluti

02/04/2024: Posto intanto molto grazioso, con un menu di mare molto interessante. Veramente molto buono il crudo di pesce, ma comunque tutti i piatti che abbiamo provato ci hanno pienamente soddisfatto. Certo che la spesa è un po' elevata, si potrebbe spendere qualcosina in meno senza mandare in rovina Lorenzo, e questo certamente anche sui vini. Niente da dire ovviamente sull'abbondanza e sulla qualità della scelta, ma la ricarica è un po' eccessiva. E' l'unico aspetto negativo perchè anche il servizio è più che positivo, ma non mi fa dare il massimo punteggio.

06/06/2024: Personal war etwas "unterkühlt ". Essen mehr durchschnittlich als gut. Calzone geschmacksneutral, Fisch Seeteufel war gut, aber die Bratkartoffeln waren eindeutig vom Vortag und nur kurz angebraten. Coperto mit 3 € pro Person eher hoch. Für uns keinen zweiten Besuch wert.

28/08/2024: Spending an evening with your family and arguing with extremely rude kids is priceless, while you're eating they come to disturb you to charge their phone, kids who sit on tables where people are eating, kids who occupy tables without ordering anything only to charge the phone by slouching on the sofas... exchanging them for a sofa in a nightclub.... guys who leave the residue of their trays everywhere, the curse reigns supreme... not to mention the parking lot where you find yourself sitting on the hoods of cars, rude scum and without respect for what from my point of view should be MC Donald... a welcoming place for everyone... instead in this place.... one is even afraid to enter.... x the people and their behavior worthy of a bronx or a ghetto....I really don't think I'll ever set foot again. Surveillance 0 ...I only feel sorry for the staff who have to endure and clean all the dirt left by customers....not to mention the indecency of the bathrooms.

30/06/2024: They charge you to sit inside, even if you’re sitting outside. Lovely setting for dinner along the canal but poor service and unimpressive menu.

15/08/2024: We came here for food expecting it to be tasty and high end due to the price but instead got food that was worth no more than a 10er. Flavour of the food wasn't great. The best thing about here would be the nice view beside the water so if you are planning on coming here, have a glass of wine or coffee I wouldn't recommend food .
