17/04/2025: Because this is part of my hotel and it was raining quite hard, I decided to stop in for dinner. I got the special price fixe menu because there were certain local specialties I wanted to try and they were only on this menu. Everything was basically tasteless, and overly greasy or very dry. The food and the service were below average and the house wine was terrible. I’m in Italy and had bad Italian food and wine. Unreal. The hotel told me that there was a discount for people staying at the hotel which I asked about before ordering - but found out upon paying that it’s not for that menu, and apparently not on wine. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t return myself.

01/04/2025: Il locale si trova a pochi passi dal Ponte di Rialto, in una zona tranquilla. La prima impressione è stata positiva, il personale mi ha fatto subito accomodare e mi hanno portato il menù e la carta dei vini. Volendo provare la cucina tipica veneziana, ho ordinato il menù da 25 € (antipasto, primo, secondo e contorno). Avendo prenotato tramite TheFork, il cameriere mi ha fatto presente che tale menù non era incluso nella scontistica, cosa che ho molto apprezzato in quanto, a mio avviso, denota professionalità e chiarezza. Antipasto e primo molto buoni, leggermente insapori le seppie alla veneziana. Piatti ben presentati e porzioni giuste. Servizio veloce, forse anche troppo. Nel complesso è un locale che consiglio. Si mangia bene e i prezzi, considerando che siamo a Venezia sono ragionevoli. Sicuramente tornerò in occasioni di future visite a Venezia

08/02/2025: they charge a supplement if you pay with meal vouchers they are thieves because by law you absolutely cannot, mediocre pizza, rude staff it seems like you are spiteful to them every time you order. never again

11/01/2025: They say they accept the meal voucher, then they add a surcharge so you can use it (never happened before). They keep the meal voucher and make me pay the full price!. That's why it's called fantasy pizza... a fantasy of making fun of customers. On top of that they have very poor quality pizza. I attach a photo of the meal voucher receipt withheld without having used it at all.

02/04/2025: We came across this restaurant by chance and had fried fish. Price-performance ratio is rather high.

12/11/2024: I'll start with the best and end with the worst. Positive points: The diversity and good taste of the dishes in the restaurant, the cleanliness of the rooms. Thank you to the kitchen staff, to the bar staff as well, to the women who took care of the cleaning and to Hugo who was the intermediary between the French and the hotel staff. For the negative: - Hotel located in a hidden corner. - Problem of supplying the supermarket, for hygiene products such as sanitary napkins or deodorant this poses a very big problem... - Yellow/brown water for 2-3 days for the bathroom faucet, great for rinsing your mouth... - Very small shower - Few outside activities and you have to pay for them extra. - It is forbidden to leave the restaurant with the water bottles provided during the meal, they are open and intended for the trash, I find it very stupid to throw away clean, drinkable water, especially when you see the color of the water in the rooms as I said previously. - In the free drink formula at the bar, they are... But not all! - During an evening at the bar, there was a TV broadcasting the Euro match (Portugal-Slovenia), there were around ten of us in front of the screen, the end of the first period was whistled, it there is an animation with young girls dancing, so far no problem but when the match resumes, the girls continue, they cut the TV and everyone must watch their own side if they want to see the rest of the match... None respect - Following a baggage problem at the airport, the reception staff told us that they would contact the airport staff to find out more (we arrived during the night from Saturday to Sunday). After lunch we went directly to see the lady for information, she replied "today is Sunday, I can't do anything"... Oh well??? On Sunday the airport is at a standstill perhaps... Pfff Monday no info, Tuesday the same in short, no need to expect anything from them... No luggage during the stay and returning home after several weeks, suffice to say it was a crappy vacation! - For hotel - airport transport it is +1 hour journey

30/08/2024: Mit Abstand das BESTE Restaurant in dem ich war !!! Egal was man sich bestellt es schmeckt so unfassbar gut !!!! Der Service , die Freundlichkeit einfach alles stimmt ! Danke für diesen Genuss!! Wir kommen immer wieder gerne !

12/03/2025: L'endroit est vraiment à l'image de l'osteria typique italienne, située sur une petite place tranquille à quelques pas de la place st Marc. Petit extérieur Les serveurs sont serviables et prévenants La carte est large et propose des spécialités. J'ai choisi les sèches à l'encre posées à même, en tas dans l'assiette avec une louche de polenta... bon mais bof aucune recherche de présentation Les pâtes ne sont pas à tomber par terre, servies en quantité très moyenne. Pas de quoi faire un détour.

04/03/2025: O restaurante é muito acolhedor, a comida excelente e o atendimento incrível. André e Zico foram prestativos e gentis!!! O linguini com frutos do mar estava maravilhoso!!! O tiramissú, o melhor. Preço justo!

08/03/2025: Ricordavo la vecchia gestione da cui ho mangiato per molti anni buon pesce pagando il giusto. Questa nuova proprietà deve lavorare molto sul servizio bottigliette di plastica, vino portato con un solo calice per 2 persone... A richiesta è arrivato il secondo. I tagliolini alle vongole erano buoni, la frittura mista da migliorare. Il conto atroce! Ho pagato meno per mangiare di più e meglio a Venezia vicino piazza San Marco lunedì di carnevale, che sicuramente non è paragonabile a porto santa Margherita deserto di sabato 8 marzo. Non va bene

07/03/2025: Lindo, auténtico lugar para el almuerzo. Vinimos por las opciones sin gluten, ya que tenemos un celíaco en la familia. Buen conocimiento de los alérgenos, todos teníamos pasta y era bastante bueno.

06/10/2024: Male waitress very unfriendly. Wanted to tell us where we should sit even though half of the terrace was empty. It was raining and we wanted to sit in a covered place where there were enough seats available. He chased us away from the seat in a very unfriendly manner and wanted us to sit where there was no roof and no one was sitting. No go. We left immediately. Next day the older lady was very friendly.

31/12/2024: Questo è il classico ristorante x turisti. Propone un menù turistico con porzioni lillipuziane. Non dico che n fossero buone. Ma secondo me, porzioni minori rispetto a chi ordina dal menù alla carta. Senza contare che chi ordina alla carta viene servito prima. Peccato. Posto comunque molto molto bello.

16/01/2025: Spuntino partenopeo Le mie amiche hanno preso la pizza tradizionale ma hanno scartato la "cornice" bruciata..l'arancino di riso e piselli era piuttosto piccolo e anche la parmigiana nel tegamino mezza porzione e il crostino simile a un biscotto troppo cotto. Ho pagato servizio ×2..non so perché doppio! Peccato perché il personale è simpatico..

04/01/2025: E' la quarta volta che pranziamo in questo ristorante dove la pizza è veramente gustosa e ricca di pomodoro di qualità, cosa rara al giorno di oggi per quella fascia di prezzo. Il punto forte però è il personale giovane e cordiale nell' assecondare i capricci dei clienti come cambi di posto oppure variazioni degli ingredienti. Si vede che gli operatori si sentono a proprio agio mentre lavorano, confermando con professionalità, simpatia e perchè no quel tocco partenopeo che li distingue. In un ristorante non conta solo il buon cibo ma la capacità di farti sentire a casa. Bravi. 10+

29/03/2025: We lost hundreds of dollars here because they did not inform us of check-in requirements. My friends had booked this hostel for 6 people and 2 nights, March 27-29, and chose not to bring our passports because we were traveling from within Italy. When we got there (around 9 pm on March 27th), they told us that they could not check us in without our physical passports- no exceptions. This would have been completely understandable if it had been indicated, however, the website said that any valid ID would suffice, including driver’s licenses. If they had clarified that foreign driver’s license’s were not valid then we wouldn’t have this issue but being led to believe that we could check in with ANYTHING valid is unacceptable. We were advised to walk to the police station (across the city with all of our luggage) to tell them that we all lost our passports and needed to get temporary passports. Lying to the Italian police does not seem like the best advice for a receptionist to give out. The staff was incredibly unhelpful and flippant about the situation, despite the fact that we would have to a.) walk around the city all night b.) have nowhere to sleep or c.) spend another few hundred dollars to go elsewhere. For a tourist destination, they need to specify on the website what ACTUALLY counts as a valid ID because historically, we have been able to use our USA driver’s licenses or passport scans. We understand that confirmation of identity is critical for safety, however, they also need to make it clear to guests that physical passports are required before arrival. Telling guests that all forms of identification will be accepted then proceeding to not accept any form of identification (aside from passports) is a downright lie. Allowing us to lose hundreds of dollars, as a result of a lie, is a downright scam. The policy is fine but the enforcement was completely unacceptable. Paid for services that we did not receive.

27/03/2025: Pretty gross. For some reason the rooms smelled like pee and I saw this in other reviews so must be a systematic problem. Also the bathrooms were covered in black mold and the floors were covered in water most of the time.

12/04/2025: Scarce and low quality dishes, oversized prices and delivery of dishes without an order.

05/04/2025: We went to this restaurant on Saturday for lunch, the staff is really friendly, we had the pasta with clams and fried food... the pasta was really well seasoned and good... the fried food was super fresh and light. Good value for money.
