Attended by a nice family. Food was good and priced reasonably.
04/10/2025: We really enjoy having breakfast here. Drink prices are at the usual Venice level, and it's close to St. Mark's Square. My gluten intolerance is lovingly catered for here. The staff is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is okay. I would describe it more as a typical student café. If possible, sit outside. It quickly gets too hot and crowded inside.

07/12/2025: Prices too high in my opinion, with portions not very balanced, in the past I had eaten a cutlet decidedly bigger than a fist, pork at too high prices, calling it mixed cut with a little polenta, large sandwiches but without accompaniments, I regretfully have to change my opinion after years, I remembered that this Dinner was the best!
05/12/2025: Worst place to have dinner. I don't recommend the pizza slices, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to wait too long. The staff is also rude.

01/09/2025: Unfortunately, my visit to this ice cream parlor was very disappointing. The ice cream itself was okay, but the service was extremely unfriendly and spoiled any joy I had. I didn't feel welcome as a guest.

12/10/2025: So if one could give negative stars, now would be the time. The only tasty thing was the wine.
Otherwise, the worst food we've ever eaten. And not cheap either.
The bread basket placed on the table for all of us could just as well be the leftovers from all the tables. Because whatever wasn't eaten, whether wrapped or unwrapped, was put back for the next guests and their bread baskets.
That was the point where it was all over for us.

28/01/2026: Restaurant to avoid - the menu offered at the entrance was not on the menu distributed to customers. After ordering pasta with chili peppers and pasta with clams, the plates were practically thrown on the table, the portions were insignificant, and one plate was cold. Adding to our flat spritz, we asked for a glass of sparkling water, which was served unceremoniously. After expressing our dissatisfaction with the food, drinks, and deplorable service (in Venice!), the waiter took it very badly.

16/03/2026: I arrived with low expectations based on the reviews I'd read. But quite the opposite, the hotel was fantastic. Yes, it's an older hotel, and the carpet was a bit faded, but nothing major. Everything was very clean, the room was very comfortable, and the location was excellent. The receptionists were also incredibly friendly. We arrived many hours before check-in, and they told us our room was ready, so we were able to leave our luggage and get ready to explore Venice.
15/03/2026: Dirty room, filthy carpet, we didn't stay and had to look for another hotel

10/11/2025: We went a couple of times to order Aperol and some snacks to take away, and everything was great. Very friendly staff and fast service. Highly recommended.

17/02/2026: A complete rip-off. We went in because the sign said they had a set menu, so we asked the waiter for the menu, and they just told us we could create our own meal from it. He served us reluctantly. We ordered spaghetti with cuttlefish, which tasted like spaghetti with canned tomato sauce. The chicken breast was drier than a bone. The bathrooms were full of feces, and there were cobwebs everywhere. To top it all off, they charged us €10 for service, even though the service was absolutely terrible. We definitely wouldn't go back, not even if they paid us.
14/02/2026: The worst restaurant in the world. When we wanted to leave because of the loud music and awful smell, he came and asked what the problem was. I didn't want to answer. He started yelling and screaming at me inside the restaurant. Then he swore at me. We went in without checking the rating. I won't make the same mistake again.

07/01/2026: We went in for breakfast and ordered macaroni and ham and cheese sandwiches. The macaroni was dry and looked like it had been sitting in the window for four months, making it taste awful. The sandwiches were much the same—very bad for what they advertise on the menu. When we went to pay, they charged us €59, adding €2 to each item without any prior notice. In short, the food was poor quality and the prices were exorbitant. I absolutely do not recommend it. Oh, and I almost forgot, they don't speak English, only Chinese.
03/01/2026: I saw the bill and wanted to die, it was so expensive. A tea for €6.50!!!! The service was fine, but NOTHING justifies that price for a tea you can buy in a supermarket. Another negative point, albeit a minor one, is that there was only one bathroom available.
