07/09/2025: We ate pizza from here several times while we were in Sottomarina. Both at Ice & Fire - and as a take away. Every time it was a really positive experience 😀 Super good pizzas and super friendly service. (You can get 1 large pizza to share with different fillings on each half, if 2 smaller pizzas are too much). Can only recommend the place 😄
03/09/2025: A rather unpleasant Italian, just as you'd imagine them.
We don't know how to say prosciutto, so he pretends he doesn't understand anything.
And that famous jamón of discord was really not good.

No consideration or care for the customer (when we asked for an extra chair at the table, as there wasn't one, the owner continued to be on his phone). Not good enough!

30/08/2025: My most expensive Aperol in Italy: €13 for one drink. We only booked a table because it was on the rooftop; dinner turned out to be inside, with only drinks on the rooftop. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it; the prices are outrageous.

03/06/2025: Nos detuvimos aquí mientras exploramos la zona cerca del Palacio Ducal y fue un placer perfecto. La tienda es encantadora y acogedora, y el helado fue uno de los mejores que tuvimos durante nuestro viaje. Cada cono fue servido generosamente, y cada sabor que probamos fue rico y cremoso. Fue una experiencia divertida para toda nuestra familia, y apreciamos especialmente lo fácil que fue navegar por el menú. Una pequeña parada genial si estás en la zona y necesitas un descanso fresco del calor.

20/09/2025: This afternoon I stopped by the bar for a couple of coffees ☕️☕️
I have to say, the guy at the cash register was really kind 😊, the tall, smiling girl was very courteous and helpful 🌸. I always love the atmosphere, with a beautiful view that makes even a simple break special 💖.
Unfortunately, the only downside was a small, slightly plump barista with glasses 👓 who glared at us and then rudely served our coffees, shoving them in front of us 😔… I thought maybe she was having a bad day, but it would have been better not to take it out on the customers.
I love the place and I've been there before with pleasure ✨
I would have given it 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, but it's a real shame about the service on that occasion.

Please don’t judge people by the appearance, and if you can’t tell Asians apart just shut up please, Gracias.

20/01/2026: They charged us €2.50 per person just to sit down and eat; there was no service, they didn't even bring the bread, just a seat. We spent three days in Venice and nowhere else did this for us. I don't recommend it.
20/01/2026: Beware, they charge you 2.5 per person just for sitting at the table without even giving you bread or anything... and they serve the wine already opened.

09/12/2025: Three of us came: me, a friend, and her daughter. We ordered two coffees and two pastries. Unfortunately, the zabaglione éclair was clearly stale: upon first bite, the cream inside was cracked, slightly yellowish, and tasteless. And it wasn't even cream; it was just plain old cream.
The employee is always kind and friendly. On the other hand, the owner has a brusque and impolite manner that makes you feel uncomfortable. Every time, we hope it's just a bad day, but the service gets worse every time.
A disappointing experience.
08/12/2025: There were three of us and we spent around €10 for:
-3 cappuccinos
-2 cream croissants
-1 jam croissant
They were good, and so was the cappuccino. The table service and atmosphere were excellent. A few flaws, but otherwise perfect.
I'll be back.

01/09/2025: Unfortunately, my visit to this ice cream parlor was very disappointing. The ice cream itself was okay, but the service was extremely unfriendly and spoiled any joy I had. I didn't feel welcome as a guest.

29/05/2025: I'm giving this restaurant a 3 because I felt it was lacking in genuine customer service and quality of food was good but not was you would expect at the price point, the waiter we had seemed to be in a rush or possibly irritated at the fact we were there to begin with he served us but without a smile or a shred of joy to be there and the food was served about 25 minutes later it was okay tasting but not what you would expect from a fine Venice restaurant

20/07/2025: Siamo stati accolti come fossimo persone di famiglia. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, pesce freschissimo. Consiglio se si vuole mangiare tipico e fare una vera esperienza alla Giudecca in un posto storico. Torneremo presto. Grazie mille a tutti voi.
19/07/2025: Eins meiner Lieblingsrestaurants in Venedig (Giudecca). Leider muss man über die Jahre leider einen negativen Trend beobachten. Preise sind entschieden gestiegen und die Portionen werden immer kleiner (willkommen bei der Touristengastronomie). Schade, denn Location ist sehr individuell und schön.
Mal schauen, wie oft ich hier noch aufschlagen werde.
