17/06/2024: Scelta a caso perché di lunedì, rappresenta un esempio di ottima cucina. Porzioni corrette ad un prezzo del tutto onesto. Menzione d'onore per la crema di stracchino con pere

24/05/2024: Che sia per il ristorante o per la pizzeria, quando abbiamo voglia di mangiar bene e sentirci come a casa, la destinazione è una soltanto: "al Portico". Nulla da aggiungere a quanto scritto nelle recensioni precedenti, lascio che siano le foto a parlare per me. Anche questa volta abbiamo optato per pizza e dolce (aggiungendo anche un antipasto). Prossima volta...ristorante.

19/08/2024: A place that stopped in the 80s, both in terms of furnishings and typical dishes. But if you are looking for a place with very few seats and with cuisine made with passion and a true "Ciosoto" spirit, this is the right place. The white wine on tap is very good, and the spaghetti with sea cicadas is top notch.

12/07/2024: Non so se vi è mai capitato di vedere il film "Io sono Li"...la storia è ambientata in una osteria a Chioggia dove nasce una amicizia romantica ma allo stesso tempo complicata tra una cameriera cinese e un pescatore slavo.Beh oltre a guardare questo film vi consiglio di venire in questo posto che un po ' lo ricorda.Vi capitera' sicuramente mentre siete seduti a guardare le barche che hanno fatto ritorno dalla pesca,di incontrare qualche pescatore che si ferma a bere una ombra di vino e gustare un cicchetto con ancora ai piedi gli stivali in gomma.La lingua che si sente è il nostro dialetto veneto che a sentirlo qui fa ancora più emozione e storia.I proprietari sono di poche parole ma sempre disponibili a soddisfare le richieste dei clienti.Il cibo tipico fresco...il pescato del giorno.Ogni stagione poi ha il suo fascino:sedersi fuori a guardare le barche e le piroette dei gabbiani alla ricerca di pesce è cosa che fa venire la pace dell'anima.E poi...il profumo della laguna di Chioggia...EMOZIONE

09/08/2024: During a hot summer day, my wife and I have found this unique restaurant/bar. The two sofas outside are inviting you to have a cold and delicious drink. The service by carlo was very friendly & professional and you will get some yummy olives as a small snack with your beverages. We had a great time and took even a second round 😉.

10/08/2024: Great location (5 minutes walk from Santa Lucia station and located on the Grand Canal). We got a deluxe room, which was lovely and comfortable. Our main complaint was that the A/C stopped working during the night on 2 of the 3 nights we stayed there. Breakfast was good, especially in terms of the variety of pastries offered

11/12/2023: So first about the food: It's not more than okay, but in my opinion it's very sad that I get spaghetti carbonara with ham in Italy. The pizza is good. Service: The food for six people came very staggered, the first few people were already finished before the others received their food. But it wasn't about the pizza and kitchen being extra. Bringing all the dishes to a table at the same time is part of the smallest "waiter 1x1", so that's to be expected. The staff is friendly. The ambience is bad. The tables are extremely narrow, everything is designed for crowds. The "entertainment" that there is sometimes is the biggest reason not to visit this restaurant. The plastic tables and chairs are also not very inviting and uncomfortable.

10/10/2023: Metallstück im Essen gefunden. Was soll man da dann noch weiter sagen. Leider hat sich das für uns erledigt, dieses Restaurant aufzusuchen. Es war sonst immer sehr schön, nur dieses eine mal war es absolut nicht schön. Sehr laut, da die Chefin meinte sie müsste dort eine Charaoke abhalten und dann ist das Personal auch total überlastet. Wir haben gefühlte Ewigkeiten auf die Bestellung gewartet und auch überhaupt auf einen Kellner. Nur im dann ein Stück Metall in der Soße zu finden.

28/08/2024: Everything perfect! A great success if you come to Venice. Excellent food and presentation, that spectacular homemade pepperoncino sauce... the service of the waiters was 10. We were there the night of the 27th having dinner with a group and I can't say anything more than bravo for the hospitality, kindness and good faces despite arriving late. Bravo

19/08/2024: 15% service fee, €6 for a cola, generally higher prices. Not recommended - tastes and smells like a tourist rip-off! The food was not up to the Italian standard (even the Italian in the deepest east of Germany is better!) The sauce was very oily or a finished product!

05/08/2024: We went for an aperitif which then also turned into dinner. Platters, various appetizers and a truly excellent choice of wines! Very helpful and courteous staff! Dinner menu not particularly well-stocked, but there are also off-menu dishes. In any case, everything was excellent.

02/08/2024: Plenty of space in the restaurant. There were 6 of us, they sent us to the top floor. It takes 55 minutes to bring the pizza. No air conditioning and a fan that doesn't work. Employees passing. They bring the food and we ask if we can go outside. They tell us no. There is room outside. We opted to grab our food so we could eat outside. Unfortunately I will not return nor recommend it. A very bad experience. Very bad service.
