The pizzas are good, but the dough is a bit heavy.

The pizzas are pretty average. Not bad, but not great either. The last time I ordered a pizza, I noticed an ingredient was missing when I got home. I called and explained the problem. The lady told me not to worry, they'd remake the pizza and even deliver it to me free of charge. The delivery guy arrives, and guess what he brought me? The missing ingredient!!! They didn't even remake the pizza... and in the meantime, the one I had at home had become cold and inedible. Unprofessional, I'd say. I called back, and the same person who had answered before denied telling me they'd remake it... well, luckily my wife was there and heard everything. I said goodbye forever... if that's how you behave.
