10/12/2025: A wonderful hidden gem. You feel like you're right in the center of the square, yet it's quiet. Delicious food, wonderful house wine (the bottle disappeared without a trace). The staff were wonderful. They explained everything and offered advice. Highly recommended!

13/01/2026: The place was very nice, the waiter was very kind, but the spaghetti with clams was a huge disappointment. Given the high price, we expected them to be real clams, but instead they were lupini beans. Flavorful, but less noble. Unfortunately, almost half of them were closed, and the parsley was missing... in short, a dish not worthy of a restaurant. What a shame.

16/08/2025: Since it's a wine bar, I expected a wide selection of wines, but when we asked for a bubbly, they couldn't tell us what they had, and then, after asking, they told us they only had a Trento. The waitress, although very kind, was clearly a novice and couldn't handle five tables: we had to wait 20 minutes to place our order for a glass. I did, however, see some nice cocktails and platters.

08/02/2026: Calling it a bar is an understatement. In this magnificent place, we had an unforgettable brunch. The food was excellent, the staff very friendly, and the prices were reasonable for the food and drinks served. I'll definitely be back. Brave.

07/02/2026: Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant wasn't positive, especially regarding the service. Every time we return, we find new staff who seem inadequately trained: confusion over orders, long wait times, and little customer service. It's a shame, because the restaurant has potential; the products are good, but the staff's lack of consistency and training significantly impacts the overall experience. We hope the management invests more in training, because otherwise, it's difficult to return with pleasure.

24/07/2025: Prenotato tramite the fork con sconto del 20%,avevano la prenotazione ed è stato applicato lo sconto. Possibilità di menu degustazione o alla carta.. Situato in uno scorcio vicino al mercato del pesce, Ambiente molto caldo, un po' retrò che ripercorre la storia del nome che porta il ristorante! Atmosfera calda e molto silenziosa. Servizio impeccabile, in particolar modo vorremmo complimentarmi con il ragazzo che ci ha servito e che ci ha dato anche piccoli consigli in occasione della festa del redentore! Menu molto vario con piatti buonissimi e porzioni sufficienti.

17/07/2025: Ristorante molto piacevole. Hanno un chioschetto molto bello e romantico. Abbiamo mangiato e bevuto molto bene con un ottimo servizio al tavolo. Consigliato.

14/04/2025: I had lunch at Osteria Berati in Mira and left with a smile. It's a quiet, simple, and welcoming place, just the way I like it. The staff is friendly, always available, and has a courtesy that's not superficial: it's genuine. We had pasta with pancetta and vegetables, tasty and well-seasoned, and a lovely, tender steak, with cooked vegetables and a Russian salad. It was all washed down with two cold beers that went perfectly. They also gave me the WiFi password without any fuss, which is always a nice touch. A true village osteria, in the heart of the Venetian countryside, where you can feel comfortable and enjoy delicious food. Smiles and kindness always come first. Recommended for those who want good food without too many frills.

28/09/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant. The waitress smiled unforcedly, looking like her cat had died. We ordered eight starters, four of which arrived on time, while the other four arrived 30 minutes later (we had to eat in shifts). We didn't even get an apology or a discount, they simply pretended nothing had happened, even after several complaints and requests. The tiramisu was good, but it wasn't tiramisu. The cream wasn't mascarpone; it almost tasted like pudding, and it had at least half a centimeter of bitter cocoa on top. It was good, but it should be mentioned on the menu. Overall, the food was good, but the staff was not. If we were to be in the area again, we wouldn't return.

26/10/2025: Quiet evening, Saturday in late October, not crowded. The waiter was unsuitable; he forgot the order, and when we called him back after half an hour to at least get a drink, he became threatening, as if he'd received the worst insult imaginable. After an hour of waiting, we reordered because there was no sign of the first order. The waiter was once again rude, with manners unbecoming of his job. I credit my co-workers, who were serving the nearby tables, with better manners, traceable orders, and shorter wait times. Food: Mediocre pizza, terrible fried food, a nightmare. Terrible evening.

26/10/2025: We went for lunch today. We ordered pizza, a hamburger, and a steak. The food was delicious, the hamburger meat was very good. The steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The pizza was really good! The service was very friendly. The place is also nice and well-maintained, and the bathroom is clean. The only downside was that we found a hair in my husband's meal. We reported it to the staff, and the meal was immediately replaced. I thought we'd get something credited to our account, a free dessert, or a free coffee. Unfortunately, no.

20/06/2025: Oggi abbiamo visitato Chioggia e ci siamo trovati all’Osteria Penzo. Non avevamo prenotato ma i gestori sono riusciti a trovarci un posticino. Abbiamo mangiato i cicchetti come antipasto, gnocchetti buonissimi con vongole, radicchio e cipolla ed un’ottimo fritto.Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo, gestori molto cortesi.

19/06/2025: Ich hatte eine schöne Zeit in Chioggia und der Abend in dieser feinen Osteria bei Mario war das i- Tüpfelchen. Das Essen hervorragend! Der Service freundlich! Und obwohl man reservieren muss, bekommt man das Gefühl der einzige und beste Gast zu sein! Hier bekommt man gute Laune und verlässt das Lokal mit einem Lächeln. Vielen Dank, Mario!

29/01/2026: I heard about Ai Casoni through a local sleuth because we were looking for a high-quality restaurant away from the tourist crowds and wanted a nice table by the water. I called and got a reservation for the same evening. The fish and desserts were truly outstanding! We would definitely come back!
