24/05/2025: C'è anche una proposta di piatti , sia primi che secondi , con pescato fresco molto saporiti. Personale cordiale e preparato. Anche la pizza molto buona con un ottimo impasto.

18/05/2025: Finalmente un vero ristorante di pesce anche a Porto Santa Margherita Assaggiato un po' di tutto, antipasti,primi,secondi Che dire la qualità dei prodotti è eccezionale,si sente che sono freschissimi e soprattutto la passione dello Chef anche nei piccoli particolari Personale molto gentile e cordiale Per finire prezzi ottimi per la qualità dell'offerta!!

29/05/2025: It was a very positive experience, the characteristic environment of country trattorias with the typical staff of the sixties, kind and quick to deliver the dishes to the tables, all accompanied by a mixed, abundant and tasty grill of excellent quality with homemade desserts, gave a comfortable well-being to the evening in the company of the other guests. Congratulations for the commitment and serenity of the place.

13/05/2025: I have been going to the restaurant for many years and I have always had a good experience... the meat is good... I love pork ribs... but lately I have also tried the ribs, sliced ​​and they are really excellent... The atmosphere is classic family restaurant, you feel at home... and the open grill really makes you want to try the excellent products... the quality/price ratio of the meat is excellent!

02/05/2025: It had been recommended by two friends… but we found it to be an overpriced tourist trap with forgettable food. They will charge you €70 for a kind of breaded pork escalope drenched in vinegar and tell you it’s the house specialty. Charge you a fortune for ‘coperto’ but take the grissini away because ‘you need to keep some space in your belly for the rest’. The only ‘vegetables’ offered are salads that stand in unrefrigerated bowls in the hallway. The potatoes were overcooked and greasy, yet tepid. The staff is all about theatre (they know what tourists imagine about Italy and overplay it) but acts in a slightly intimidating way. The waiter goes from table to table to tell everyone about when they were the private chef of some celebrity in the US in the 90s. You hear them repeat the same story and share the same greasy photo album with each table. Every other table had an American accent when we went - they must be in some kind of local guidebook over there. Really not worth the hype, it was extremely expensive and food was borderline disgusting. I felt robbed when I had to pay the bill. Venice has a lot of average eateries but this was easily the worst during our stay.

20/04/2025: Se encontró con Vini el Arturo mientras buscaba un restaurante con algunas opciones vegetarianas. ¡Qué bueno que sí! La carbonara vegetariana y una pasta radicchio de cocción lenta se cocinaron a la perfección. El ambiente es lo que realmente lo hace. El restaurante es casi imperceptible desde la calle y, como resultado, es acogedor, relajante y nada turístico en el interior. El personal era muy acogedor y feliz de reducir la velocidad y charlar. Nos encantó su álbum de fotos! ¡Solo estoy triste de que no pudimos quedarnos más tiempo porque estaba muy jet lag! Sin duda un lugar para visitar y volver a visitar cuando en Venecia.

04/05/2025: While passing through on our way home we stopped at this historic pizzeria. First time after the change of management. Smaller menu but some historic pizzas remained and were very good. So good that we bought another one, something that never happens to us. Young and helpful staff. For sure if we pass through Gruaro we will stop again.

01/05/2025: I had booked 10 takeaway pizzas, we arrived at the agreed time, the place was almost empty and we still waited an hour. The pizzas were hard and small. I've eaten many pizzas in my life but like this one I hope it remains a bad memory of waiting an hour, among other things. I won't be going back

09/06/2025: A nice restaurant away from the crowds of tourists with a view of the canal. The waiter was friendly. We really liked the pizza.

10/05/2025: Locale molto accogliente con piscina, La qualità della materia prima è indiscutibile, io adoro il filetto con porcini si scioglie in bocca dalla tenerezza,la mia amica tartare di manzo spaziale. Una nota molto importante è il servizio, ragazzi/e professionali,gentili senza essere invadenti,si vede la buona qualità anche nel servire,nel versare il vino,in piccole accortezze che ti fanno gradire la presenza del cameriere. È la giusta via di mezzo tra il ristorante di livello ed elegante e la semplicità. Complimenti tornerò presto con grande piacere.

10/05/2025: Ottima la carne, selezionata e di qualità, personale molto professionale e accogliente, tagliata morbidissima e saporita, provato anche la tartare, buonissima, gradita anche l'attenzione agli accessori: buono l'olio extravergine fruttato, e l'aceto dolceagro, bella la location con piscina e divanetti, e non ultimo complimenti a chiunque abbia selezionato la musica di sottofondo, che contribuisce a creare un'atmosfera accogliente e gradevole, ottima esperienza

26/04/2025: Locale curato (pare, perché si mangia in penombra !) piatti curati ma se avete fame, non è il posto per voi. La cortesia delle cameriere innegabile ma non altrettanto quella del proprietario che ha un atteggiamento quasi infastidito e spocchioso . Un sorriso costa poco e almeno quando pago QUEL conto, potrebbe rallegrarsi . Non ci tornerei .

22/04/2025: Ottimo ristorante di pesce nel centro di Chioggia. Il menu offre un’ampia scelta di piatti di pesce locale freschissimo. La cucina sa esaltare l’ottima materia prima. Buonissimi il gran bollito di Chioggia, il crudo di mare, la grigliata, come pure i dolci (consigliata la degustazione della piccola pasticceria). Il locale è elegante, i tavoli sono ben distanziati e il servizio è curato, professionale e gentile.

22/05/2025: We came to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time! We had reserved a table along the canal, which was respected. The food was excellent and the waiters were very attentive. I can't give it a 5-star rating because the prices are still quite expensive (€180 for two, but we have to admit we had a great time!)

21/05/2025: The location near the canal was ideal and charming. Unfortunately, the good experience ended there. There was a construction site on the other side of the canal, which caused a lot of noise. At first, the servers were very welcoming and friendly when it came to seating you. However, this stopped once you'd already placed your order, especially if they noticed you weren't American and probably weren't going to leave a tip. The service then became very cold. For €4 per person per plate plus an additional 12% on the total bill, you'd expect much better. The portions were tiny, and we paid almost €80 for two small dishes that left us hungry when we left. Plus, they bring you a bottle of water for €6. A child elsewhere on the terrace had started crying, and the servers were giving him threatening looks to signal him to stop, fearing it would drive customers away. Still, it was quite inhumane to do so. The atmosphere during the meal was tense due to the waiters' behavior. Other customers had sat at the next table and left after looking at the menu, noticing the cover charge and the 12% surcharge. The waiter became frustrated with their hasty departure and slammed the chairs back into place. We were shocked. Finally, when it came time to pay, our waiter told us to go inside. When we entered the restaurant to pay, another waiter got angry with us and told us to simply stay outside. We paid by card, and their machine didn't accept the card "tap." Our waiter sighed in my face and swore in Italian, snatched the card from my hands, and abruptly handed me the machine so I could enter my PIN. No class, stay away from this tourist trap, or you'll be treated like worthless people despite the large sums you spend to eat their pitiful meal.

27/04/2025: Este restaurante fue un hallazgo increíble para nuestra última noche en Venecia. Se encuentra en la isla de Lido (20 minutos de distancia de la plaza de Saint Marc en barco # 1 ) justo enfrente de la terminal de barcos y vale totalmente la pena. La comida es increíble y fresca y el vino era simplemente perfecto. Recomiendo que reserve una mesa con antelación, ya que este lugar estaba muy ocupado.

15/04/2025: Quick and simple but really good food and very good value for money. For tourists: the portions will seem very limited, that's how it is in Italy. Take a primi (mainly starchy dishes) and a secondi piati (meat or other protein) for 12€ in total and you will have eaten enough!

17/05/2025: We found this restaurant by chance and chose it because it offered gluten-free pasta and pizza (I am a coeliac). We were not disappointed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent.

26/05/2025: In this pizza restaurant we feel at home. Every time we were welcomed like old friends, because we are, we've been coming here for years. This is a Venetian restaurant, the locals come here to eat. Around five o'clock we looked for a place and ordered Spritz and Olive Ascolana and let the evening pass. And later we looked for something tasty on the menu, delicious. Pizza, insalatone, fries, Tiramisu and polenta (if you like that). If you want to recover from a day in Venice in a quiet place, then this is the place. Barbara and her people will do everything to give you a relaxing evening. But make a reservation, because sometimes it is busy. In questa pizzeria ci sentiamo a casa. Ogni volta siamo stati accolti come vecchi amici, perché lo siamo, veniamo qui da anni. Questo è un ristorante veneziano, la gente del posto viene qui a mangiare. Verso le cinque abbiamo cercato un posto e ordinato Spritz e Olive Ascolane, lasciando passare la serata. E più tardi abbiamo cercato qualcosa di gustoso nel menu, delizioso. Pizza, insalata, patatine fritte, tiramisù e polenta (se vi piace). Se volete riprendervi da una giornata a Venezia in un posto tranquillo, allora questo è il posto giusto. Barbara e i suoi ragazzi faranno di tutto per regalarvi una serata rilassante. 15/04/2025: Nicht nur eine Pizzeria. Hier trinkt man auch seinen Café oder seinen Vino. Sehr freundliche Leute. Hier fühlt man sich als Gast.

05/06/2025: Yesterday I asked for a pizza and a drink, asking to bring it to work and I asked for the delivery time... They told me that they would bring it to me right away... now being a couple of kilometers from them, I see after 34 minutes that they haven't arrived and I call them back to find out how far along they were and they tell me that they would leave in 5/6 minutes.... (Only because I called). My time available was 1 hour and the anger and refusal on my part to accept the pizza again was at the phrase "I went to Mestre first" ... Liar for saying I'll bring it to you right away and thanks for fooling a customer. After this episode.. I will definitely go to other places.

14/05/2025: Very good pizza, quality ingredients. Very friendly and helpful staff because, even though they had to close the oven at 10 pm, they waited for us until 10:30 pm because our flight was delayed. The price is a bit high compared to expectations, but overall I recommend it compared to many other pizzerias that, although they have lower prices, play down on ingredients and product quality.
