12/06/2025: I'll start by saying that I often come to Staffe, all in all comfortable and nice. Usually I've always had a good time even in the previous managements of the multi-restaurant. Unfortunately this year, for the experience in the three times I stopped by it was disappointing, despite the good premises of the place and the wide gastronomic offer, especially because I frequent the places of the Talea group and I've always had a good time. I understand that in the previous times on the weekend it is more crowded and there can be mix-ups and hitches, but precisely for this reason I booked for a dinner with friends midweek (less people to manage) to celebrate the birthday, guys we're not there! I decide, being the birthday girl, to offer my table some drinks, and I go to the cashier where I kindly ask to pay for the round of drinks at the table and the desserts: I was told that it was not possible to separate the prices of the drinks from the total bill, not to mention that at the table there were no desserts in question. (???) I try to understand why this policy, not being able to offer something, but having to make a total bill for the table, has never happened to me! Not only that: during my request I was made to wait, without saying anything to me, while they served other customers at the cash register for payment, leaving me there waiting without any consideration. When I was left alone, they presented me without explaining anything, directly with the total pre-bill for the dinner of €294.50. To make matters worse, one of our guests at the beginning of the dinner found himself with a beer spilled on him by a waitress. It can happen, of course, and the girl apologized, but it would have been appreciated AT LEAST the gesture of offering that drink, as a sign of attention towards the customer. Instead nothing, as if nothing had happened. It is unfortunate to have to point out these aspects, because the idea of ​​the multi-restaurant is interesting, but the service that was proposed to me, really leaves much to be desired!!!!

10/06/2025: Unacceptable prices! Menu said verbally without a card obviously... It appears to be a very informal restaurant, with home cooking, very easy-going service... but then you can't present a bill of 96 euros for 2 for: 1 water, 1/2 Lt of simple house red, 2 coffees and 1 Off grappa, 2 appetizers (I attach a photo of the cooked salami and polenta), 4 mixed side dishes, 1 steak and 1 rib eye steak (small, just right for one person).... shame because the meat is very good for goodness sake, but I can understand a price like that in a context with a completely different service and maybe taking a small bottle.. in my opinion a disgrace!!

03/05/2025: We have known the Vittoria "Da Rigon" inn for years and our experience has always been positive. The first courses of the Venetian tradition are excellent and the second courses of grilled meat are excellent... very nice and friendly and the service is excellent. To be recommended!!

16/06/2025: Well, one star only because it sheltered us from a sudden tornado and because you can't put 0 stars. The waitresses were very distracted, they lost our order twice: the second time they forgot it and it never arrived. For the first time we ordered a spritz each: they arrived watered down and not good (probably poor quality products were used). Ditto for the sandwich... the sour ham. All for €4.50 per spritz... FOUR EUROS AND FIFTY!!!!! Madness. With a mini bowl of chips (there were 4 of us...). We also asked for a product on display but the waitress didn't want to give it to us... why? Maybe it had gone bad?

05/06/2025: This starter did cost 15.- the same as a pizza. It didn't look nice and the taste was the same, the pizza was ok

09/03/2025: They took 1hour 20 mins to make 1 pizza for take away. There were only 5-6 tables full. Frankly I had similar thick crust which were delicious in Rome and somewhere in puglia where they sell per slice. This is very overpriced and doesn’t live upto the hype.

24/02/2025: The place has its own philosophy: only pizza on the shovel, each for two people and with two flavours; and no changes to the ingredients. The pizza is very good, one of the best in Padua; but if a poor person is in Padua alone, he either takes half of it home or goes somewhere else. And if someone doesn't like an ingredient (anchovies, salami or radicchio for example) what does it cost to remove it? I repeat, the pizza is fabulous and the place deserves it; but a little less fundamentalism wouldn't hurt.

01/06/2025: I give two stars because every time we take takeout we wait at least half an hour. I'm sorry because for the rest I have nothing to say but it is not possible that every time we book we wait an infinite amount of time.

02/01/2025: I must say that I have never dined from the menu in the restaurant, but I have always used it during days at the beach for quick snacks, lunches and snacks, both to take away and sit at the tables. Both the inside and outside seating areas are excellent in summer and the view it offers is perfect and beautiful. From what I tasted I must say that I found everything excellent and within market prices. I have always felt good and I hope it continues like this
