16/03/2026: They are kind with non Germans and Italians. So recommend if you wanted to be treated properly. Many hotles in this zone do not have this same respect. So caution. We stayed here back in 2022. We were given a voucher as a wedding gift. At first the lobby shocked me because it needs to be updated. Our packaged included using a room but we didnt have to spend the night. Just to use the space like a private lounge which was really nice. The room was really nice. Looked like it was updated. Very clean. We had a suit with room, large bath and sitting room/tv room. The pool area wasnt bad. I think it didnt look so great because there was so many people and they were not respectful of the area. We also used the steam room and sauna area. My husband and i found the lap pool and used that as well. I grew up swimming in thermal pools in Colorado in Aspen and also grew up swimming on cape cod and maui Hawaii. So I can be picky about pools. Over all the pools are good here. Just the other partons are not respectful of the place sadly. No rude service like other hotels in the area. We will definitely be going back here. We've been trying different terme hotels since 2022. I grew up living in Marriott and Hilton hotels. So I have a certain level of experience i expect from other hotels stays. Parents had jobs that took them all over the world. This hotel meets those expectations and I highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

06/03/2026: I went for the first time to eat at the fixed menu and I have never found a restaurant with such an abundant cuisine to be less fixed. Courteous and friendly staff. I recommend it.

18/01/2026: Lunch menu from €14 Very generous portions, with a choice of four first courses and four second courses. Good, yet simple. Recommended for a quick stop or business lunch. Reservations are recommended.

The staff is always friendly, professional, and willing to listen to your needs, offering personalized solutions. I've known and frequented Maison Hand since it opened in the beautiful Piazzetta Eremitani in Padua, and thanks to Manuela and Federico's hospitality, helpfulness, and expertise, I've always been very satisfied with the purchases I've made there. 09/12/2025: Well, what can I say? Today, on our third visit to the area, we found a restaurant that was open, but online it says it's closed. When my friend and I arrived, the owner looked at my pants and asked if I was a worker, and I was shocked and ignored it. Maybe next time I'll wear an Irish kilt and he'll be happy with it. Once we were seated, we had a first course and a single main course, which were nothing to complain about, and finished with dessert and coffee. The bill wasn't average, but it was significantly higher for what we ordered. After all, this is our first and last visit to this place, and I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know.

18/01/2026: An unpretentious place, more suitable for a business lunch than for a quiet dinner.

11/01/2026: We went there this summer after a long time with friends and had a delicious pizza! This Saturday, we were in the area and booked a table for three for dinner. When we arrived, we were escorted to our table, but we noticed that everyone else in the restaurant was wearing coats, and we realized the room temperature was only slightly warmer than the outside temperature (which at that time on Saturday evening was 3°C). It was a shame we had to eat a delicious pizza in a hurry, wearing coats, and the waiters and managers were completely indifferent. I saw people arrive and remain wearing coats even just before we left, and some moved to the smaller and presumably warmer room... it was really freezing!!! I pointed out at checkout that it would have been a good idea to at least avoid charging for three covers, given how cold we were experiencing... but the cashier was shocked and remained silent! I paid for everything and wished them a good evening. I recommend turning on the heating earlier on such cold evenings, or installing a pellet stove...

07/03/2026: We booked dinner through TheFork and the reservation was confirmed. We drove a long way to get there, but the restaurant was closed and the phone was off. It was truly frustrating and unprofessional.

30/12/2025: The food is very good, they prepare the sea bass in an excellent way, as well as all the other types of fish, the pizza is also excellent.

11/10/2025: Nice place created in a portion of a warehouse so open space for customer entertainment, well set up place, I was there as a guest in the context of a ceremony and I have to say that the only slightly unpleasant thing is the poor dissipation of the sound and the reverberation effect was a bit annoying

30/08/2025: We was traveling with bicycles by the beach road from Peschiera del Garda and found this place. For the design and stuff nothing special,but food was very tasty (large portions and fresh indegrients) We took large kebab on plate- pay 10,00 EUR for each portion and had eat by two adults and two childrens. I highly recomend, don't judge that they have 3,6 points and most bad reviews about the stuff. Just go in , ask for food and enjoy, Its not a restaurant but fast food. Certificate on wall accepts that is real Doner Kebab.

26/08/2025: Very generous food and well-seasoned meat. The owner may seem shy, but he's actually friendly and kind. The fries are very crispy. A good experience.

28/10/2025: Maurizio, his wife, and his son run the place. The food is top-notch, as is the service. Maurizio is incredibly friendly. The prices are very fair. I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE. A CLASSIC PLACE WHERE YOU FEEL AND THEY MAKE YOU FEEL AT HOME. CONGRATULATIONS

05/09/2025: The place is mainly for takeout, but for some time now, there's also been a small dining room with about thirty seats for eating in. Good, quality food. Very friendly owner. Worth a try.

03/11/2025: On October 30th, I went to a bar before starting university with four of my other friends. I'll start by saying there was a bit of confusion because at first each of us said our order, then the waitresses asked us if we could say our drinks first and then our food. Meanwhile, we were looking for a table to sit at since they're quite small and there were five of us. I went to pay last, and the cashier then turned to talk to a waitress as I was leaving and said "gnanca e gavesse otto anni" (literally, "they weren't even eight years old"), which translated from the Venetian dialect, because I'm local, would be "not even if they were 8 years old!" I REALLY hope they weren't talking about us, even though it seems likely to me; it's very rude. Next time you have to talk behind a customer's back, do so discreetly.
