Everything was delicious: the polenta with mushrooms was amazing, and they have wonderful vegan options. It's the perfect place to take a stroll around the lake and then enjoy some local cuisine. We went in with a cocker spaniel, and there was already another dog there (it's best to call ahead to check, as they asked us the size of our dog over the phone). The waiters were very friendly: we asked for extra cinnamon on our dessert, and they added it immediately.

Apart from the desert (Pera Bella Helena), that is maybe the worst dessert I ever had in Italy, everything was great - the service was amazing and the pasta we had was very tasty.

21/12/2025: We went to this restaurant yesterday for dinner, which was recommended to us. The staff were very friendly and helpful as soon as we walked in. They immediately asked us if we had any food intolerances (which isn't a given, quite the opposite, in fact). We had delicious pucce with octopus carpaccio, made with excellent ingredients. The ability to accommodate those with dietary restrictions is a plus. Definitely worth a try!

15/06/2026: This is THE spot. Reserve a table. Find a date - order the franchicorta. Ask the waiter for recommendations. Enjoy the music. Relax, it’s a small space, I think they call it “intimate” I didn’t take pics of the food - I was too enraptured to do so. Michelin needs to come by Well done to the team at Ariston!
05/06/2026: It was the best choice in Cortina d'Ampezzo. The pasta, gnocchi, steak, and chicken dishes stayed true to the basics but were delicious. Thank you to the staff member for their kindness in greeting us in Korean.
