I stop here with my colleagues when we're doing street maintenance. In my opinion, the set menu is the best in the area. You can immediately tell the ingredients are top-quality and the kitchen puts a lot of effort into making the dishes rich and tasty. A truly excellent restaurant.

The pizzeria isn't very large but it's well-decorated. The pizzas are delicious and well-topped. The staff is very welcoming, super fast, and attentive to detail. The prices are reasonable. I'm just passing through, but I'll gladly return as soon as I have the chance! Thanks to all the staff for making us feel at home.

08/07/2026: The staff was very friendly, helpful, and respectful of the customer's requests. The dishes were very good, made with local ingredients. I appreciated the detailed menu detailing how the dishes would be served. The plating and service were meticulously crafted. The pizza was good and worth the slightly higher price compared to a more traditional pizzeria.

15/06/2026: This is THE spot. Reserve a table. Find a date - order the franchicorta. Ask the waiter for recommendations. Enjoy the music. Relax, it’s a small space, I think they call it “intimate” I didn’t take pics of the food - I was too enraptured to do so. Michelin needs to come by Well done to the team at Ariston!
05/06/2026: It was the best choice in Cortina d'Ampezzo. The pasta, gnocchi, steak, and chicken dishes stayed true to the basics but were delicious. Thank you to the staff member for their kindness in greeting us in Korean.
