05/10/2025: The pizza was pretty good, but BE CAREFUL about bringing your four-legged friends because their presence, even if allowed, is NOT welcomed by the owner at all!!! When the dog barked for the second time, she turned to her with a terrifying look and told us to shut her up. What a terrible experience! We ate on tenterhooks, fearing the dog might naturally bark... I couldn't wait to leave, even though Lily, unlike the owner, was very polite!!

22/10/2025: A meal in a picturesque setting. It seems like there's a separate table charge, but the food is decent and delicious.

07/10/2025: If you've ever stayed at a B&B, this is a must. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is wonderful. The servers are especially friendly.

27/10/2025: I really enjoyed the freshly made, homemade food. I didn't like the owner's attitude, as he spontaneously brought us three starters, which were good, but which turned out to cost a whopping 46 euros out of a total of 95 (for two people). I don't know if he realized we were tourists, but I didn't like the lack of transparency.

19/11/2025: Immersed in the greenery of our wonderful mountains, about a thousand meters, there is this intimate refuge, restaurant pizzeria 🍕, where you can taste excellent first courses of land, excellent grilled meat cooked to perfection, polenta, grilled vegetables, French fries and much more, all delicious, then the pizza 🍕, cooked in a wood oven, in all variations, moreover the amazing pizza round 🍕, very good homemade desserts, excellent liqueurs and fruit under grappa, excellent choice of wine 🍷 and beer 🍻 🍺 all served by kind and helpful and very friendly staff, highly recommended

27/10/2025: We stopped by for lunch on a fall Sunday. It was the end of service, so we ate what was available. A delicious skewer, accompanied by baked cheese and various sides. In addition to the excellent lunch and the friendly and welcoming service, the glassed-in veranda offers a beautiful view. Call before you go, especially in winter. If the road is impassable, they aren't always open. And despite two rounds of beer, coffee, and liqueur, we spent less than €25. We'll definitely return.

The wine selection is also excellent: ask for advice, they will suggest the perfect pairing. An authentic experience worth repeating. 🇬🇧 A hidden gem. Osteria da Ciccio is a small, well-kept place with a warm, familiar atmosphere. The food is truly outstanding—simple yet refined dishes made with top-quality ingredients. You can taste the care in every bite. The wine selection is excellent too—ask for advice, they’ll suggest the perfect pairing. A genuine, memorable experience worth repeating.

06/12/2025: Under new management, we went for lunch today and were pleasantly surprised. We had homemade tagliatelle with venison ragù, which was truly excellent; the ragù had a well-balanced flavor. A platter of cured meats and cheeses, all excellent quality, was also available. The desserts were also very good, carefully crafted and made with fresh ingredients. The staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful, making guests feel welcome.

30/11/2025: A disappointment, never opened, and what's more, they leave opening hours on the page as if they were. You drive up to get there, and after an hour, you find a surprise. At least have the decency to update the page or mention that you've closed your business. Lack of professionalism. Refreshment areas open to the public should be left to those who want to work and provide a service to people.

29/11/2025: The pizza looks like a piadina, with the cold cuts like the sole of a shoe, everything inside is old, even the broken cutlery and knives from 50 years ago, the dessert is from supermarket trays and completely frozen

22/11/2025: There were five of us for a fish dinner. It was €55 each. In the end, it came out to €79 each. We drank four bottles of wine (five of us). I thought the liquor and coffee were included, but at checkout, that wasn't the case. I might be back, but the others definitely won't.

28/07/2025: Welcoming hotel with clean rooms, excellent and plentiful food, kind and friendly staff

20/07/2025: Not a positive review at all. We booked Wednesday afternoon for a night between Saturday and Sunday. We arrived Saturday morning around 11:00 and were told to come back in the afternoon because the room wasn't ready. We returned in the afternoon after 4:00 and were told they had no rooms available, so they redirected us to a nearby B&B where we found a modest room with a shared bathroom. Thank you and congratulations for the helpfulness of the B&B managers, but at the Hotel Giglio Rosso there was no excuse for what happened. It was absolutely unacceptable in this day and age, and above all, the rude staff turned their backs on us and walked away when we complained about it, and on top of that, they wanted to charge us the full rate...absolutely unacceptable and disgusting handling of the problem. ABSOLUTELY NEGATIVE REVIEW
