06/01/2025: Everything was excellent, from the food to the welcome, as always! Historic structure, simple and very pleasant.

10/11/2024: As we passed we stopped to try to have lunch, visit the time we asked if we could and if there was room. The gentleman kindly asked us to wait for the waitress, who at first glance seemed a bit hasty, then we understood why. After a while she apologized for the wait but had to prepare the table, but I must say that she was very kind and very quick since she was alone. We chose the casunziei (a typical Cadore dish) which were abundant and very good, certainly homemade, the only flaw was the butter melted a little too much, but it happens, and the ravioli with sauce, even the really special ones. Definitely worth returning if you are in the area.

05/02/2025: Seconda volta in questo ristorante dopo l'anno scorso e, come in precedenza, è stata un'ottima esperienza. Cibo buonissimo e personale cordiale e disponibile. Abbiamo preso diversi antipasti: insalatina di carciofi, dadolata di cervo e cotechino, tutti buonissimi e ben presentati. A seguire canederli in brodo, cuore di cervo, maiale cotto a bassa temperatura, cervo con il suo fondo e tagliata di Black Angus:davvero uno più squisito dell'altro...anche i dolci eccellenti e le grappe di loro produzione una vera chicca. Posto super consigliato

25/02/2025: Great place to spend a relaxing weekend. The structure is really beautiful, well-kept and very comfortable. As for the food, you can clearly feel that the raw materials used are of high quality, and this is then reflected in the taste of the dishes offered. Lovely place, suitable for everyone. Highly recommended.

06/01/2025: Indubbiamente molto buono. Cibo semplice ma curato. Eravamo in 5, ognuno ha ordinato piatti diversi ma non c’e stato un piatto meno buono. Personale gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo fatto i complimenti in loco e qui li ripetiamo. Prezzi assolutamente in linea.ci ritorneremo.

30/09/2024: Dopo una bella camminata nel bosco di Stabie siamo andati a mangiare in questo bel locale dove le persone ti accolgono con i loro sorrisi. Personale gentile e veloce. Abbiamo preso le tagliatelle con il ragù di cervo, spezzatino di cervo con polenta e per finire fettina di strudel. Tutto molto buono e gustoso ma soprattutto il cervo cotto bene con un gusto eccezionale, porzioni generose e gradita la prenotazione. Sicuramente ci ritornerò.

09/02/2025: L'agriturismo si trova in un posto splendido, circondato da prati e con una vista mozzafiato sulle nostre bellissime montagne bellunesi. Ci hanno accolto due caprette, Romeo socievole e coccolone e Giulietta un po' più schiva e riservata. Entrando non si può certamente fare a meno di notare la moltitudine di taglieri posizionati ovunque, raffiguranti vari soggetti. La sala è accogliente e luminosa , con finestre su tre lati per godersi il panorama anche durante il pasto. Francesco il titolare e cameriere è gentilissimo, professionale e cortese e illustra brevemente ogni pietanza. La degustazione proposta offre , dall' antipasto al dolce, prodotti dell' agriturismo e qualche prodotto locale. Piatti dai sapori semplici e della tradizione offerti in maniera rivisitata e ricercata senza stravolgerne la genuinità oltre che sapientemente presentati. Insomma una gioia per la vista e per il gusto. Il prezzo è più che onesto . Un plauso anche per la qualità e la scelta offerta per i vini, aspetto non scontato trattandosi di un agriturismo. Mi complimento anche per la pulizia dei servizi igienici; difficilmente se ne vedono di così lindi genericamente nei locali.

03/02/2025: Al Bon Tajer non si va per mangiare, ma per vivere un’esperienza. È molto più di un agriturismo, parola spesso mal considerata, è il coinvolgimento di cuore e palato. La famiglia Paganin accoglie gli ospiti con calore, mentre oche, galline e caprette animano l’esterno. Atmosfera di un tempo, sapori contemporanei di eccellenza. Varcando la soglia, i celebri taglieri decorati raccontano la storia del locale, mentre Francesco ci guida in un percorso gastronomico di altissimo livello. Un menù degustazione che viene proposto soltanto in determinati giorni della settimana. Piatti sorprendenti, tutti a km zero, accostano sapori e colori degni di una stella Michelin: dal burro spatolato sulla pietra, al brodetto servito sul fieno (vero), dal croissant con paté al risottino al tartufo locale, dalla guancetta brasata ai dolci della tradizione reinterpretati con eleganza. Merita un viaggio il “muset” con i cappucci rossi e mousse di cren. Insomma, il Bon Tajer è un viaggio tra profumi, consistenze e dettagli curatissimi, dove ogni boccone lascia un ricordo a sè.

09/03/2025: Valido rifugio sulle piste di Cortina. Il servizio è gentile e i prezzi sono tutto sommato ragionevoli, vista la location.

12/04/2025: Siamo stati ospiti di amici per un matrimonio. Il cibo era davvero sublime. In particolare, il risotto agli agrumi con gamberi rossi, era stratosferico. Abbiamo anche bevuto molto bene. Locale decisamente consigliato.

20/03/2025: Via Tripadvisor hier terecht gekomen. Je gaat hier een beetje terug in de tijd mbt de ambiance en het personeel. Spreken slecht Engels dus even wat zoeken op de kaart. Smakelijke gerechten zonder veel bijlage voor schappelijk prijzen . Prima wijnen voor een prima prijs. Wij hadden een gezellige ongedwongen avond met lekker eten en drinken.

03/03/2025: “Modern eating” according to the property are -cockroaches- among the potatoes. Ultimately, a little protein isn't bad, right? It's a shame that if we wanted to eat insects, we would go to places where the menu is full of that type of food. If you want dirt, go to this place, because this type of insect lives and you find them where there is not a clean place but rather a dirty one, full of leftovers, crumbs and sugary substances on the surfaces. The waitress' joke was precisely that of "oh well, modern food" and to compensate for this total discomfort on the plate, I was offered a coke. But seriously? I go around places constantly and at the very least, the gesture of offering lunch had to be made, not because I didn't want to pay but because with such indecency, at the very least you're trying to keep the customer. Shameful and dirty, we were even asked if we would return tomorrow, but with what face? Maybe you should learn to be a restaurateur, ah no, you have to go to school for cleaning premises first!!! We will never return.

11/01/2025: Locale molto bello e arredato in modo "caldo". Scelta di piatti limitata ma abbiamo preso pasta e fagioli e tortellini col plin ed erano ottimi. Per secondo filetto al pepe verde...fantastico. Anche i dolci molto buoni. Personalmente aggiungerei qualche antipasto...e il servizio, seppur molto professionale è risultato un pochino freddino...i ragazzi in sala bravi ma un po' "ingessati"...qualche parola o sorriso in più non guasta. Nel complesso una buona esperienza

15/03/2025: So terrible! Ordered the ramen and Unagi don. The ramen came with store bought thick yellow noodles that clumped together and in really short strands. The soup and prawn was overwhelming, really low quality. The Unagi (eel) is so rubbery and hard we did not finish our food. Should have known better and stuck to Italian food in the mountains… very disappointing and a disgrace to Asian / fusion cuisine. The complimentary appetizer they served was too salty!

04/03/2025: As a Japanese, this was really good, and was the best quality that I’ve ever tried out of Japan. I would truly recommend this place to everybody!!! It was really delicious, so please give it a try. They provided good service and discounts, and the store had a great atmosphere.

05/11/2024: Stayed for one night to be close to the start of the trek. Nothing to complain about, rooms a bit 90s style but very comfortable, warm beds and everything very clean. Very kind and helpful staff, no problems even if we arrived late. At breakfast there was fresh bread with jam, very fresh speck and cheese.

11/09/2024: We stayed at La Baita during our girl friends Dolomites trip. We were delighted by the clean room and rustic mountain decorations. The food was the best we have had so far at Italy. We were challenged by the Italian public transportation system. The hosts were extremely helpful and went out of their way to arrange taxi for us at early morning. They even set breakfast specifically for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Baita.
