19/05/2026: We had lunch on Monday the 18th and there were 3 of us. The food was good but it was difficult to fully appreciate it due to the terrible service. The wait times were extremely long: we were the first customers to come in but they forgot about us. Two dishes arrived and the third much later and only after being asked for. Water was ordered but it arrived only after a long wait and a further request. The feeling of total disorganization. Even getting 3 coffees was difficult and since they never arrived we had to ask for them. When it came time to pay, others in the queue at the cash register complained and told us that they were expecting fewer people and there were only a few of them! It would have been more correct not to accept any more customers beyond the number for which adequate service could be offered.

18/05/2026: A legendary restaurant for tortellini. All the other dishes are also excellent: siamo fritti, branzino alla griglia, mille folie di Manzo, and the semifreddo. The service was outstanding and attentive.

30/05/2026: We went for lunch today, 10 out of 10! A charming, old-world place. Excellent service and sublime dishes, plentiful and featuring exceptionally high-quality fish. Compliments to the entire restaurant staff, we'll be back soon!

16/05/2026: Amazing meal from start to finish. The pasta was incredible, the steak was perfectly cooked over charcoal, and the Italian hospitality made the whole experience even more special. The wine was absolutely delicious as well. We would go back in a heartbeat!

We were not present at the opening, but we were lucky enough to have dinner at this place a week ago. Smiling, patient service, patient explanation of the dishes, and then a very delicious dinner in the end. The quality of the food, the flavors, the wines… Everything was very delicious. 14/05/2026: The gluten-free pizza was excellent!! When I discovered I had celiac disease, I was already in crisis because I know it's usually hard to find good ones, but this one was truly delicious!! 😋

11/05/2026: Upon entering, we weren't seated. They charge per person per cover charge. The food leaves much to be desired, as does the staff. However, the Fiori pizza is very good, that's true.

01/06/2026: Two Taiwanese travelers walked from Xueyuan Bridge to the market in the morning, finding a relaxing space in the alleyways and under the bridges. The owner of Boresso was friendly and had excellent taste in music. A cappuccino, Earl Grey tea, a ham sandwich, and some iced water made for a small but satisfying moment.

11/06/2026: Trattoria La Torre in Mezzane di Sotto is a delightful discovery: home-cooked dishes prepared with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors, generous portions, and excellent value. The welcome is warm and the service friendly, perfect for a family dinner or a relaxed lunch. The restaurant, located in a former church building, is surprisingly bright and not at all stuffy—I was so captivated by the ambiance that I even forgot to photograph the dishes. The traditional atmosphere and attention to detail make it highly recommended for those seeking local cuisine and dishes prepared the way they once were. The wine list is excellent.

03/06/2026: One of the best trattorias in the Mezzane Valley and eastern Verona. Meat of spectacular flavor and tenderness, appetizers and seasonal vegetables cooked to Michelin-star standards.

14/06/2026: Absolutely delicious food, no standard dishes but an exceptional menu, half portions are also available so you can try more, attentive service. We've been here twice on vacation and specifically wanted to come back. We had veal cutlet, gnocchi tartofu, homemade pasta, and sea bass. Simply perfect! We were there again this year. Still perfect. We'll be back :)

12/06/2026: An (almost) hidden gem at Cisano. Great location, staff who create a cozy atmosphere, and fantastic dishes.

19/05/2026: Me and my wife were kindly welcomed by the owner and could choose our table. The menu was composed very well, including drinks proposed for the different dishes. You really do not have to think about anything. Just prepare to translate the menu to your language. The rest can be done pointy and showy. The food was the best we had in the area, especially the pasta. We really liked having a fine dining ecperience with that kind of homely and relaxing atmosphere.
