Fresh still and sparkling water arrived on the table right away, to which a flask of wine was added. A surprise was a cutting board with salami and cheese and some salad. Very good food. 30/05/2025: Super welcoming place, friendly staff, fresh stockfish, delicious and not heavy. Rich and abundant menu. I was skeptical about a full stockfish menu, not really liking fish... but I was charmed, more than satisfied. Top menu prices. Excellent service, I even found a dry stain remover with brush in the bathroom. 👍🏻 We were having lunch with a celiac and they were very careful to satisfy his requests with dedicated dishes.

28/05/2025: We went to eat at this place, because we were passing through. I will just say that we found "excellence" in everything, from the service to the dishes. My wife was amazed by the order and cleanliness as well as the environment. What else to add, highly recommended. I would also like to point out that the prices are really competitive. Well done, very good.👍

18/05/2025: Great and attentive serving staff. Food was very good, especially the bruschetta, the tomatoes so fresh and tasty. Great wine selection and staff have a good knowledge of the wines on offer. Nice internal and external seating areas.

Tagliatelle al ragù indecenti per qualità e a una temperatura da frigorifero. Servizio confusionario e nessuna reazione dopo esserci lamentati. Evitatelo e la vostra esperienza a Treviso migliorerà.

11/05/2025: Ottima osteria ai piedi del Montello, sono rimasta particolarmente colpita dal servizio veloce ed efficiente senza mai una sbavatura; ho mangiato davvero bene, come antipasto gli asparagi alla piastra con ricotta infornata e anacardi e poi le ribs con panocchiette e peperoni, tutto squisito. Attenzione e cortesia anche per i bimbi. Caretto, ma giusto rispetto a quel che c'è in giro, non certo della stessa qualità. Ve lo consiglio.

Excelente comida, cuidadosamente preparado, gran consejo sobre el vino, acogedor, pero moderno en una zona tranquila de Venecia. 18/05/2025: For my partner's birthday I thought about taking her to eat somewhere close to home where we could eat good meat. I did some research on the internet and among the various places Brasa Querta came up, a restaurant with top quality meats and grilled meat as a specialty. The good reviews directed the choice to this location. I called to get some information. The person who answered me was very kind and helpful and, at my request, also explained the meaning of the aging of the meat. Then I booked. The place is very nice with a warm atmosphere and it seems to me that it is divided into 2 rooms with not many tables. Tastefully furnished like the coat rack that has forks as a coat hanger. Among the different types of meat offered, we were undecided and so we asked for advice, the waitress offered us a tasting of 3 cuts of meat for a weight of about 1 kg. The waitress showed us the cutting board with the 3 cuts of meat chosen and that she would have cooked for us, namely a Garronese Veneta rib eye, a Brasa Strip Steak and a Danish red rib eye. The waitress explained to us the origin of the meat and the aging they had done. In addition we ordered a bottle of water, a glass of red wine and a portion of grilled vegetables (eggplant, courgettes and peppers). After a few minutes the waitress came back with the first 2 cuts of meat, the side dish ordered, another offering of roast potatoes and 3 glass jars containing salt (classic, whole and Himalayan). Between the Garronese rib eye and the Brasa Strip Steak I preferred the rib eye more which I tasted/enjoyed a lot with the salts they brought us. Then came the Danish rib eye, also very good and much tastier than the others, also due to a longer aging time. I can't call it a flaw, but in my opinion the roast potatoes lacked a bit of flavor and the grilled vegetables should have been cooked for a longer time. What can I say? Ambience 8, Service 10, Meat 9, Sides 7.

09/05/2025: Posto piccolo ma molto curato e carino, il fatto che non ci siano molti posti lo rende ancora più accogliente. Menu non ampissimo ma molto curato, si vede che fanno poche cose ma buone e di qualità. Abbiamo preso una tartare molto buona e un secondo di carne che era davvero saporita. Ci sono state spiegate anche le differenze dei tagli di carne e ci è stata fatta vedere la carne prima di cucinarla. Abbiamo preso un vino rosso molto buono. Servizio ottimo e dolci molto buoni. Noi ci torneremo sicuramente!

14/04/2025: Two day stay with family. Quiet location along the road to the Soave and Amarone vineyards but convenient for reaching the lake or Verona. Definitely a strategic position for a wine tour of the cellars in the area.
