03/10/2025: A magnificent experience, a true journey of flavors accompanied by the wisdom and experience of Roberta and Ada. The handmade pasta was moving, a true work of art. We know we'll never eat anything better! We celebrated a special occasion and were welcomed impeccably from the first email we contacted. The desserts were also delicious, and the wine selection was excellent. They were so kind in bringing us the final candle for our "happy birthday." The table linens and service were impeccable in every way. Intimate and welcoming, a rare combination!

28/09/2025: Nice place, spacious, and with a beautiful view! Very friendly staff. Very good food: spinach spaghetti with onion; excellent rib-eye steak. Sliced ​​Iberian pork with parmesan and caramelized onions was truly excellent. I recommend it.

25/09/2025: We had a wonderful afternoon at Ai Tircoli in the beautiful Valpolicella hills. The setting is charming and authentic, surrounded by vineyards and breathtaking views. You see Verona and even Bologna. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, welcoming, and attentive without ever being intrusive. The food was absolutely outstanding – traditional dishes prepared with care and passion, highlighting the authentic flavors of the Veneto region. The pasta was excellent, fresh, and full of character, perfectly paired with local wines from Valpolicella. Every bite reflected the quality and tradition of this unique place. 13/10/2025: Restaurant in the heart of Verona on a cross street off the main street in the old town. A very friendly waitress who runs the entire restaurant. Despite it being late, almost 9:00 PM, they served us and allowed us to have a risotto for just one person, something that hadn't been possible at any other restaurant. Good service and generous dishes. The ravioli were delicious, as was the cheese board. Unfortunately, I didn't like the rice very much because it had a slight alcohol flavor, and I was looking for a creamy risotto, like with cream. The tiramisu was one of the best we've ever eaten. Exquisite. Good value for money. 100% recommended.

22/09/2025: Spectacular trattoria. One of the few with a visible grill, professional, fast, and courteous staff. The Florentine steak is excellent (even Gioia, my friend Luigino's dog, a true connoisseur, appreciates the bone), and the house Malbec is very good to pair. Trio of cheeses with mustard...at my request (immediately granted by the kind and knowledgeable Antonio)...accompanied by a good Vermentino...The hot chocolate dessert is excellent...paired with a glass of excellent Recioto. (The house panna cotta with berries is also good, and the pairing with the Fregona DOCG...unmissable...I ordered it last time). Interesting appetizers, such as tagliata, but the first courses are certainly worth it too. I've finally found a place that meets my needs: quality, professionalism, and a warm atmosphere, amidst rustic furnishings and priceless aromas. Reasonable price. A wellness experience for the senses, not only for the senses, but also for the senses. I've gnawed on the bone... It's impossible to resist, faced with such excellence... etiquette gives way to primal appreciation. IMPOSSIBLE, also thanks to this experience, to entertain the mere idea or vague intention of becoming vegan or teetotal.
