16/10/2025: We tried the pizza one evening and it was very, very good! Wide and quality wine selection, I will definitely be back for their signature dish, the cutlet.

14/10/2025: The restaurant is famous for its gigantic cutlet, from which it takes its name, but it also offers a varied menu to suit all tastes. The atmosphere is relaxing and quiet, and the staff is courteous and efficient. A must try!

05/10/2025: We came on recommendation and were totally disappointed. There are many positive reviews, which I can't understand, because first of all, the staff lacks hospitality. You feel rushed off, without the attention you'd expect in a better restaurant. The outdoor glass-enclosed seating area is a large room, perhaps with a nice view during the day (but that's less important after sunset), but otherwise lacks any special ambiance. The food was average at best, especially compared to other restaurants in the region (meat dish okay, side dish weak; pasta dish unsatisfactory because it seemed pre-cooked and reheated rather than fresh). The prices are completely exorbitant.

04/10/2025: The food was delicious (vitello tonato, tagliata, and liver), but the service and atmosphere were truly poor. We felt like unwanted guests – the waitress snatched the plate of vitello from my partner while he was finishing his sauce, and all the staff seemed stressed and grumpy. The only people who smiled at us were (I think) the head chef and the cook who was preparing the meats over the fire. The poor atmosphere prevented us from enjoying the food to the fullest extent it deserved.

15/06/2025: We received a very friendly welcome and were able to communicate well in English. Great prices, extremely delicious pizza! It tasted really good!

21/05/2025: The price-performance ratio is good. We ordered lasagna, pizza, and schnitzel, all very tasty. The price for food and drinks was around €10-20 per person. An appetizer would set you back €20-30.

17/10/2025: Absolutely incredible! The gnocchi was cooked to perfection, the parmesean chip on top was a delightful touch. The grilled fish platter was exquisite, the fish was juicy and flavorful, the calamari had great bite and flavor. Lastly the lemon cake for dessert, wow!, fluffy texture with an absolutely mouth watering icing. The waiter was very attentive and pleasant. Highly recommend if you're ever in or near belluno!!!!

14/09/2025: Amazing spot where you can stop for some food on your way to the mountains or on the way back. Their pizza dishes are just some of the best locally and they also have a great beer selection. The place is pretty big so you should be able to find a table. Highly recommend it.

20/10/2025: Calling this place a trattoria is lowering the standard of what is actually very good. As a place and especially the food. The prices aren't like those of a trattoria, but they're still fair for the setting... which is not easy to find. Very good.

28/10/2025: An exceptional experience! I visited Ai Do Archi restaurant and was truly thrilled. The atmosphere is welcoming and meticulously crafted, with a typically Venetian yet unpretentious feel. The staff is extremely kind and attentive, always ready to recommend the best dishes.

04/10/2025: Mid-September 2025 - Thursday evening dinner Service - Excellent!- we we served by an experienced woman who had such a professional, yet warm manner, speaking in soft tones with good English, giving a sense of privacy and clearly paying attention to our needs but without constantly bothering us Room and Table - A good space, nicely decorated and with the open cooking fire as a feature - it would have been a very good experience had their been more diners and a more vibrant atmosphere Food - menu very traditional - the Amarone risotto was good as was the mushroom risotto but the fire-grilled local meat was disappointing - not the cooking but we think that the meat quality was not as good as it could have been Wine - a selection of half-bottles allowed for more flexibility on ordering and the half-bottle of the good quality Amarone was very enjoyable We would go back but would seek out a busier night.
