I know the management... I've been there a couple of times... excellent local dishes with average prices... during the war, this tavern was frequented by E. Hemingway... there's no parking nearby but Piazza del Bao is a little further away.

A friend recommended this restaurant to me, and it definitely lived up to expectations. Excellent traditional Venetian dishes, a quality Cabernet, and delicious desserts. All of this was excellent value.

Peeking out the window, I glimpsed the dining room with its wooden tavern-style tables: this alone really appealed to me. The menu features a few courses (about 4-5 of each), all appetizing and typical of the area. It's worth trying for the ambiance and the cuisine.

Business lunch... A welcoming place decorated in a traditional style. Excellent food, featuring unique and typical local dishes. Friendly staff and excellent service. Average prices. Definitely worth a try.

A traditional and welcoming place where I always enjoy returning. It may seem a little dated, but for me, that's its distinctive quality. I tried the fried tripe, which I found delicious, as well as the leek flan and the perfectly cooked pork shoulder. Prices are in line with the quality offered.

04/03/2026: A quaint place with convenient parking. Interesting menu with an endless selection of sauces and very interesting pairing suggestions. The only flaw is the service: I tried to ask what the difference was between the regular and the smaller portion, and was told one was half the size of the other. When I asked more specifically, they said it was a regular adult portion. In the end, I got a portion of pasta weighing at least 200g. I'm not complaining, but if I had known, I would have ordered the smaller one so as not to waste food. That alone ruined my lunch a bit...otherwise, everything was perfect!
06/02/2026: We booked for 6... there's no denying that there's plenty of choice when it comes to sauces and pasta types... Generous portions but without art and part of the volume of the dish is also created by the cream... I didn't like the service either, nor my friends... very "cold" and spartan, troubled with paper and practical for cleaning... modest environment, large parking lot
