We had excellent pizza and the dessert platter for our birthday was spectacular. We'll definitely be back.

Everything was delicious! Especially the spectacular pizza dough, left to rise for 48 hours, very light, high and fluffy. The appetizers were also spectacular: pizza dough, fruit with cured meats and salads, and the ribs were wonderful, as were the desserts! We'll definitely be back again.

I had dinner at this restaurant and tried the pizza round. I found it truly excellent; fresh ingredients and very tasty. The service was also courteous and fast, a pleasant experience that I recommend to anyone looking for good pizza and a relaxing atmosphere.

First time at the Brasserie with friends. Very good pizza, exquisite chicken steak, and fried pizza with prosciutto was the bomb! The prosciutto was fantastic, too. Service was incredibly fast, leaving you speechless. The waitresses we had were friendly, kind, and very quick with a sense of humor, which is always a plus. I'll be back soon! Also, booking via WhatsApp and email was easy, and especially the messages and emails after the presentation offering gifts for next time are very engaging. If I really had to find a flaw... In the large dining room, despite the four split-heaters on, it was too hot.

A truly surprising culinary experience from every gastronomic perspective. The pizza has an incredibly light, airy, and digestible dough, topped with top-quality ingredients that you can taste in every bite. The same level of excellence is found in the burgers and meats, flavorful, juicy, and cooked to perfection. Adding to the experience is the staff, always extremely courteous, kind, and attentive to every need, which makes for a very pleasant atmosphere. The value for money is also absolutely excellent and incredibly fair for the quality of the ingredients offered. The only real flaw, unfortunately, is the decor: the atmosphere is decidedly too spartan, with a style that's too reminiscent of a beach resort or a beach bar. Food of this extraordinary quality deserves a different setting, with a more refined, modern, and welcoming design, capable of better showcasing the high quality of the dishes served. It's still a highly recommended place for those who prioritize substance and flavor: highly recommended!
