EXCELLENT, Informal environment, SUPERLATIVE service, the Restaurant Menu is full of surprises, MEAT of all kinds, the FIRST courses are FORmidable, the cook is good! It is the Temple of PIZZA T.O.P.P. (Polesana) which is delicious, but in the 10 days that I worked in the area, at lunch and dinner, I explored the entire menu and always remained very satisfied. I haven't been back to Gabrio for a few months, lately we've only seen each other for work-related reasons. Let's quickly go to the pros: it remains one of the best pizzas in the particular Polesine area both for the quality of the raw materials and for the dough. Nice, friendly and fast staff. Particular praise goes to the young boy who took the orders in the room: despite being completely alone (perhaps too much so), he was fast and efficient. The desserts are also really good (Nutella cups). Cons: we came out smelling of fried foods and onions (it had never happened before), perhaps the air recycling systems were off. Particular insistence from the staff in taking a starter because "the pizzas took at least half an hour": if we politely tell you no it's no point, insisting is inappropriate. My guests had also asked for the classic pizza menu but a waitress replied that "it doesn't exist" (I suggest Gabrio create one, maybe if you don't want to make it on paper he could create it via QR code.). I'll start by saying that I didn't even know where Adria was before I had to go there to say hello to a relative of mine. Searching on TA made us curious about this place and we booked online. Well it was a very pleasant discovery. The staff is tidy and all polite/nice (we liked it). The fried starters accompanied by a good prosecco are truly delicious, the pizza with Polesine dough (registered) is truly noteworthy (just right/digestible/well seasoned). Very good white beer. Desserts normal. What can I say, I don't know if I'll go back because it's out of the way, but it gave me an excellent experience. Price around €30 each. The fact that it was full on a rainy Thursday evening shows that it is a (rightly) popular place. Keep it up.

Locale giovane e accogliente. Menù davvero originale e accattivante, pizze buonissime, personale attento e sorridente. Mattia ci ha servito in modo eccelso e ci ha consigliato al meglio. Complimenti! PS. Liquore del musso alla banana da bere come non ci fosse un domani. Molto apprezzato lo sconto per aver tolto un ingrediente dalla pizza. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono.
