All that anxiety melted away the moment we found this place. To call it "heavenly" doesn't quite do it justice; it felt like finding an oasis. The star of the show, without a doubt, is the meat. This isn't just a quick-seared dish; this is the kind of food made with time and care. You can taste the hours of slow-cooking in every bite. The meat was incredibly tender, flavorful, and cooked to absolute perfection, clearly prepared fresh by chefs who truly understand their craft. It was succulent, rich, and exactly the kind of hearty, satisfying meal we had been craving. And you absolutely cannot skip the fries. They aren't just a simple side dish; they are a "must-try" in their own right. They were perfectly crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned just right—the ideal companion to the stellar main course. What truly elevated this from a great meal to a memorable experience, however, was the atmosphere. The staff was genuinely so nice and welcoming. Everyone greeted us with such warmth that we instantly felt at ease. It didn't feel like a standard, impersonal restaurant; it felt like we had been invited into someone's home for a five-star, home-cooked meal. For anyone visiting the Veneto region, especially near the Dolomites, and looking for exceptional, soulful food, this restaurant is an absolute must. It’s a place that cooks with passion, and it shows.

12/10/2025: In the area at 8:40 pm, call and… if you arrive within 5 minutes, otherwise no, in any case the grill is already clean! So second rabbit and that's it!

22/11/2025: We went to Osteria Emilia looking for good food and a warm welcome, but we found so much more! Welcoming, kind, truly delicious dishes that warmed my heart with their simplicity yet extraordinary flavors. My three-year-old son ate a huge plate of pappardelle with ragù and couldn't stop cleaning his plate. In short, I couldn't recommend a better place if you want to eat well, at a fair price, and immersed in the aroma of grilled meat and poured wine.

26/10/2025: Excellent lunch at Hosteria San Benedetto! Delicious fried porcini mushrooms and melt-in-your-mouth raw ham. Fusiglioni with prosciutto and truffle and bigoli with vegetables were truly excellent, with authentic and well-balanced flavors. Superb desserts: crepes with ice cream and raspberries and puff pastry with pears, both delicious. Impeccable service, a refined atmosphere, and excellent value. Definitely worth returning! 🍷🍝🍰

26/10/2025: At Hosteria San Benedetto, every dish reflects care, balance, and a passion for fine cuisine. We started with crispy fried porcini mushrooms and a soft, fragrant prosciutto. The first courses were a triumph of flavor: creamy and aromatic fusilli with prosciutto and truffle, and perfectly creamed bigoli with vegetables. To finish, two desserts: a crepe with ice cream and raspberries and a fragrant pear puff pastry. Attentive service, a welcoming atmosphere, and excellent value: a place definitely worth recommending and a place to return to. 🌿🍷

04/12/2025: I've heard so much about this place; the first time my boyfriend and I went was on a trip to Verona. We booked through the super-simple website. It wasn't just dinner, but a wonderful culinary experience, one I'd do again a thousand times over. The place is meticulously maintained. The service was impeccable. As I'm used to in Florence, the prices aren't even that high for the dishes, but overall, it's worth every penny. We were delighted and highly recommend it. We tried the scampi tartare and the legendary tagliatelle, which will leave you speechless. We also ordered a super-flavorful single portion. It was a wonderful evening, and we'll definitely be back.

12/10/2025: Passing by on a motorcycle tour, excellent choice. On the staff's recommendation, we ordered a tomahawk steak cut in half and a side of potatoes. It melted in our mouths. Very good, cool place. Friendly, fast, and knowledgeable staff. Almost like friends. Satisfied.

12/10/2025: Excellent pizza, excellent burger, great price, with drinks for two and coffee for €22 each. It's noisy, but it's bearable and therefore excellent value. Plus, the owner is welcoming and the staff is friendly, so 10 stars.

07/09/2025: My girlfriend and I went for lunch. It's a very welcoming place, easy to reach by walking from Pian della Sussistenza in both summer and winter, or by taking the cable car from Molino! We had an appetizer, a first course, and a dessert. Everything was delicious. Highly recommended. 👍🏻

I recommend everything about this place, where you can feel the passion for good food and good wine, the kind and helpful wait staff, the kitchen run by young chefs who love their work, and the reasonable prices... I'll definitely be back!

21/11/2025: There were six of us there for dinner, three couples. It's a shame it was dinner because I think the location offers a truly beautiful view. The atmosphere is refined, the service attentive and not pushy. The menu has the right number of meat and fish dishes (maybe vegetarian too, I don't remember). The price was in line with the dishes. It was the first time, but it won't be the last. Well done!!!!
