09/12/2025: The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming, with a mix of modern and sophisticated, but the prices are decidedly high and unjustified, especially considering it's not a Michelin-starred restaurant. Overall, the place is nice, but the service is inattentive, the menu is poorly understood, and the prices are excessive. I don't recommend it.

29/11/2025: Just a minute's walk from Santo, this blissful oasis awaits. Greeted by the smiles and friendliness of the staff, we spent a truly enchanting Saturday lunch. The atmosphere is charming and refined, and the menu ranges from pizza and fried foods to first courses, second courses, and desserts, with some very inviting options. After a delicious fried dish, we opted for spaghetti with clams, broccoli, zucchini flowers, and an excellent pizza. I can't wait to return!

08/11/2025: We were very disappointed by this brief moment at the beginning of the evening, which was ruined by the exorbitant price of the charcuterie board. Three small pieces of charcuterie accompanied by three tiny pieces of cheese => €18. We were caught off guard and didn't react. We don't question the atmosphere, which was pleasant. But I sincerely believe that prices are different for tourists. It was truly disproportionate; we do not recommend it.

01/11/2025: A welcoming venue with a quaint little canal dock where you can sit while sipping wines from their particularly refined and original selection. The cod cicchetti are the best in Venice. The staff is always courteous, ready to offer you a delightful experience of Venetian hospitality.

30/10/2025: The service was good and very friendly. The appetizers were beautifully plated and unique. The first courses were very generous, albeit somewhat to the detriment of the second courses, but overall the overall result was positive. The food was very good. The ambiance is very unique, both in the old part and the most recent renovation. Odone was top-notch! I highly recommend it.

06/10/2025: Sunday lunch during a trip to Bardolino. Good dishes; we tried the lake fish ones. The dishes were tasty, not too elaborate to showcase the ingredients. Good value. Not a typical tourist trap. Excellent service and atmosphere.

03/12/2025: Shame! Horrible experience, not recommended You order one thing, they bring you something else and pass it off as what you ordered. You explain it to the staff and they tell you the product was similar but not the same. They're grasping at straws. They make the customer feel guilty. As if we were the ones who made the mistake, not the staff. They did nothing to avoid embarrassing us. For two extra shrimp found on our plate that we didn't order. How does the customer know if and how you fill or serve the dishes? We paid €24.00. Plus, congratulations! If I order one thing and you serve me something very similar, I can only assume you served what I asked for... We don't make the portions, ask the cooks, not the customers. Rude staff, they didn't even repair the damage!! We didn't offend anyone, and you feel disrespected? Wanted a tip for terrible service? Find another job if you don't like this! The price is out of line. Fresh fish is cheaper in Venice.

01/12/2025: We went yesterday for lunch. We were greeted immediately, the staff were attentive and fast. The location is beautiful, right in the center. The upper floor offers a view of the entire square. The food was excellent and beautifully presented. Congratulations, we'll be back.

The staff is professional, helpful, and friendly without being overbearing. The atmosphere is welcoming, tidy, and pleasant, ideal for a quiet lunch or dinner with friends. The prices are also reasonable for the quality offered. Overall, a positive experience worth repeating.

26/11/2025: Update, November 23, 2025: We finally managed to stay at this fantastic hotel. We had a wonderful time with our eight-month-old baby. The room was always super cozy, with all the amenities and comforts. The breakfast was truly excellent, with something for everyone, both sweet and savory. Overseen by the excellent Marco in the restaurant (and all his staff), as well as by the kindness of Marco at the front desk and the wonderful Mrs. Wanda. The price was truly competitive for a 4-star hotel with a convenient location for the beautiful Dolomites. Update, October 24, 2025: I stand by everything I said in my first review and add the kindness, courtesy, and patience of Mrs. Wanda, who assisted me with the booking and everything else. Very helpful and wonderful location. Thank you. 2019 Review Impressive and hidden location. It feels like arriving at a French castle. A delight to the eye. Spacious room. With a couple of minor flaws. 1. No nightstand on one side of the bed (ok if I'm alone, but two... One has to make do) 2. A fairly outdated TV with many channels blocked. 3. It takes a scientist to study the lighting control unit. And the air conditioning. Apart from these points, everything was fine. Jacuzzi shower, bathrobes, slippers, and everything else that makes it a ****. Free and fast WiFi. Smiling and pleasant staff, especially Marco in the restaurant, who prepared two superb eggs. With the help of his colleague Matteo. Even the ladies at reception smile and help the guests. I will definitely be back.

07/11/2025: Very good restaurant. The pizza was very delicious, and the service was 5 stars. As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were greeted with a smile and a warm welcome, even though it was full. Our waiter stopped to chat with us, he was very nice. :-)

05/11/2025: Simply a fantastic, charming, and typical Italian restaurant. Some restaurants in the area could learn a thing or two from it. The waiters were incredibly friendly and customer-oriented. The pizzas were amazing. My favorite was the Pizza Al Canton.
