04/10/2025: A delightful discovery made somewhat by chance. Trusting the positive reviews, we went for lunch after booking online and found it to be a delightful place with fast, impeccable service, courtesy, and kindness. Finally, we ate wonderfully. The burgers were excellent, and the burger was delicious too. Top marks, I recommend it to everyone. If we return to the Children's Museum in Verona, we'll definitely be back.

02/10/2025: My boyfriend and I chose Special to celebrate his birthday and treat ourselves to a truly exquisite dinner. We had an appetizer, a first course, and a dessert, all accompanied by a glass of wine. We had a wonderful dinner (the gold cacio e pepe was truly exceptional 😍), the service was prompt, and the staff were more than happy to accommodate our requests. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back to try their drinks too!!

However, the menu isn't very varied for those who don't want to eat meat.
Furthermore, at checkout, having spent a considerable amount, we expected a complimentary liqueur as a courtesy and customary gesture.
When we pointed this out to the staff, we were rudely told they weren't required to do so.
01/03/2026: Nice atmosphere, good service, and the food quality is good.
The four of us spent €375, drinking two bottles of red Valpolicella, which was clearly decent.
We paid in cash.
No thank you, no amaro offered, and for the promised 1.3kg Florentine steak we requested, they charged us 1.7kg.
At the table, they told us the raw steak weighed 1.3kg.
The food is good, but be careful, they're trying to make as much money as they can.

06/01/2026: the place is at a high level from the food to the employees. because it is not the season and most places are closed we found this place in the center where the waiter greeted us with great respect and we got a seat at the best table. the food is especially tasty from the appetizer to the main course as well as the Prosecco! excellent I highly recommend it to everyone! the waiters are top 1! I will gladly return.
02/01/2026: Gluten-free pizza and pasta, plus a wide variety of desserts :) Love it!

Kudos to the wine list, rich and varied, allowing for refined pairings that complement the menu well.
The atmosphere is very relaxing, despite being formal.
The quality/price ratio is decidedly good.
An experience worth repeating.
PS: The os a moelle is truly sublime, a remarkable balance of flavors.
15/02/2026: There's no excuse for making a table with two people wait that long, while everyone else around you receives their dishes, from appetizers to first courses to main courses. Did you forget your order? Did you have a problem in the kitchen? You go to the table and apologize for the long wait, especially for our two simple first courses.
It takes a moment, just a moment, to be polite, apologize, and make up for it somehow.
After pointing it out to you, absolutely nothing has changed.
What a shame.

18/02/2026: I was truly delighted; this place is a little gem and a true treat.
The wild boar plin with red berries is unforgettable, a true delight, but I also found the rest of the meal satisfying and very balanced.
You can see the dedication and passion for food; it's a place I'd love to return to, perhaps in the spring.
There's a lovely outdoor space, and it would be lovely to have lunch in the sun.

22/02/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant yesterday, February 21st, 2020, during a motorcycle tour of the Berici Hills, as we've done on other occasions. The restaurant is elegant and pleasant, the food excellent (the truffle risotto excellent), as were the wines, and the quality/price ratio is adequate for the overall setting. Recommended.
