04/03/2025: As it stands right now it may be one of the best restaurants in the world. What Perbellini and the team have accomplished here is a culinary spectacle. While the service may be a bit rough around the edges, some mistiming when serving or lack of towels in the toilet, the protagonist in 12 Apostoli is the food and the craftsmanship of the team. Each dish achieves the feeling of a hearty meal cooked my “la mamma” but with a millimetric perfection that will showcase traditional Italian cuisine with just the right amount of innovation. The only “defect” I was able to find was the fact that it was too much food. To what Perbellini laughed and said “The bread! It’s always the bread”. Who could resist those focacce crafted in heaven? With this, I invite you to explore this little back alley in Verona hiding this world wonder.

02/03/2025: A few steps from Piazza delle Erbe (a little hidden) is the restaurant of the chef Perbellini. The internal environment is something of incredible luxury, elegance and refinement, they make you feel in paradise as regards the cuisine (3 Michelin stars). You truly deserve aesthetically refined and creative dishes, tasty with perfect pairings. Infinite choice of fine wines. Precise and classy welcoming service.

27/02/2025: Gothic style church with entrance fee of 5 euros. Impressive with wood carvings and paintings that take your breath away. Every step is a masterpiece. Worth a visit.

15/02/2025: The most amazing wine tasting. Italian Super Reds are just perfect, with Amarone Valpolicella immediately finding its way to our wedding. Perfect place for wine lovers!

14/02/2025: This is one of those places where you wish you went last because, based on the first impression, you could spend the rest of your time eating here creating the possibility you’ll miss out on another gem. I’d write more, but currently this place is crushing a 4.7 rating so my review won’t do much more to push it towards 5. And this is a legit 5, I’ve dined at many a fancy restaurant (think Michelin), and I love this place.

18/02/2025: Ci siamo fermati incuriositi dal menù posto all’esterno e siamo successivamente stati accolti con garbo e gentilezza. Abbiamo mangiato davvero bene, dividendo un antipasto semplice e saporito e due primi piatti eccellenti. Il dolce è poi stato una vera sorpresa in quanto, sia la red velvet che il tiramisù, erano davvero buoni. Consigliamo questo posto a chiunque passi per Verona, propone piatti tipici veneti ed anche piatti della tradizione italiana! Noi ci siamo fermati per pranzo e, nonostante non abbiamo bevuto vino, abbiamo potuto notare la varietà di proposte per tutti i tipi di gusti. Per quanto riguarda il prezzo credo che sia davvero onesto e adatto alla “concorrenza”, complimenti per il servizio e per l’ottima cucina (carinissimo il fatto che quest’ultima sia posta su un soppalco creato e ideato appositamente). 24/02/2025: Sublime! You arrive and at the table you find water and wine... then comes the cutting board with meat and melted cheese, the mixed vegetables, each better than the other... what can I say? Optimal!!!

16/02/2025: Intimate place, just outside the center of Peschiera del Garda. Kind welcome, speed of service (Morgan very kind), goodness of the dishes (Tortelli alla zucca with fondue di formaggio the best ever eaten, we had seconds, tiramisu superlative). I thank the nearby pastry shop "Torta della Nonna" for recommending this splendid place. Good luck for the future guys and thanks again!

16/02/2025: Excellent experience that starts from the welcome at the door by chef Giuliano, friendly and super helpful. The location is colorful and welcoming with the chirping of parrots creating a relaxed atmosphere and the open kitchen gives an extra plus to the experience. The Initiation 1 menu is made up of 10 very interesting courses, in particular I appreciated the amuse bouche and the plankton rice. An extra point goes to the fact that the chef and the team were able to adapt the menu to the dietary needs of my celiac girlfriend with excellent gluten-free proposals. I am sure we will return to the aqua crua to try "initiation 2".

27/01/2025: We attended the cooking class on Saturday morning. It was a unique and unforgettable experience. The chef in all his humility immediately made us feel at home, he conveyed to us all his love for cooking and high quality raw materials. Congratulations also to the staff of young, determined and competent boys. Highly recommended course, we will definitely be back 🩷
