15/12/2025: A warm and cozy little place, with an atmospheric open fireplace, exquisite cured meats and cheeses, homemade cappelletti in broth, and eggplant parmigiana—both hearty and delicious. The owner is the added bonus of this little restaurant/wine bar, always smiling and kind. He introduced us to a good local red wine, of which we ordered two glasses, and the new olive oil from the area, which we liked so much we ordered a can for the next day. A lovely, authentic experience, highly recommended!

25/12/2025: Very good pizzas. Plus very nice staff. We stay at the camping degli ulivi where they help us order takeaway pizza from here. I say it again very good pizzas.

30/01/2026: Exceptional, everything was absolutely exquisite! The use of excellent olive oil was very noticeable in all the dishes, as was the use of high-quality ingredients. The handmade pasta was superb, and the vegetable soup was the best I've ever tasted. I'll definitely be back.

24/01/2026: A pasta restaurant tucked away in an alley. The pasta was deliciously chewy, and the tomato soup was also delicious. The staff seemed a bit indifferent, but they still provided everything I needed.

22/12/2025: We ate on the veranda (which wasn't specified over the phone). It was cold because it's covered with plastic sheeting and isn't even well insulated. They put out two mushrooms to warm the place, but we were still all cold, and everyone at the other tables was wearing scarves or jackets. The staff was rude and unfriendly, especially if you have children. The pizza was classic Neapolitan, nothing special. We don't recommend the calzone because it was undercooked. I should add that we ordered a calzone with escarole, but it actually contained lettuce. Who knows! We definitely won't be back. Since I can't respond to the restaurant's response under my review, I'd like to point out that: 1) From the photos on Google, it's not clear whether the veranda is covered in plastic or not. I expect that if a restaurant uses a veranda as a dining room in the winter, it's well insulated, not with holes here and there and open areas. And in any case, when they tell you there are children, you should be kind enough to explain that it's cold on the veranda and not well insulated, especially if the reservations are made by non-locals. 2) Why isn't it true that you made a fuss because we couldn't even bring closed strollers to the table but had to leave them elsewhere in the restaurant? 3) It's true that the staff isn't very friendly; we were even joking around, and a waitress thought we were having a problem with her and snapped at us (a guilty conscience, perhaps?) 4) I'm no escarole expert, but I expected it cooked inside the calzone and not in a raw salad. That said, after your increasingly forceful response to the negative review, it's a shame You can't give zero stars.

14/01/2026: We stopped here for sandwiches. They made us the best sandwiches we've had in a very long time. We ate on the porch outside.

16/05/2025: This place was FANTASTIC — the service and experience was excellent. Kamal makes all the food fresh behind the counter, made to order and is so quick. Great place to stop for some hamburgers and hotdogs to take a break from the pasta. Although the pizza is to die for too! Our family went back twice in two days. Kamal is the best and very attentive. Would recommend!

01/04/2025: Good food, fast service, friendly owner. Kebab plate, kebab, pizza and mozzarella tomato sandwich satisfied all for a quick but tasty lunch. Plenty of space inside to sit.

05/01/2026: We stopped here on our way between Orvieto and Bomarzo. The atmosphere is refined, without too many frills, and the service is courteous and unhurried. Homemade pasta dishes are delicious, with generous portions. The platters, both of cured meats and cheeses, are exceptional, freshly prepared with ingredients displayed on the spot. Off the beaten path, to sample authentic products at a fair price.

03/01/2026: Rustic and traditional. The Christmas decorations leave a little to be desired, but they're not the focal point of the place. Quick service and friendly staff. The menu offers a wide variety of traditional dishes, with the option of a full "tourist menu." The grilled meats are of excellent quality, as are the ingredients used in all the dishes.

07/10/2025: Pretty little church with some cool, fading frescos. The underground is to be booked in advance - you can't just arrive and ask for it.

16/08/2025: A place steeped in history in the heart of Orvieto. The Chiesa di Sant'Andrea is striking for its location in Piazza della Repubblica, where it exudes a medieval atmosphere. Its façade is simple compared to the cathedral, but the interior retains a special charm with columns and ancient frescoes that reflect the passage of time. The most interesting thing is that the church was built on Etruscan, Roman, and early Christian remains, making it a very valuable archaeological site. Furthermore, as it is less visited than the Duomo, it can be enjoyed in peace and quiet. Without a doubt, a recommended stop for those who want to discover Orvieto's deeper history beyond the tourist attractions.

23/10/2025: We were on a shore excursion with RCI to Orvieto and had an organised lunch and wine tasting with traditional local regional products. It was an amazing experience the aged balsamic, the wines, the pasta and the olive oil were exceptional. A beautiful light dessert to finish and we were a happy bunch.Thank you to the family and staff, I hope lots of people come to enjoy your food and take home your beautiful products.

02/11/2025: We discovered this place by chance....welcomed by the very friendly owner.....Martina was able to advise us and we ate an appetizer that I thought would never end....all accompanied by good wine and a special playlist that I sang along with the other guests.
