Ristorante Valle San Martino In Spoleto

We stayed at the Valle Rosa farmhouse in Spoleto this weekend (June 6-7, 2026) and had a truly excellent experience. The property is simply beautiful, surrounded by greenery and tranquility, ideal for a complete escape from the daily grind. The room was very spacious, well-maintained, and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing stay. The pool is a real highlight: large, well-maintained, and nestled in a truly pleasant natural setting. The restaurant also deserves a special mention: we ate wonderfully, with quality dishes and authentic flavors. Special thanks go to the impeccable welcome. Even though we only booked one night (Saturday to Sunday), we were given the option of keeping our room in the afternoon, allowing us to relax after lunch and enjoy the pool. A much-appreciated gesture that demonstrates great customer service. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, quality stay: my compliments to the entire staff!

We had a great time at the property, which was always clean and welcoming. I didn't see any agricultural activities connected to the property, so I wouldn't consider it an agriturismo. The location is excellent, and the restaurant's cuisine exceeds all expectations, both in terms of the quality of the products and the deliciousness of the dishes, which are always original and delicious. The staff is also courteous and attentive.

A magnificent spot, a farmhouse just outside the city of Spoleto, where I stayed for a few days and where nothing is missing: greenery, tranquility, organization. The rooms are housed in three buildings; large, modern, comfortable, with everything you need. All surrounded by a large green space. A beautiful swimming pool with dedicated spaces, a covered parking area with photovoltaic panels and electric charging for cars. Additional parking areas are dedicated to each building. There's a breakfast room and a restaurant, which I'll discuss later. If you have any problems, there's always a very kind and helpful gentleman on hand who can resolve the issue! EXCELLENT... in many years of my travels in Italy, I haven't found such a satisfying establishment!! Oh, I forgot... the price is a tad higher than a mediocre B&B that doesn't even have anything I've written! WHAT CAN I SAY: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

A cute property located conveniently for a Spoletto visit + relaxation. The ground and the pool are lovely but the rooms are indeed very basic (as noted by other guests). Overall a 3.5-star quality but giving an extra half a ⭐ for the cute 🐕!

A very nice property in a beautiful farmhouse setting very close to Spoleto. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was clean, well-equipped, and the bed comfortable. Excellent breakfast. The half-board dinner was excellent. We had a great time. We recommend it.

We stayed at this agriturismo almost two years ago, but we often think back to the wonderful days we spent there. Excellent location, surrounded by nature, spacious and clean rooms, large pool with the option of a small aperitif, not to mention the restaurant... everything was excellent! Farmhouse near Spoleto Good location for traveling Beautiful rustic-style property located on a hill Excellent for relaxation, silence, and peace Strengths include the cleanliness and attention to detail in the property and rooms, and the professionalism and courtesy of everyone at the property, from the receptionist to the breakfast lady. Trilli, the dog, is also lovely: sweet and cuddly. And a bonus for the Tipico restaurant attached to the property, a real treat. I definitely recommend spending a few days at Valle Rosa!

I spent New Year's Eve with my family at Valle Rosa. I must say it deserves 4 stars. Compliments to the staff. Excellent courtesy. Splendid details. Excellent cuisine. Attention to the smallest details for the occasion. Congratulations!!!!
