31/08/2025: It's not easy to find such a refined and authentic seafood restaurant in Umbria, but this place is a wonderful exception. Super-fresh dishes, prepared with care and flavor, generous portions, and a well-curated wine list.
From appetizer to dessert, every course was an experience. The raw fish was top-notch, and the seafood pasta... simply perfect!
But the real added value was the company of the owner: a delightful, passionate person, capable of making you feel immediately at home. His friendliness and hospitality made the evening even more enjoyable. In a world where service makes the difference, here you truly notice the passion for hospitality.

Ristorante Cinese Hong Kong - Sushi Giapponese

02/01/2026: Terrible experience. (Let's start by assuming I love raw sushi.) The sashimi is ridiculous: tiny, unappealing pieces. The fried food is inedible, with a strong smell of old oil that completely ruins the dish. The only redeeming feature is the noodles, which are quite well made, but they don't justify the rest.
The worst part is that the last two times I've been very ill, with severe stomach pain after eating here. It can't be a coincidence.
Considering the quality of the food and the problems I've had, I strongly advise against it. I won't be returning; for €14 for lunch, it's highly advisable to spend more and eat at other all-you-can-eat restaurants (even in the city).

19/06/2026: We visited TricTrac twice—once for aperitivo and then for dinner. On both occasions, the service was very friendly and prompt. The food—such as the truffle risotto and polenta with ragù—was outstanding and stylishly presented. The location, with its view of the cathedral, is unique. Overall, a great atmosphere.
18/06/2026: The service wasn't attentive or thorough, but the view was truly magnificent! The food wasn't sophisticated, but it was tasty. We each had two craft beers (trying both the light and dark ones) and a mixed appetizer (scrambled eggs, ham, apple and walnut salad, and three crostini with vegetables (eggplant, zucchini, and radicchio).

Neutral staff. Good location for an aperitif, but nothing more.
01/08/2026: I hope this comment helps improve: it's a bar with potential, but the service, unfortunately, doesn't bode well. Superficial, rude, and distracted. In my case, the waitress was more attentive to her cell phone than to the customers... Too bad.

22/06/2026: Well, considering the comments, I expected to eat well, but instead I was very disappointed by the poorly maintained and dirty environment, by the tasteless food and also by the prices.

01/05/2026: Avoid this restaurant, the prices are high for the quality of the food. If you pay with a POS you don't get a discount, but if you pay with cash you get a discount. In 2026 we're still at these levels. Naturally, you don't get a receipt.
18/02/2026: It looked so nice, offering simple, tasty food.
Imagine the complete opposite, with the addition of a relatively exorbitant price tag, including fake barbecue!

08/07/2026: Homemade pasta tastes good. Portions are not large.
07/07/2026: As far as we're concerned, visiting here was a mistake. The owners' lack of flair immediately changed our minds about staying longer. So we only had drinks and small snacks. We got truffle bruschetta, but without the truffles and on plain bread. Our Aperol Spritz also came without the "bubbles." To make matters worse, the staff also brought different beers than we ordered. Maybe it was just us, but unfortunately, we don't recommend it.

25/07/2025: Ristorante eccellente cn cucina raffinata, luogo accogliente cn titolare e chef veramente di buon livello, luogo in cui gustare qualsiasi piatto dal pesce alla carne

Ciao di grande qualità sian riguardo la materia prima che la preparazione .
Conto assolutamente consoni alla insieme .
Se volete mangiare bene spendendo m ed glio questo è il posto che da per voi !!!!

Consigliato per un pranzetto veloce.
19/07/2025: Questo locale, oltre ad offrire una buona cucina, ti fa immergere nel buonumore spoletino.
Consiglio d farvi portare un caffè e chiedergli di cantare la lirica.

14/07/2025: Tornati dopo oltre un anno di assenza dal ristorante 9Cento,non possiamo che confermare quanto di positivo detto precedentemente. Ottimi piatti per fattezza e qualità,buona proposta dalla cantina e servizio efficiente e discreto. Buona anche la focaccia al prosciutto(per noi una novità) che hanno mangiato i bambini

03/07/2025: Ormai la confusione regna sovrana nella ristorazione l aggettivo al nome dovrebbe spiegare che tipo di locale uno trova...comunque un bel locale... in pietra viva e legno... mto bello...
Le pappardelle al piccione ottime.. solo che io mi pongo sempre una domanda:quale è la giusta grammatura di un piatto di pasta... credo che 50grammi sia un po' troppo poco...e una mezza porzione
Abbiamo chiesto un insalata di pomodori e chi hanno portato un pomodoro spaccato in due ... credo che sia in gesto offensivo nei confronti dei clienti...
Come è vergognoso far pagare 3 euro 0.75 di acqua... questa violenza dei ristoratori di imporre dell acqua minerale e poi speculafci sopra è vergognoso... non si può pagare 4 euro al litro l acqua...
Ne si può pagare 3 euro di coperto....

20/05/2025: Il ristorante è immerso nelle verdi colline umbre, location molto bella soprattutto se si mangia fuori. Abbiamo mangiato bene, i ravioli all’oca un po’ deludenti e il servizio un po’ lento ma nel complesso una buona esperienza, carta dei vini davvero bella
