06/08/2024: Ristorante caratteristico, ma con piatti finalmente diversi dalle solite cose. Risotto veramente buono, altrettanto i secondi e buonissimi i dolci. Personale veramente cortese. È stato un vero piacere cenare. Lo consiglio caldamente.

11/08/2024: I went today with my son and it was one of the few places in the center of Assisi that didn't seem like a tourist trap... it actually was like that!! the text pizza with cured meats is excellent!

18/08/2024: Like at home but even better!! Family place, cheerful, fast, the pasta very good, excellent, the meat, both tartare and carpaccio were divine, every dish seen in the place was at the top! Well done, nice people, try it!

18/02/2024: Da bravi umbri siamo amanti della porchetta e l'abbiamo gustata veramente ottima in questo banchino in prossimità di Santa Maria di Assisi. Un posto poco turistico ma dove si mangia veramente bene! Continuate così!!!

09/08/2024: Giovannino is a free-range restaurant with a centenary history along the road that climbs from Assisi towards Gualdo Tadino. A rich menu, lots of good stuff, generous portions, very affordable prices, welcomes a mix of humanity ranging from the foreign tourist to the local inhabitant. Absolutely adorable. To be reviewed not with stars, but with hearts. And in that case, five wouldn't be enough.

07/08/2024: We ate last night in this restaurant and I must say that the dishes were really of excellent quality, good service at the table, a little confusion upon arrival, not having booked, they told us to wait at least an hour but in 15 minutes a table became free, they said that everything was booked but honestly we had several empty tables around so everything else was fine, even the bill.

24/08/2024: Posto molto bello, dotato di ampio parcheggio, vasta varietà di pizze e fritture. Le pizze sono molto buone. Ottimo servizio ai tavoli. Puntale e veloce.

26/08/2024: We went to this restaurant yesterday not far from the basilica and left satisfied. The staff were very friendly, helpful and smiling (which doesn't hurt). We have consumers with a platter for two of excellent cold cuts. 2 first courses, one of which strangozzi with confit tomatoes and salted ricotta. Really delicious and tasty. The ravioli with ricotta and good spinach even if 2 more didn't hurt. Very particular, beautiful and large place made up of 4 rooms, even if you wouldn't think so from the outside. Prices normal.

18/08/2024: Good place in the center of Assisi where you can eat in peace, good food and prices for the town of Assisi also within the norm. I recommend the first courses, especially Conni mushrooms or with cacio-pepe!

04/08/2024: Abbiamo festeggiato qui il battesimo di mia figlia, non c'è nulla da dire, abbiamo mangiato bene e il servizio è stato molto gentile nonostante siamo arrivati quasi con venti minuti di ritardo. Unico accorgimento, donne coi tacchi e anziani lasciateli all'ingresso del ristorante prima di andare a parcheggiare perché la salita al parcheggio è davvero scomoda. Prezzi onestissimi. Davvero consigliato.

01/07/2024: Bellissima location immersa nella natura. Arredi semplici con eleganza e cura dei particolari. Menù fisso a prezzo super abbordabile. Tutto buonissimo con materie prime genuine. Personale gentile e professionale. Assolutamente consigliato

27/07/2024: Osteria deludente (consigliata anche dalla nostra albergatrice). Ordinata una carbonara che aveva solo uovo e pochissima pancetta, quantità esagerata e tra l'altro pasta scotta. Le tagliatelle al ragù e i tortellini al ragù con un sugo pessimo, è sembrato mangiare un primo al pomodoro. Ogni ricetta è diversa ovviamente ma nel limite, la carne nel ragù deve essere sentita. Torta al testo con salsicce e verdure troppo pesante. Il vino anche non spiccava per il gusto. Dopo averci servito gli antipasti e i primi si sono dimenticati completamente di noi nonostante mancassero dei secondi addebitati al nostro tavolo. I prezzi bassi, ma vista la qualità giusti.

22/07/2024: It is a place where you eat without ifs or buts. You find a concrete cuisine, without frills or artistic paintings on the dishes. If it were up to me I would always eat here. The owner is a strong, determined woman, she is the captain of the ship and with her in command the ship always returns to port. No one leaves without eating.... In the end, long live the Captain and thank you...

27/07/2024: Nice place with decent service. I highly recommend taking a brochettes mix for starters. There is a table fee of 2.5€ per person which is not that clear. The selection of wines is first class. We were not disappointed by this place. It was good choice for early evening for 5 people without reservation.

31/08/2024: We were very satisfied. The waitresses were extremely nice and hospitable. The food was excellent and as a little surprise we were given a small starter and even dessert from the kitchen. The main course was excellent. We sat outside and the service was still very attentive. Really recommended!!!

30/08/2024: I think the best review that could be done is this: I can't wait to go back! If I could, I would have given 6 stars to Chiara, impeccable service, advice and courtesy. My wife and I took home a memory of this restaurant that we will hardly forget: the wine recommendation was also excellent.

06/08/2024: The place is very good with a great view! We mainly took pasta. Big plates, but it does not seems fresh pasta. At least for pasta, the prices are far from being aligned with the value of the food.
