05/02/2026: What can I say?! Beautiful place! I'd never been to Otricoli before, and I have to say, it's a beautiful village. As soon as I arrived, a very kind and friendly host helped me park, and then I entered this world of hospitality and quality! The food was excellent, the raw fish appetizer was fantastic. I also tried my wife's cacio e pepe ravioli, and they were world-class. The desserts, all homemade, are amazing! The staff is very polite and professional, with that touch of warmth that makes you feel at home. You guys are great!!!

His cuisine is the absolute star: the dishes were extraordinary, true works of art combining exceptional flavors with impeccable presentation. In addition to his culinary talent, I would like to highlight his kindness and admirable dedication to his guests. Chef Collazzo knows how to make the dining experience not only a pleasure for the palate, but a special and personalized experience. A true added value that makes all the difference! 25/11/2025: A 5-star experience in every sense of the word. If you want to feel pampered in a peaceful oasis surrounded by greenery, you're in the right place. Superbly maintained spaces, extremely friendly staff, and a fabulous breakfast. The spa is also lovely, with a whirlpool in the pool that has sliding doors to access the outdoor pool. We'll definitely be back.

17/10/2025: Smash burger is illegal because it's so good. Friendly staff. The space is a bit small for seating.

27/05/2025: I celebrated my birthday here. 🥰 I offered my friends an aperitif. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, with generous portions (there was even pasta!). Excellent value for money, a welcoming and pleasant place with impeccable service! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! ❤️

20/12/2025: We spent 5 days in Gubbio and came here 4 of the 5! Twice for dinner and twice just to enjoy some fantastic wine before dinner elsewhere. The owner is very personable and knowledgeable...loves to talk with you about wines of the region and makes great recommendations. We were made to feel as welcome as if we were his local regulars! They will open many different wines by the glass...more so than other places we have been that limit what they are willing to open. The wine selection is outstanding and the charcuterie board a delicious sampling of regional meats, cheeses and accompaniments. We particularly loved the Cresia which can be made with toppings of your choice..."bacon" and onion for us was heaven! We sat inside but they also have a nice heated area outside. Please don't miss this spot on your visit to Gubbio...even better, stop here first to get great information about what you may want to experience while exploring wine in Umbria. If only I could have put this shop in my suitcase and taken it home with me!

21/10/2025: Truly excellent dinner! The tagliata was simply perfect, perfectly cooked and the meat was incredibly tender. The charcuterie and cheese platter was also excellent, featuring fresh, high-quality ingredients. The basket of veal strips with cherry tomatoes, pecorino shavings, and arugula was delicious—a balanced and flavorful dish. Among the desserts, the chocolate tart and pistachio parfait are must-trys. The house sparkling white wine is also very good. The restaurant is welcoming, clean, and well-kept, with a relaxed, family atmosphere. The owner is professional yet warm, while Sonia is tireless, kind, and always available. A place where you eat well and feel even better. Highly recommended! PS: I don't have any photos of the dishes because I preferred eating them rather than photographing them; the aroma took over! But there will be another opportunity.

17/02/2026: I highly recommend Agriturismo Il Melograno, a beautifully maintained place surrounded by nature. The food was excellent; we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. The staff were always attentive and courteous, the rooms were clean, and the spa was super nice.

Everything was perfect, from the warm welcome to the exceptional food, to the kindness and helpfulness. Elena, a fantastic person! We felt pampered from the first moment: the atmosphere is relaxing, with attention to detail, and immersed in the beautiful Umbrian countryside. The cuisine was a real surprise, with authentic, flavorful dishes prepared with great care. Everything was delicious and made with love. An experience we will treasure and definitely repeat. For a year now, we've been returning with the same feeling: that of being at home, but in a more beautiful, more refined, more special way. The restaurant is welcoming and refined, elegant without ever being aloof. The atmosphere is warm and bright, with a touch of chic that makes you feel pampered from the first moment. The staff is truly one of its greatest strengths: kind, attentive, welcoming, and welcoming, as if they've known you forever. It's the kind of hospitality that can't be taught, it's passed on. The food is inimitable. The quality of the ingredients is evident, as is the attention and care put into the preparation. The first courses are top-notch, balanced, and rich in flavor; the second courses have a precision and depth that are hard to forget. And the desserts also deserve a special mention, conceived and crafted with the same care as the rest of the menu. I chose this restaurant to celebrate my 30th birthday, and I couldn't have asked for anything better. They supported me in everything, with a sincere kindness and care that's hard to find elsewhere. It's one of those places where, once you've entered, you return. Because it stays. In your heart, in your memories, and in the desire to return again.

16/01/2026: A restaurant full of soul and authenticity, the dishes are delicious and prepared with the utmost care. Dishes featuring black or white truffles are at truly excellent prices! The staff is extremely kind and professional. The atmosphere is familiar and relaxing, a true gem in the Apennines! It has become our favorite restaurant!

30/11/2025: Pleasant and well-kept atmosphere, fast service, and a very friendly, down-to-earth owner. The menu offers numerous culinary options, from the pizzeria (Neapolitan pizza, thick and richly topped, and served pre-sliced) to the restaurant (we'll be back to try the first and second courses!!). We especially enjoyed the appetizer, which was very generous and accompanied by the unique fried gnocco! Very fair prices and a full belly, highly recommended!

04/12/2025: Stop in Perugia: a delightful discovery! We stopped at this restaurant almost by chance on a return trip from Tuscany, looking for a welcoming place for lunch in Perugia. It turned out to be an excellent choice and provided us with a truly memorable experience. 🍽️ Top-Notch Food and Hospitality The quality of the food was excellent, with carefully prepared dishes and top-quality ingredients. But what really won us over was the courtesy and impeccable welcome. The owners were incredibly kind and attentive, especially with our one-and-a-half-year-old son, demonstrating a rare thoughtfulness. Even our littlest one loved his pasta with tomato sauce! ✍️ A Small Helpful Tip The only small comment we feel we need to make concerns the services for younger guests. For us, who were traveling with a baby, the lack of a changing table in the bathroom and high chairs was the only drawback. In my opinion, these small touches would be enough to make the experience perfect, even for families with babies and small children. 💖 In Conclusion Despite this small complaint, we had a wonderful time. The atmosphere, warmth, and overall quality deserve top marks. We will definitely return next time and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to eat well and feel at home.

02/12/2025: We had lunch there, drawn by the word "bottega" (shop), but it was closer to an osteria, but it didn't have bulk wine. A good platter of cured meats, which I would have paired with some cheeses.
