04/06/2026: Unfortunately, we weren't able to enjoy the restaurant's specialties. Despite the fact that it was advertised as open, it wasn't. We were returning from a trip and looked for a nearby restaurant. When we arrived, two other couples were waiting for it to open... but it didn't happen. Unforeseen circumstances can happen, but given how useful Maps is for travelers, it would be helpful if the owners adjusted their opening hours.

28/05/2026: A nice, though not spectacular, restaurant with good and, above all, affordable food. The attentive and friendly waitress was particularly noteworthy. Would gladly return.

05/05/2026: The path to the bathroom is quite unusual, with cured meats hanging from the ceiling. The platter was quite modest in quantity for the price. The cured meats were good, but we expected much more. The same was true for the herb rock, a very small portion for the price. The pasta, despite the meat being salty enough, was very bland.

03/05/2026: The wines (recommended by the staff) were excellent; it's a shame they forgot to bring us the third glass of wine included in the tasting. The food was good, but the portions were small. The platter was good, but perhaps not worth the €27 price tag (the accompanying jam was very industrial). The location was nice: it was nice to pass through the laboratory and cellar on the way to the bathroom. The staff was friendly, but overall a bit disorganized.

03/04/2026: I dined at this restaurant on Saturday, March 28, 2026. A magnificent experience. The restaurant is located in the charming building of The Nun, a complex featuring spa rooms and this restaurant, well-known in the area. The restaurant offers free indoor parking; if it's full, there's public parking just a few steps away. The welcome was professional; the young woman greeted us kindly and carefully stowed our hats in the cloakroom. The selection of dishes was made under the clear and precise guidance of the chef, who explained all the flavors to us. The evening continued in a calm and subdued atmosphere, with the chef present, who explained the characteristics of the dishes to us. The food was fantastic; out of the four courses, we chose two off-menu items. I still remember the flavor of the pumpkin and licorice risotto, a splendid combination that I hope will become a permanent feature on the menu. Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about. The portions were just right, not too large, not too small, with balanced ingredients. The location is elegant; they should keep the terrace open in the summer, however, I think it could improve on some details, the little things, which don't detract from the already wonderful experience. Prices are average for the first courses; the second courses are perhaps a little above average, but nothing excessive when compared to the restaurant's target market. Congratulations to the chef and the staff; I highly recommend it.

02/04/2026: A light lunch with a special menu featuring a few light dishes, well-executed and tasty. A pleasant Umbrian rosé sparkling wine. A very refined, minimalist atmosphere. Attentive and impeccable service. Breathtaking views of Assisi.

09/06/2026: After visiting Castiglion del Lago, we had lunch at this restaurant because of the excellent reviews. I can fully confirm them: the location is quiet and well-organized, the food is plentiful and delicious, especially the meat. The staff is kind and friendly. The quality/price ratio is fair. Recommended.

07/06/2026: I can highly recommend Braceria Baldelli! The rooms are magnificent, the restaurant is wonderful. Yo can easily explore Montepulciano to Montalcino in One day. Umbria Is beautiful.

23/03/2026: Recently rediscovered for a variety of reasons, I can only rate it positively from every perspective. The dishes are delicious and carefully prepared, using ingredients of undeniable quality. The portions served are so generous that you won't leave the table feeling hungry, and the preparation and professionalism of the staff makes the dishes even more appreciative. A special mention goes to Sabrina, who elevates the experience with her genuine spontaneity and a delightfully sociable approach, which adds value to the atmosphere. I'd like to give a special mention to the carbonara; perhaps the least ordered dish, but it's remarkably delicious.

The ingredients are of the highest quality, clearly evident in every dish, which is meticulously crafted and truly exquisite. 16/05/2026: We had lunch with wild boar cooked in a "dolceforte" sauce and toasted pine nuts, a side dish for two, and a bottle of mineral water (no wine). The dish was delicious and unique, but honestly, €71 seemed a bit excessive for the portions served. Overall, the price seemed a bit inflated.

30/05/2026: A beautifully maintained space in Barton Park, just outside Perugia. A lovely spot for a stroll and a great place to eat. Khaled, the manager, provides impeccable service. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable.

19/04/2026: Terrible cocktails! Hugo Spritz was terribly prepared, with lots of lemon juice and not even elderflower syrup. The result? It tastes like lemonade... Sex on the Beach tastes only of alcohol, like drinking a glass of vodka (same taste). Definitely avoid the cocktail... a soft drink is better. The only saving grace is the service, a very kind guy. I'm not arguing about the prices, but they're a bit high...

12/04/2026: At the end of our bike ride, we stopped for lunch here. They served us an excellent, beautifully presented, deconstructed burger. The mini dessert we sampled was also delicious. Interesting menu. Fair prices. Very friendly staff.
