05/12/2024: Serata con amici tutti hanno mangiato lumache e sono rimasti contentissimi ottima cena . Io non mangio Lumache ho mangiato Soufflé di patate con fonduta di pecorino e tartufo eccezionale. Poi ravioli cacio e pepe . Ottimo Anche i dolci buoni . Consigliatissimo per lumacari e ottimo anche per chi non le mangia.

03/09/2024: Junto con mi esposa, viajamos por Abruzos, Apulia y Umbría en tres semanas, y el año pasado también por la Toscana. Pero este restaurante en Umbría es lo mejor de todo; el personal más amable, buena comida y un excelente restaurante con una vista perfecta.

Excellent food, we ate Friccò, a typical dish from Gubbio, based on chicken... wonderful! Absolute goodness 😍 Also tasted cantucci in a variant other than the classic, excellent! Exceptional price, main course with side dish, wine, dessert, water and coffee for around €23/head! Congratulations Osteria del Bottaccione, I can't wait to visit you again

23/02/2025: Abbiamo pranzato al " Bottaccione " domenica 23 febbraio ,il locale era pieno ma ci hanno immediatamente trovato una sistemazione. Il servizio è stato eccellente malgrado la molta clientela presente, e rapido .Ho ritrovato sapori ed atmosfere che pensavo di aver, ormai, dimenticato. Ottimi gli antipasti, il vino generoso e non " traditore ", sia i primi - tagliatelle fatte in casa al sugo di cinghiale - che i secondi - il " friccò " eugubino - ci hanno pienamente soddisfatti. Al momento del conto nessuna sorpresa, perfettamente in linea con la maggioranza delle trattorie e ristoranti frequentati nel corso degli anni. Il personale mai invadente, il bagno molto pulito, l' ambiente genuinamente rustico. Merita davvero la sosta.

Area located in the center with parking nearby (even if not very close).

They were so kind to bring a complimentary cake for my friend’s birthday. We enjoyed our time so much that we accidentally broke a wine glass but they were so kind about it… A huge “Thank you” to Baraonda Ristorante and all the staffs there!

30/10/2024: Welcoming, quiet, comfortable. A young management, very organized with an innovative restaurant. Very good dishes accompanied by refined wines. Tastefully furnished and very clean rooms. Very nice swimming pool that enjoys a scenic view.

26/09/2024: There are no words to describe this wonderful place....an oasis of relaxation for the body and mind...... Luca Matteo Martina absolutely the best in everything....genuine dishes at km below zero since they have the vegetable garden in sight......delicious first courses and second courses with attention to detail....flavors of other times......I would like to say to the gentlemen who go to 5 star hotels that they have understood nothing of life....I wouldn't change it for anything......and do we want to talk about breakfast?? Tarts made by them with jams always made by them with their fruit.....and nothing guys what can I say you are fantastic...keep it up...see you soon

13/04/2025: Abbiamo trascorso il compleanno in questo ristorante e siamo rimasti delusi. In primo luogo il menù che avevamo accordato non è stato rispettato in pieno, in quanto mancante di una parte dell’antipasto ed il secondo seppure abbondante era prevalentemente a base di carne di maiale e non manzo ed agnello come da accordi. In generale abbiamo avuto l’impressione di scarsa accoglienza nei confronti del cliente e poca accortezza. Per finire anche il prezzo pattuito non è stato rispettato, cosa che abbiamo trovato molto poco professionale, soprattutto nel richiedere il pagamento della quota di un bimbo di 4 anni che ha assaggiato soltanto l’antipasto. Pertanto non lo consigliamo.

05/03/2025: Durante la recente visita a Foligno, abbiamo scelto questo Ristorante, anche in base alle recensioni. Locale molto curato, con arredi particolari e di gusto. Buono l’antipasto Me Te Magno, molto vario e abbondante, qualche abbinamento particolare, un po’ troppa presenza di mollica di pane (pappa al pomodoro, polpetta, …), top: uovo croccante al tartufo| A seguire, e con molto sforzo perché già satolli, abbiamo scelto mezze porzioni di Maccheroni cacio & pork (a nostro gusto, un po’ troppo ragù). Personale sempre presente e attento al Cliente. Prezzi fascia media.
