07/04/2025: Che dire? Qui: Qualità del cibo, location molto bella (e curata) e propensione al commensale, si fondono in maniera perfetta in un contesto paesaggistico unico. Per chi cerca una “coccola” al di fuori della frenesia che caratterizza il nostro stile di vita, questo è il posto ideale! Ristorante con pochi posti a sedere, Hotel con poche camere, il tutto all’insegna del “pochi ma buoni”. Una tappa che consiglio a tutti a patto di sapersi vivere (e godere a pieno) la vita, magari sorseggiando una buona bottiglia di vino. Complimenti a Nicola, alla moglie ed a tutto il suo staff. 25/02/2025: Ci siamo innamorati di questo ristorante, elegante e piacevole, semplice ma di grande qualità. Molto curato nell'arredamento e nel menù, abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo l'ospitalità e la cordialità dello staff, tutti sono stati fin da subito gentili, educati e molto disponibili. Il menu è caratterizzato principalmente da proposte del territorio, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo, il filetto di cervo è stato qualcosa di speciale, raramente l'ho trovato così ben cotto e saporito, complimenti davvero. Carta dei vini semplice ma con proposte adeguate al menu, bollicine e rossi del territorio sono l'ennesima conferma che il Trentino è una spanna sopra a molte regioni, ma questo già lo sapevamo. Ottimi gli antipasti, golosissimi i dolci. Torneremo sicuramente nei prossimi soggiorni in Val Canali, perché questo locale è una perla rara nascosta fra cime e paesaggi pazzeschi, perfetta per una sosta dopo un piacevole trekking ed altrettanto comodo da raggiungere anche per chi preferisce arrivarci direttamente in auto. 11/03/2025: Cenato durante il soggiorno alle suites, abbiamo conosciuto il cuoco di persona (hanno la cucina a vista). Piatti bellissimi e molto buoni, non posso che consigliare l’esperienza

16/02/2025: Seguendo le recensioni abbiamo deciso di cenare presso questo ristorante. Abbiamo ordinato 2 secondi che sono arrivati dopo mezz'ora dall'ordinazione freddi e senza l'accompagnamento del pane, una bottiglia d'acqua e una lattina di coca cola. In totale c'erano 4 tavoli da servire due da due persone e due da quattro con 2 camerieri a servizio totalmente assenti. Alla richiesta del pane per accompagnare i secondi (quantità veramente scarsa, la guancia di vitello sarà stata 50 grammi) sono passati altri 20 minuti e abbiamo deciso di andarcene. Il proprietario rammaricato dell'accaduto ci ha fatto pagare cmq 50 euro (praticamente senza cenare) All'uscita siamo andati a cenare in un'altro locale. Con quattro tavoli e due camerieri per la cena è veramente assurdo che possa capitare una cosa del genere. Da sconsigliare

20/02/2025: Wide choice of pastries and desserts. I ate a fabulous carrot cake, my husband a fabulous cream Venetian. Top cappuccinos, creamy milk and good coffee. If we return to Pergine, we will definitely return to this pastry shop.

15/01/2025: Very good pastry shop, excellent opportunity to sit at the tables outside in the warmer months. The only flaw is the service linked to this option: several times, in spring, I had to wait 10 minutes just to order, with the place half empty and 2 external tables occupied..

22/04/2025: Until a year and a half ago I was a regular customer at Bicigrill in Rovereto, so much so that I would stop by 3 or 4 times a day. Unfortunately, in recent times, the service has drastically worsened and the experience has become so disappointing that I felt compelled to write this review. Last night, around 10 pm, there were three of us. Inside there was only one other table occupied by four people who had already been served, so it was far from full. Despite this, none of the staff bothered to approach our table to take our order. My boyfriend had to come in to ask if anyone was planning to serve us, while one of the waitresses was laughing while arranging the sauces, and yes, she had clearly seen us first. When a waitress finally decided to approach, one of us asked for a drink, but was told that the ice had run out. Unfortunately, shortly after, other customers who arrived after us were served a drink with ice. In the end we had three iced teas… which arrived after a whopping 45 minutes. An unacceptable wait for such a simple drink. The staff seems completely disinterested, listless, as if the customers were invisible. It's not just a matter of waiting: it's the general feeling of disorganization and total lack of desire to work. I'm sincerely sorry to say this, but the more I return, the more disappointed I am. What was once a pleasant landmark has become a place I will gladly avoid, at least until there is a serious change.

21/04/2025: Very disappointed with this place. The view is stunning but I don't think whoever manages it deserves such a location. We order some croissants, I am confirmed that they are there, we are told only afterwards that they are finished. Understandable. We order a Hugo (for 5 euros), it is brought to us without even two chips or other snacks, nothing. I point this out at the checkout at the time of payment. I am told "sorry but there are a lot of people". You can see it when you don't care about your customers.

15/12/2024: Intimate and refined environment, not too "combed". The feeling is that of welcome and familiarity, of "home" just as they write on the site. The impeccable service: attention and care without any intrusiveness. As a woman, for example, I appreciated that it wasn't taken for granted that my partner had to choose or taste the wine. Cooking is truly an experience: first of all we really appreciated the fact that they catered to our dietary needs, accompanying us on the tasting journey. Dishes with absolutely balanced flavours, quantities and textures. One in particular will remain in your heart: the charcoal Jerusalem artichoke salad with warm egg yolk, mountain parmesan foam and wild garlic. Lust!

23/01/2025: Disfruté de nuestra cena en Ristorante Forestsa. El restaurante se encuentra en un hotel en las afueras de Moena. Es accesible con un coche. El interior está muy limpio. Personal amable y profesional. Cada plato que pedimos era muy sabroso. Verdaderamente recomendable!

01/05/2025: Roman flavors with a heart-warming welcome We went to this Roman restaurant in Riva del Garda and had a really good time. Good, tasty and quality dishes: you can feel the passion for traditional cuisine. Special thanks go to the girl who served us, full of energy and kindness. He called my dad “dad” all evening – a gesture that melted me and made us feel at home. At the end of the meal they also offered us a limoncello, a simple but much appreciated gesture. A place that I wholeheartedly recommend, both for the food and the warm and authentic atmosphere.
