23/11/2025: Magnificent place, excellent food. I tried the roast duck with accompanying sauce for the first time, definitely a dish worth trying. Recommended.

07/12/2025: Reservations are required on weekends as there's a lot of traffic, perhaps due to its location near the historic center and especially the ski lift. The waiters are very attentive and quick to serve and clear tables, and are happy to accommodate requests. The platter and first courses are very good. Definitely worth considering if you're looking for a quick lunch in the area.

05/12/2025: The food is delicious, especially the pizza, but the pasta isn't up to par. The staff are very welcoming and respectful and speak fluent English. I recommend visiting this restaurant.

06/12/2025: So we got there to have a nice lunch. We sat down. The place was old. We ordered fried food and a pizza. The fried food was very poor, and the calamari seemed to be made of rubber. The pizza was also poor, with almost no salt, no filling, and no service. They didn't bring us anything. If we looked at the other tables, they brought bread, but they didn't bring it to us. We asked for it three times, but there was no answer at the entrance. We waited 10 minutes, and no one had given us a table, but the restaurant was empty. I don't recommend this experience. It's better to eat at McDonald's.

20/11/2025: Rather disappointed. The dishes we tried were neither good nor inviting. The atmosphere is very basic. The table service isn't exactly welcoming, but it's especially noticeable with the person at the cash register when you pay. I really wouldn't recommend it.

29/06/2025: Cena informale con la mia compagna ed un amico. Posto non facilissimo da trovare ma messo in posizione strategica ed aperto su di una piazzetta davvero carina. Menù semplice con poche portate, come piace a me: indice di qualità e freschezza delle materie prime. Abbiamo ordinato degli antipasti, dei primi piatti e dei dolci. Buona scelta di vini al calice con il cameriere molto preparato nel illustrarli e consigliarli. È una trattoria, quindi regna la semplicità ma nel piatto abbiamo trovato qualità e raffinatezza degne di ristoranti ben più blasonati. Riassumendo: buona location, cibo eccellente, buon servizio, rapporto qualità/prezzo Ottimo. Ci torneremo di sicuro per provare i secondi piatti. Consigliatissimo

20/04/2025: Poco prima di Pasqua, è l'occasione per rincontrare un carissimo vecchio amico che ci viene incontro da Milano. Gironzolando per Trento ci viene fame e prenotiamo qua, incuriositi anche dalle ottime recensioni lette. Servizio accogliente, pulito, gentile e rapido. La cucina è davvero ottima, abbiamo potuto cogliere l'occasione di gustare le specialità a base di asparagi, vista anche la stagione prozia. Mi sento di poterla consigliare con assoluta fiducia. Auguri a tutti di buone vacanze pasquali, ma anche di buon viaggio e di buon appetito. MB

17/07/2025: Durante l’escursione ci siamo fermati qui per una sosta ristoratrice, e la scelta si è rivelata perfetta. Abbiamo ordinato una birretta fresca e un tagliere medio di affettati e formaggi locali… e che te lo dico a fare: qualità top, sapori autentici e porzioni generose! Il tagliere era una vera goduria per gli occhi e il palato: speck morbido, salame profumato, pancetta sottile e saporita, lonza, formaggi stagionati e una ciotolina di verdure in agrodolce che dava il tocco di freschezza perfetto. Il tutto servito su legno, con stile e attenzione ai dettagli. La malga è bellissima, sia all’interno che all’esterno. Da fuori si gode di un panorama che merita davvero la pausa. Il personale? Giovane, competente e super disponibile. Si respira un’atmosfera genuina, dove tutto è curato senza mai diventare artefatto. Una tappa consigliatissima per chi vuole prendersi una pausa durante una camminata e gustarsi il Trentino vero.

10/09/2025: A typical restaurant in Madonna di Campiglio. We ordered a beautiful and delicious platter of cured meats and cheeses. The venison shank was excellent. The canederli were neither good nor bad. Excellent ricotta ice cream and a good selection of beers. Fast service.

12/10/2025: Albergo Paso Buole, An absolute insider tip, A pleasant, family-friendly atmosphere, with a great sense of hospitality and excellent service. The food was excellent. They were very patient with me, even though I only returned at 9:15 p.m. And I still got fresh, warm, and delicious food. All-around satisfaction at the highest level, and at a really reasonable price, too. I will definitely be back and will tell everyone how good it is here.

02/10/2025: The non-food is too expensive. €25 per person for a first course (albeit very good), drinks, cover charge, and coffee are very expensive.

07/03/2025: An institution in the Dolomites! Excellent products, competent and friendly staff, close to customers on every occasion. Thank you, we will see you next year, as we have done for the last 20 years.

07/02/2025: Pasticceria di qualità, ad alta produzione ma artigianale. Strudel, torte alle mandorle, meringhe e dolci. Inoltre miele e grappe tipiche, e ottimo speck. Se si sale da Vigo di Fassa per Canazei, si lascia a destra la provinciale appena l'indicazione stradale "Pasticceria Fassana". Ampio parcheggio. Inoltre possibilità di fare sul posto piccola colazione con caffetteria e piccoli dolci. La produzione in laboratorio è giornaliera, ma l'apertura del negozio è nel fine settimana, dal venerdì mattina al lunedì.
