I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Trento

17/06/2025: De lunch in dit restaurant was een mooie ervaring: de Zuid-Tiroler keuken op een hoger niveau dan je meestal langs de weg treft. Zeer verzorgd restaurant met hotelkamers. De bediening was goed. De menukaart is gevarieerd (niet vooral vis zoals je op basis van de beschrijving zou verwachten) met enkele vegetarische gerechten. Van amuse tot en met dessert allemaal mooi gepresenteerd en erg smakelijk. Zeer goede prijs-kwaliteit.

19/04/2025: E così questo locale Ci ha visto tornare, ci ha visto tornare talmente volentieri che torneremo ancora quest'estate e torneremo ancora per il mio compleanno, perché quando entri in un posto e la magia ti avvolge allora vuol dire che sei nel posto giusto!! la cucina è impeccabile : la carne che ho mangiato oggi si tagliava solo guardandola, gli antipasti che ti portano prima che arrivino i piatti sono squisiti e il cestino del pane? Vogliamo parlare del cestino del pane ? Pochi ristoratori secondo me hanno capito che e' una delle cose più importanti su un tavolo... Tutto vorresti che non finisse mai ... e poi il dolce e poi quei divanetti comodi e poi la mise en place così elegante E poi i calici di vino e le chiacchiere. ..... il tempo che passa e tu vorresti rimanere lì !! Ecco , io credo che la ristorazione sia questo: un misto di professionalità di sorrisi di cibo di qualità delle materie prime di sacrifici di un rapporto qualità prezzo corretta ma anche di quella sensazione quando arrivi al dolce di aver voglia di ricominciare !! non posso che dire complimenti ! Non vedo l'ora di tornare Arianna e mamma di Verona

06/11/2025: This mountain hut is truly unique. I really liked it, especially the warm Pippo pony available to guests. The owners' son (Diego Zadra) was truly VERY professional; I was very satisfied with his services. I would gladly return.

23/09/2025: Amazing place with a view of the mountains. Worthy of note is the tall, powerful waiter who claims to be called DIEGO ZADRA, and even the animal, Pippo, is equally goatish and careless.

10/11/2025: First, if you wanna come to this place you have to circle around for 20mins because it looks like labirint. We called them first to make sure there was a table available but they just hung up. This pizza is suposed to be “with mozzarella, mortadella and pesto”, it looks horrible, taste as it looks. You got drink in a plastic bottle, like in fast food. Even fast food wuold make better pizza and for less money

09/12/2025: At the entrance, there's a large sign illustrating the dish of the day: polenta, braised meat, and cheese fondue. We go in to order it. The waiter insistently asks, "Only?" when we order... and already... They bring us two plates with enormous rims, and in the center, a bowl the size of a teacup with a little polenta, a sprinkling of venison ragù, and a small triangle of cheese melting from the heat. Good, very good, even though there's no braised meat or fondue, but three spoonfuls, I swear three, and it's gone. The waiter passes by and, surprised, comes out with, "Finished already? Congratulations!" Truly disrespectful and unpleasant behavior. Especially directed at a woman who could be his mother.

10/11/2025: An intimate and welcoming location in the heart of Trento. The ambiance and menu reflect the establishment's desire to set itself a slightly higher standard than a typical restaurant; the dishes are carefully selected, carefully crafted, and of excellent quality. For this very reason, I would have expected more attentive service, where even a basic "rule" like serving women first would be respected. It's a shame, because in my opinion, these details are important and make a difference. Overall, a positive experience. Prices are a bit high.

25/11/2025: Unfortunately, our business experience was negative due to unfair commercial practices. On September 5, 2025, during a business lunch, two drinks were incorrectly charged and paid for, which were not ordered/consumed. Despite prompt notification of the misunderstanding and subsequent reminders, the credit note and refund of the undue amount have not yet been received. Each to their own...

23/11/2025: Truly excellent traditional cuisine, fair prices, and friendly staff, right in the pedestrian center. If I ever pass through Fogaria again, I'll already know where to eat.

29/08/2025: Takeaway pizzeria with a wide selection of rotisserie and pizza slices in various flavors, very friendly and helpful staff, and a very professional pizza chef who delights and meets your needs.

14/08/2025: The pucce are delicious, with a wide variety of dishes at prices I think are fair. The pizza slices are varied and all delicious. The staff is friendly and polite.

30/11/2025: Clean no frill and convinient hotel. Good breackfast and the restaurant is a plus if you want to relax in the evening

09/10/2025: I ate here about two months ago, and I can assure you that Mr. Francesco's cooking is delicious. I had seafood spaghetti and mixed fried fish, and they were truly excellent. I recommend you try them.

04/10/2025: Absolutely worth a try. Great prices and delicious spritzes. Very friendly and helpful staff. Located in the center of Trento, under a flight of steps, this is a very quaint and welcoming osteria and bar. When we return to Trento, it will be our first stop! Highly recommended!

13/09/2025: It's THE Erasmus bar, especially in the first few weeks. It's packed every night, and you see all the familiar faces. Drinks are super cheap. Early in the evening, you can still get a table inside, but later on, everyone just stands on the street. Also because it quickly gets loud inside.

12/10/2025: The hotel is very comfortable. The staff were friendly, especially the gentleman with the blonde hair. He was very respectful. We arrived late at night, and the receptionist was very welcoming and provided excellent service. They also offer free valet parking. The room was small, but it was beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast was very delicious. I thank the chef for making the pastries with love. The hotel's location is excellent, facing the lake, and the view from the restaurant is amazing. I will come again.

02/11/2025: The pizza is good, unfortunately it's quite noisy because of the students, but if you go before 12 or after 2 pm it's better...

12/12/2025: Wrong pizzas, €0.50 for takeaway, definitely artificial tomato, exorbitant prices... what a shame.

26/11/2025: Excellent pizza and delicious first courses. Friendly, attentive, and helpful staff. We dined with our two children and our dog. The atmosphere was welcoming and quiet, making for a truly enjoyable dinner.

28/07/2025: We had a takeaway pizza. The taste was okay. However, for the first time, I had a pizza capricciosa with peppers instead of olives. Unfortunately, that's not my thing. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
