17/02/2025: Baita ristorante posizionato nella splendida piana della Val Duron. Buona accoglienza e personale gentile. Locali ristrutturati molto bene e puliti. Zuppa d'orzo buonissima, prezzi nella media. Per apprezzare a pieno la location spettacolare merita salire a piedi, in inverno meglio avere al seguito i ramponcini

05/02/2025: Ho ordinato la polenta con il cervo e mi hanno portato una polenta slavata di quelle precotte e pronte in cinque minuti e la porzione di cervo era scarsa e la carne dura.

25/08/2025: This restaurant is located in Folgaria's pedestrian area. The decor is very simple. The pizzas are well-topped, but the dough is really heavy and lacks proper leavening. The staff is friendly and helpful. For what I ate and the type of restaurant, I found the prices high (you can't charge €8.20 for a Margherita).

26/08/2025: Perfect for a quick lunch, but it's a shame there's no seating at the tables, not even inside. They say they had to remove them, but they haven't given up on the plastic straws and cups, which are an insult to the environment.

29/09/2025: Ghaith, the waiter in the restaurant, was very attentive. The owner himself cooks at the highest level. A fantastic wine list. When we complained about the room, the owner himself made sure we were upgraded to another one – spacious, light-filled, and quiet – even with a small garden. The hotel is definitely showing its age. Silver cutlery, perfectly ironed table linens make for a good breakfast. All the best, and we'll be back!

17/09/2025: A special and relaxing experience surrounded by nature and excellent cuisine We stayed at Villa Orso Grigio for a romantic getaway and were simply enchanted. The property is elegant, surrounded by nature, with just a few rooms, meticulously maintained and, above all, quiet. Our Palco Floreale room had an outdoor hot tub, a hammam, and a private garden. It's also a great starting point for fantastic hikes through the woods and meadows, a favorite with our dog. The restaurant is truly divine: refined dishes, impeccable service, and a well-selected wine cellar. Kudos to Chef Cristian Bertol for the perfect balance between tradition and creativity.

04/10/2025: Absolutely worth a try. Great prices and delicious spritzes. Very friendly and helpful staff. Located in the center of Trento, under a flight of steps, this is a very quaint and welcoming osteria and bar. When we return to Trento, it will be our first stop! Highly recommended!

13/09/2025: It's THE Erasmus bar, especially in the first few weeks. It's packed every night, and you see all the familiar faces. Drinks are super cheap. Early in the evening, you can still get a table inside, but later on, everyone just stands on the street. Also because it quickly gets loud inside.

04/10/2025: Located in a historic building and beautifully decorated, this charming restaurant offers good food. The staff is extremely friendly, but perhaps a bit small for the number of guests.

20/08/2025: I'm leaving a review only for the restaurant, where we had lunch as a father and daughter on August 20th with two simple, excellent Margherita pizzas. But what really made the difference was the service, with a never-ending stream of people. The two young men in the dining room never lost their efficiency or smile; they know what teamwork and restaurant work mean. Congratulations, because it's not a given; I would definitely return. When the effort is evident, even the dish tastes better. Well done!

06/10/2025: Even though I had booked for 9:00 PM, we were told upon arrival that due to the late hour, we would only be served one course each, even though our reservation specified that we would arrive at 9:00 PM. The dumplings were good. The shank, however, was not. Dry and flavorless, as were the buttered green beans (raw, didn't they even see the butter?). The waiter, on the other hand, deserves a thousand points: kind, helpful, and very good, he was able to recommend a good wine as well. We won't be returning.

01/10/2025: I came back after 3 years, nothing good, old stuff, tasteless, I asked for 2 cloves of garlic, they didn't have any, an inedible strudel, really disgusting, they were so sad, and then I left the whole strudel and they wanted to charge me for it. Speechless. Lunch and dinner, never again. Don't go there, terrible.
