20/02/2026: A truly fantastic pizzeria with a clear and concise menu. They mainly offer pizza and a few salads, and you can immediately tell that the focus is deliberately on the pizzas. And I think you can taste it! The quality was excellent and the staff friendly. I would definitely come back.

16/03/2026: We had the pleasure of spending a week with you. The rooms are very comfortable and the spa is simply wonderful. The breakfast buffet is incredibly varied and delicious. We would have liked better coffee, and an afternoon snack would have been great. The location is superb. We felt very comfortable as a family. The playroom could be a bit more inviting. Thank you for the wonderful time at your hotel and the amazing memories we'll take home with us ❤️

15/03/2026: Our host Sophia and her family gave us a warm welcome; they were very friendly and extremely accommodating! The spa area, pool, and rooms were spotlessly clean and beautiful. The food was delicious and prepared with great care! Overall, our stay was a highlight and simply wonderful!

28/12/2025: A super cozy and family-friendly restaurant; we'll definitely be back next time we're in Ortisei! We enjoyed the pasta, burger, and venison ragout; they have a wide variety of dishes on the menu. The experience was topped off by the super friendly staff and their excellent service! We didn't have a reservation, but a table was set up for us right away... in short, I can only say positive things about this restaurant. 😋 If you're feeling up to it, you can even take a dip in the adjacent pool afterward.😁🏊‍♀️

13/03/2026: Old-fashioned but good-quality food, okay service, but… a liter of house wine for 30 euros and an additional half liter for 24 is crazy. It's our fault for not checking the price, but we've never paid for bulk wine like Moët-Chandon. Never again.

01/03/2026: Beautiful location, characteristic of Alto Adige, impeccable service, they've been treating us to delightful evenings for years. Always high-quality products thanks to chef Gerardo Spinelli's selection of ingredients, a very extensive wine list, and knowledgeable and professional staff. We thank waiters Luca and Jennifer for their attentive service to every table. What can I say.... Highly recommended, and everyone was great!

10/03/2026: Wonderful Hotel! We spent 3 nights here before leaving today on a 6 day ski safari. Service was impeccable. Everyone is so nice. Spa facilities are very clean and diverse. And the food is excellent! They set us up with free bus fare and an easy to understand winter walking map through beautiful countryside and quaint villages. We highly recommend!

28/02/2026: Excellent hotel that I recommend 200%! Sublime design, large family room with a view, gourmet restaurant where we enjoyed delicious meals morning and evening, complimentary afternoon tea every day in the beautiful bar, large spa, excellent service and welcome. We were charmed! Everything was perfect! Perhaps the only thing missing is a large outdoor pool like those often seen in Dolomite hotels, but the hotel's location in the center of Castelrotto village doesn't allow for that. Thank you for everything!

05/02/2026: We ate here three times during our week-long vacation. All the dishes were excellent (tagliata, pasta with venison ragout, spare ribs, etc.). The service was very attentive and friendly. We especially appreciated the chef's flexibility regarding specially prepared vegan dishes. The "ravioli with celery and mushroom filling" was also a big hit with the non-vegans.

05/02/2026: Delicious food. Finger-licking ribs, delicious lasagna, authentic Italian style, and excellent pizza. The house wine was excellent. Great service, great atmosphere. Luckily, they don't charge extra. I highly recommend it, and we're going again today.

12/02/2026: We just had an unforgettable dining experience at Anna Stuben. The five-course surprise menu was magical — every dish a unique, delicious explosion of local flavors. Paired with their stellar non-alcoholic cocktail pairing, the experience was incredible! Flawless service, warm and intuitive. This restaurant definitely deserves the star. 🌟

03/03/2026: Staff was exceptionally rude. After waiting for 5 minutes at the front they finally responded to us and instructed us to wait for 2 minutes as they were setting up a table for us. At least 10 to 15 minutes go by of us standing at the front and the table still had not been made. Not only did they seem extremely understaffed but they ended up giving another two guests a table before us (unsure if they had booked prior or not because they spoke a language I didn’t understand). There were many free tables available. They could have said no, we cannot give a table unless you book. But they told us to wait for two minutes, only for us to be standing for 15 as other people got tables. Gave me the impression business was running poorly, so they grabbed us and told us to wait as soon as we got there 🤷‍♀️ Very poor service, I don’t recommend unless you book prior. Very rude, clear communication could have mitigated this issue. Its a shame because the food smelt delicious but apparently its overpriced anyway 🤣

23/02/2026: My husband and I were blown away by the food and service at Sotriffer. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The service was warm and attentive, and the food was exceptional. You can tell so much care and intention goes into every single dish. The deconstructed apple strudel was incredible as well as the sheep’s milk ricotta- the flavors worked together so seamlessly. My husband and I left feeling so taken care of. They didn’t miss a single detail. When I will recommend everyone to dine at this restaurant.

25/02/2026: We weren't guests at the hotel, but just went for lunch during a day of skiing. It was a pleasant and delicious discovery to find a vegan restaurant in the heart of the Dolomites. Perfect service, a location with a breathtaking view, and quality, tasty, and original food. We had spinach spaetzle, crispy dumplings, and for dessert, a delicious enormous vanilla and chocolate cookie. Everything was truly delicious and original. I recommend everyone to try it. Whether you're vegan or not, it's a place worth trying!

24/02/2026: Unfortunately, I didn't stay at the hotel, but I did have dinner at Chef Charami's Omnia restaurant. The restaurant offers a completely vegan tasting menu, like everything else in the hotel. The warm and relaxing welcome was breathtaking, with a breathtaking view of the Siusi Alps. The beautiful interior, with its eclectic style. But let's move on to the food. What can I say? An unforgettable experience. I, who follow a primarily plant-based diet, rediscovered flavors I hadn't tasted in years, moving me to tears and taking me back to my childhood. The chef perfectly conveys her story, her passion, and her love for cooking through her dishes, combined with top-quality techniques and ingredients. A special thanks also to the restaurant manager, Anna, who is incredibly kind and sweet. I hope to return very soon. Thank you. Future is vegan and famale

14/03/2026: A typical restaurant that surprised us! A warm and welcoming place, with a menu for all tastes. The tagliatelle with mushrooms are excellent, and the main courses are equally good. The prices are perfectly in line with the average, and the staff is friendly. We'll be back!

The portion sizes were also perfectly proportioned, ensuring we left feeling full and satisfied. The very fair price-performance ratio deserves special mention. For the quality and quantity of the food, it's more than reasonable. The ambiance is beautiful: cozy, authentic, and with a genuine Italian flair that makes you feel instantly at ease. Add to that the very attentive and courteous service, with a great eye for detail. All in all, we had a truly wonderful evening and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
