06/01/2026: Good location for hiking, nice designed hotel, situated on a busy road, ongoing construction work but not causing nuisance, spacy new room, good breakfast and diner. Great service by staff, Golf course around the corner. Nice spa facilities and swimming pool with sunbathing garden. Note: they charged 35 euro per dog per day, wich was in our case with two dogs is 70 euro per day, the highest price we ever paid in a hotel.

28/12/2025: The hotel is meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail: modern, clean rooms, a large spa with a beautiful heated outdoor pool, a good restaurant, and welcoming staff.

28/12/2025: A super cozy and family-friendly restaurant; we'll definitely be back next time we're in Ortisei! We enjoyed the pasta, burger, and venison ragout; they have a wide variety of dishes on the menu. The experience was topped off by the super friendly staff and their excellent service! We didn't have a reservation, but a table was set up for us right away... in short, I can only say positive things about this restaurant. 😋 If you're feeling up to it, you can even take a dip in the adjacent pool afterward.😁🏊‍♀️

01/02/2026: I wonder where all these 5 star reviews come from?? I was at Tubladel restaurant for the second time, the service and atmosphere were beyond criticism, the behavior of both the waiters and the lady at the reception was extremely touristy! The food was quite ok but way too expensive for the quality of the products offered, coperto for 5 people, we were 3 adults and 2 children, we received a basket of bread and a small bowl of butter.... and we were charged the maximum, 366€!! They didn't ask us if we liked it, on top of that they charged us for the second portion of pasta for the children as a normal portion, 19€ a portion of pasta with tomato sauce! We will not return and recommend Tubladel!

15/11/2025: One of our most memorable vacation stay! The beauty of Dolomite is given, the excellent service of the hotel staffs completes the memorable experience! Dining experience is warm and wonderful. Its makes every guest so relax and friendly. Made some friends too. Thank you! Also, special thanks to Simon for his advices on the itineraries. A good mix of hiking and town sight. It was our first time there and it was really nice! Thanks Simon and all the staffs ! Great job guys! We want to be back.

28/10/2025: Wanna say thank you to everyone who helps me during my stay. The lady who is in charge of housekeeping, smiled warmly to me every time we met at the elevator. I hope she enjoy working here(looks like she does) I also enjoyed the dinner so much, the menu was changed everyday at least the days I stayed. That’s so impressive bc they are so tasty and made by local ingredients, paired with some wine selections. I’m solo travelling this time but plan to get back with ppl I love❤️

02/01/2026: It’s truly a talent to make a returning guest feel like an invisible burden, but Sotrifer has mastered the craft. Having visited before, we expected a standard of service and food quality that simply no longer exists here. The lobster pasta was, quite frankly, a complete failure—though it was hard to tell if the flavor was missing or if we were just too exhausted from the massive delays to notice. If you’re looking for a lunch that pairs mediocre food with a side of blatant indifference, this is the place for you. We spent a lovely 20 minutes contemplating the meaning of thirst before any waiter was seen to check in on how the meal was going - empty plates on the table and no water or wine left. The staff seems to have followed a unique style of service where "ignoring the table" is the primary objective and disappeared from the face of earth And worst of all their reaction to our complaints was to try and convince us that all were great and amazing Do yourself a favor and avoid it. There are plenty of restaurants in Ortisei that actually value their customers’ time and money

02/01/2026: Negative experience. We were greeted superficially and disinterestedly, after waiting without being considered. The quality of the food and service was not up to par with the prices, which were exorbitantly and unjustifiably high compared to the average for the area. I do not recommend and would not return.

03/10/2025: We were really looking forward to a good pizza and were unfortunately disappointed. The pizza in the photo is my own homemade pizza. I'm used to pizzas from South Tyrol that are completely different. The dough was very light, didn't bubble, and had zero flavor, as is appropriate for a dough made with, for example, Caputo flour. It tasted more like a crispy pie crust. Despite the wood-fired oven, it wasn't a truly good pizza. I can't recommend it. The atmosphere was okay, and the enterprising waiter was very nice. This is what my pizzas at home look like, and they're not from a wood-fired oven.

03/10/2025: We ate at Bachler twice during our stay and were impressed by the quality and service. There's something for everyone on the menu. The daily specials are very good. Friendly, attentive, but never intrusive service. Their own pizza chef prepares pizzas at the oven. Truly a top recommendation.

29/09/2025: If you feel like a little treat, I’d definitely recommend grabbing a scoop or two of gelato here. It was so good that I completely forgot to take a picture of it. I also didn’t take any photos of the place itself because it was packed with people, and I didn’t want to bother anyone. Both are pretty positive “problems” to have!

13/01/2026: So, I'm speaking for my friend who went to eat at Mauritz yesterday, January 12, 2026. He ordered a tartar, which was spectacular—I'd say excellent—and then ordered a trio of kanederli, which was truly awful. They charged him €20 for such poor-quality food, even though he's a regular. He charged €8 for a large beer (0.5 ml), and a "hay" grappa that tasted like chamomile, cost him €6-7. Truly inappropriate behavior for such a well-known restaurant. I'm sorry to even write this review; I hope you improve your culinary skills.

11/01/2026: Gorgeous atmosphere, friendly staff, amazing food. Super fresh fish, and we know how difficult that is in a place so far from the sea. The only small flaw is the slightly high prices.

03/01/2026: The hotel is located in a truly magical scenery of the Dolomites . Even when it doesn’t snow for a while this specific location is still all white and with the mountains and skiers all around it looks like it comes straight out of a painting !! The hotel itself has all the amenities anyone would want ,gym,spa,pool, yoga room and even a piano and pool table in the central bar area ! It is full of wonderful , carefully curated art and has a very warm atmosphere . The owners (Alex & Max) are always present , super kind and helpful with everything and it is just amazing to see someone love what they have made and take such good care of it !!! But the magic doesn’t stop there! The vegan food was an absolute revelation – sophisticated, creative, and utterly delicious by chef Aggeliki Charami . The breakfast buffet was straight out of heaven with endless different options every day !!! Dinner was a standard 5 course menu that changed every day while lunch and pizza were à la carte. All of the above were plant-based masterpieces that could delight even non-vegan friends. Everyone working there was always super kind , helpful and great at what they do ! Paradiso is exactly that , a paradise, an oasis of peace, incredible food, and unparalleled natural beauty.

28/12/2025: I spent Christmas with my family at Paradiso. It's a 10/10! Not only does the food make every vegan's heart sing, but so do the atmosphere and the incredibly friendly staff. Simply a place where you're happy, without any compromises! I'll definitely be back!

05/01/2026: We only ate at the restaurant: the staff was very friendly (greetings to waiter Vito) :-), there's a separate gluten-free kitchen, and the entire menu is available gluten-free! Everything was delicious, and the kids were thrilled! See you soon!

04/01/2026: We tried the restaurant, located in the elegant and welcoming setting of the hotel. The dishes were exceptional and the service excellent. As is well known, they have impeccable gluten-free options (I've attached a photo of the gluten-free dumplings and strudel)... highly recommended for celiacs and non-celiacs alike!
