24/04/2025: Great restaurant with great staff and fine food. The staff, from the service staff to the chef to the owner, were all in a good mood, friendly and accommodating. The food was prepared quickly and freshly in a partly open kitchen. Our pizzas tasted excellent. The taste was really good! The ambience of the restaurant is pleasant and high quality, a great place for a nice evening for two or in a group.

25/06/2025: Visited on a Wednesday evening. Kindly asked for a table for two but no one acknowledged us after 10+ minutes. At least four waiters/waitresses passed by but all ignored us. Some were not even busy and all gave us a disdainful look. Overall a terrible experience. In the end we left because we wanted to be treated with basic respect. Please avoid this place if you want to have a good time.

08/07/2025: Absolutely amazing. Staff are amazing people willing to help and make your stay into best experience you ever had. Restaurant is on next level! Every dish is absolutely amazing at a fraction of a price that I would imagine for this level. Hot tub is superb and actually hit. Two heated indoor pools with different temperatures. The gym is not a room as one would expect but a full blown gym with lots of machines. The hotel is astonishingly clean. To the point that you can't find even fingerprints on huge windows that are everywhere. The little things like fresh apples in your room and special tea are superb touch. Brilliant place. Would certainly come back stay here again!

13/07/2025: The menu is rather extensive, and we had the tagliatelle with mushrooms and sliced Angus beef. Both were delicious and well-seasoned. The restaurant is conveniently located, just a short walk from both the Seceda and Alpe di Siusi cable car stations. It can get a little crowded and noisy during peak hours, but still a great spot for a satisfying meal after a day in the mountains.

12/07/2025: The restaurant is nice and tidy. Risotto 10/10 🍚 Margherita pizza 8/10. It was very thin but acceptable 🍕 Crème brûlée 100000/10. Very delicious 🍮✨ Orange juice was like Sunquick. I didn't like it.

16/06/2025: New location for the Anna Stuben restaurant in Ortisei, all in wood with an excellent scent of pine. Choice of tasting menu or à la carte. Very special and varied appetizers. Fabulous risotto. Very good duck. Very good desserts too. Courteous and professional service. Applause to the Chef.

04/06/2025: You can order a la carte here and you also get chef's complimentary dishes along with the chef's breads. I am very happy and full with my 1 starter and 1 main dish.

11/02/2025: First of all: unfortunately you can't write two reviews about the same hotel, so here's a new one: I'm currently spending my last evening at the Hotel Santner. I wouldn't have expected it but there was an increase compared to the previous year. The “little haha”, (the room is a great size) double room was recently renovated in a very stylish manner with attention to detail. It has charm and still exudes coziness. The balcony offered a fantastic view in the morning and evening. The location of the hotel is a dream for skiers and hiking enthusiasts. Now to what makes the hotel special for me. The staff and the hosts, I would like to highlight the reception. Super understanding of problems big and small. No matter who you talk to... the room staff... the friendly drivers, the waiters or the family... there was never the feeling that you were being disturbed. People really live here so that their guests should be satisfied. The food leaves nothing to be desired and my special requests (a lot of side dishes were canceled) were also implemented. You don't like something? No problem, we'll do something different. There's nothing left for me to say other than thank you for the lovely, relaxing time.

10/06/2025: The environment here is quite good, the equipment is new, there is a grandma in the restaurant who doesn't understand English, but she is very patient to help us with some small problems. I am really grateful for her help 😊 I highly recommend this hotel, and I will plan to come back if I have the chance!

25/06/2025: Staff was exceptionally rude. After waiting for 5 minutes at the front they finally responded to us and instructed us to wait for 2 minutes as they were setting up a table for us. At least 10 to 15 minutes go by of us standing at the front and the table still had not been made. Not only did they seem extremely understaffed but they ended up giving another two guests a table before us (unsure if they had booked prior or not because they spoke a language I didn’t understand). There were many free tables available. They could have said no, we cannot give a table unless you book. But they told us to wait for two minutes, only for us to be standing for 15 as other people got tables. Gave me the impression business was running poorly, so they grabbed us and told us to wait as soon as we got there 🤷‍♀️ Very poor service, I don’t recommend unless you book prior. Very rude, clear communication could have mitigated this issue. Its a shame because the food smelt delicious but apparently its overpriced anyway 🤣

24/06/2025: Thanks to the constant upgrade, I'd like to give it one more star, but unfortunately, that's not possible. The location and view from the room were fantastic. But the food and staff also more than deserve full marks. Of course, all of this comes at a price. But you're even happier when you realize that the price was actually worth it. You can't help but warmly recommend the hotel. Thank you for the wonderful vacation.

24/06/2025: Weekend immersed in nature. We stayed for the first time in this hotel located in the heart of the Alpe di Siusi. From the moment of booking we found maximum availability and courtesy to make the weekend special. As a housing solution we chose a corner suite that to say the least gives you the sensation of resting directly inside the forest thanks to the scent of the natural wood with which it is made and with a view that extends towards the most beautiful peaks of the Dolomites. As for the services, the wellness area and the heated indoor/outdoor pool are exceptional for beauty, functionality and cleanliness. Finally the catering, dishes as we like them 'not too heavy' and with top quality ingredients. Finally how can we not mention the possibility of using all the common facilities and services even on the day of departure. This possibility allowed us to spend 2 entire days in one of the most beautiful places in the Alpine arc. Thank you and compliments not only for the structure but also for the professionalism and courtesy of all the staff. We will definitely be back.
