We stayed for two days with a couple of friends. The hotel was beautiful, with meticulous attention to detail. The location is fabulous for both skiing and hiking. The view is truly breathtaking. The rooms were clean, the food was excellent, and the staff were helpful. The spa was also very nice. A special shout-out to the receptionist, Virginia, who was always kind and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Last week, my wife and I spent four fabulous days at this enchanting hotel. Everything we'd dreamed of was fulfilled!! We left our car at the Hotel Rosa, which also belongs to them, in the covered garage. We were amazed... from the kindness of the gentleman who picked us up to the girls at reception... kudos to Virginia, who always pampered and made us happy. Our Romantik room had a terrace overlooking the slopes, starting with waking up to a sun-kissed sunset. From the option of hitting the slopes... wearing slippers. Breakfast and dinner, including the 4:00 PM snack... fabulous. I'd like to highlight the professionalism of all the staff and the top-quality cuisine. The super-clean wellness center is a gem... the super plus is the outdoor pool, overlooking the slopes... just a few meters from the Panorama chairlift. We had four days of sunshine and one night with a beautiful snowfall!!! I don't know if it's possible to get any better than this. We have already decided to return next year too.

Modern, pleasant hotel at very nice and comfort place right on the slope. Rooms with nice view however a bit impractical (very small, no space to unpack your suitcase, to put your shoes somewhere, etc.).

A truly enchanting hotel, in a unique location perfect for both hikers and skiers, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. Waking up every morning to this panorama was a special and rejuvenating experience. The rooms are well-kept, clean, and welcoming. The staff is very kind, patient, and always available; you feel right at home. The spa is splendid, featuring elegant spaces and a spectacular view that makes every moment even more relaxing. The restaurant is also exceptional, with its quality cuisine and excellent products. A stay that will remain in your heart! Thank you for everything!

An excellent experience is an understatement; everything was perfect, and everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail. I only stayed for two nights, and everything was wonderful. The location is excellent for skiing, and the indoor and outdoor pools are fantastic, both open in the winter and with very warm water. My 4-year-old daughter had a blast; there's also a playroom with an indoor slide, as well as an outdoor playground. The hotel is very easy to reach by car. The restaurant is also a good choice, with a truly wonderful menu and a varied appetizer buffet. Breakfast was also excellent. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I must say that for the price paid (not particularly high for the area), it's truly an excellent hotel. Valentina and Chloe

A truly beautiful hotel, the perfect location for ski lovers, right on the slopes, but for those like us who enjoy hiking, it offers many wonderful options. The rooms are clean and quiet, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is perfect, the food is a real surprise, and the young and very friendly staff deserves special praise. The wellness area is complete, and the outdoor pool with hot tub is beautiful; I've never seen it so big. We highly recommend it!
