In addition, the staff is friendly and strives to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. A small disadvantage is the high number of visitors - the restaurant is often very busy. This can mean that you have to share a large table with five or six strangers. Nevertheless, you can usually find a seat quickly, especially if you arrive a little before 12 p.m. Overall, a recommendable restaurant with good food, friendly service and a practical parking situation - a worthwhile choice despite the high demand!

07/04/2025: For the work lunch break it's perfect, fast, professional staff, you eat South Tyrolean cuisine and every now and then some different dishes, value for money among the best in Bolzano, during the week they make the work menu.

03/03/2025: Sehr gutes italienisches Essen, leider nicht ganz warm und bei den hochwertigeren Gerichten mit kleinen Tellern weniger Menge. Das müsste nicht sein. Gedeckt kostet reichlich extra. Sonst nettes Ambiente im Wintergarten und freundliche Bedienung, Inhaber an der Bar wirkte etwas gestresst.

20/02/2025: Excellent dishes, tasty and well cooked. The burgers are better than the burger joints in the center and cost almost 10 euros less. Super recommended. Great beer selection

10/04/2025: Es war alles einfach fantastisch! Das Essen, die Atmosphäre, das Personal sind wirklich wunderbar. Seit Jahren besuchen wir die Haselburg anlässlich des Geburtstages meines Mannes und reservieren rechtzeitig einen Tisch, der immer wunderschön gedeckt ist und direkt am Fenster mit Blick auf Bozen platziert ist. Das Essen ist liebevoll angerichtet und die Weinempfehlungen sind professionell.

08/01/2025: come già espresso al managemnt della proprità vorrei esprimere il mio totale disappunto per il cenone di capodanno di cui ho avuto la sfortuna di partecipare. Ad iniziare dall 'aperitivo di benvenuto con prodotti/ingredienti di scarsa qualità serviti in maniera approssimativa e con pochissima quantità (la crema di castagne era immangiabile ndr). Il tavolo assegnato consegnandoci un pezzo di carta su cui era scritto il numero del tavolo; il guardaroba ra sprovvisto di numeri e quindi cappotti lasciati appesi senza logica. Dopo il òprimo antipasto abbiamo scoperto che il brindisi di mezzanotte non era compreso nel prezzo del cenone ma avremmo dovuto acquistare una bollicina onde festeggiare il nuovo anno: richiesta assurda e di bassissimo profilo professionale. Abbiamo sollevato la questione al Maitre il quale con fare borioso e supponente ci ha detto che ciò è normale prassi nei ristoranti e lui che ha viaggiato in tutto il mondo non hai mai visto offrire tale servizio. Poi alla fine ci dice : beh posso offrirvi due bicchieri di prosecco se proprio volete!! Quindi oltre alla beffa siamo stati anche offesi:una totale mancanza di stile, professionalità e di approccio al cliente. Alle 1030 pm siamo andati via dopo avere appena assaggiato i due antipasti (la minestra di cavolfiore era degna di una mensa RSA) ed il risotto, salatissimo con delle scaglie di un tartufo estivo legnoso ed insapore. Il maitre sorpreso e seccato , al momento del conto, ci ha offerto il vino , che avevamo ordinato, come gesto riparatorio Concludo dicendo che uno Chef che vanta un CV importante, non ultimo all'Hotel Bulgari di Milano non dovrebbe tollerare tali situazioni e Se responsabile del menù dovrebbe riflettere riguardo le sue capacità in eventi del genere. Unica nota positiva è stata la cameriera che si occupava delle bevande che dispiaciutissima è venuta a chiederci perchè stavamo andanado via e contrita ci ha espresso il suo dispiacere. Non oserò più avvicinarmi a questo locale durante la mia permanenza lavorativa a Bolzano ne lo consiglierò ad amici o conoscenti o colleghi

25/05/2025: We had booked the BBQ (grilled area) in exchange for drinks ten days in advance. We even double-checked and confirmed the reservation, and the lady on the phone clearly promised us the space. We organized everything carefully, invited our friends for the planned BBQ, paid for all BBQ stuff, and even traveled all the way from Bolzano to the restaurant. This was supposed to be a special day, and we had trusted the restaurant to honor their commitment. However, upon arrival, we were shocked and disappointed. First, the lady told us there was no reservation at all. Then, after some back and forth, she admitted she had our booking but claimed we should have called again. Moments later, she changed her story yet again, saying the BBQ area was already being used by someone else. Frankly, this behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. It raises a serious question: if the business owner cannot even keep a simple promise for a booking, how can they be trusted to deliver on other important aspects like food quality, hospitality, and customer care?

17/05/2025: It's all new, the Google photos should be updated. New and spacious rooms. The triple was very large. Comfortable beds, the only thing I would improve a little is the buffet. They have space. Even if everything was good and varied in both the salty and sweet offerings. For sports commitments like mine it is very convenient, 5 minutes from the swimming pool and sports fields.

10/05/2025: The hotel has a good location and is quiet. My room was clean and well structured. Bed nice and firm and like new. Breakfast varied and you can make up for it as you wish.

04/04/2025: Kleine, aber feine Auswahl an Gerichten, bei denen auch Vegetarier fündig werden. Serviert in einem beeindruckenden historischen Gebäude. Probieren Sie unbedingt das Tiramisu mit ecuadorianischer Schokolade!

04/03/2025: Il ristorante 37 a Bolzano è una vera gemma nel cuore della città. La location è incantevole, con un'atmosfera accogliente e ben curata, perfetta per una cena romantica o per una serata tra amici. Il personale è estremamente cortese e professionale, sempre pronto a consigliare i piatti del giorno e a rendere l'esperienza culinaria ancora più piacevole. Il cibo è semplicemente fantastico: ogni piatto è preparato con ingredienti freschi e di alta qualità, curato nei minimi dettagli. I sapori sono equilibrati e ogni portata è una delizia per il palato. In conclusione, il ristorante 37 è un posto dove tornare assolutamente. Consiglio vivamente di provarlo per una serata indimenticabile a Bolzano!

19/04/2025: Wir waren abends ohne Reservierung dort,wurden freundlichst empfangen und haben auch gleich Platz bekommen im Stübchen auf der 2 Etage.Der Kellner war sehr freundlich.Essen war gut können nichts bemängeln.Schöne Weinkarte von Preiswerte bis teuere Weine.Können es weiterempfehlen.Kann mich nicht anschliessen an die vorherigen Kommentare.

19/04/2025: Vivo all‘estero ma ogni volta che torno a casa Non posso mancare l’appuntamento con questo incredibile Ristorante. L‘amico Willy,padrone di casa, continua a sorprendermi. Tutto nella perfezione,cucina tipica con il tocco di leggerezza ed eleganza che ha sempre contraddistinto questo posto. Lo consiglio a tutti coloro che vogliono passare momenti di piacere culinario. L‘ambiente del 1900 completa l’esperienza. Bravo Willy e alla sua famiglia Luca

29/05/2025: Ottimo ristorante nelle vicinanze del centro di Bolzano. molto buona la cucina soprattutto per quanto riguarda il pesce... Spettacolare l'antipasto caldo di pesce così come la tartare di tonno. Buono il servizio. Il ristorante sforna anche pizze. Prezzo non economico ma in linea con il rapporto della qualità servita. Unica pecca da non attribuire però ai gestori, qualche difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze

24/05/2025: Die Lage war direkt an einer belebten Straße, 10 Gehminuten vom Samstag Markt entfernt, das Essen war gut, relativ teuer, die Speisekarte gab’s nur in italienisch, die Bedienung war ganz ok.

11/05/2025: Ottima accoglienza e buon cibo. L’atmosfera è stata sempre all’insegna della tranquillità. La cura verso il cliente sempre attenta e pronta a soddisfare qualunque esigenza. Porzioni abbondanti e varie. Gaetano, il proprietario, è stato super ! Tornerò ogni qualvolta capiterò a Bolzano.

15/04/2025: Got some soy noodles with meat. There wasn't even a small piece of meat in the spaghetti. I took half a liter of sparkling mineral water. The bottle was made of glass with a rotating cap that opens and closes. The water had clearly been decanted from another discounter's bottle. He didn't know for nothing. It could also have been from the faucet. In the end they also made me pay €3 for the cover charge. Total €10.50 for this mess. If they did this in China they would be pilloried. Truly shameful!
