09/07/2025: Honestly, I expected more. There was so much salt on the grilled steak, the fries were dry, hard, and very salty. The liters of water I've been drinking since before, what a shame.

20/08/2025: On a grey day, I was strolling through the centre of Bolzano and stopped at this place for a quick lunch. Luckily, I found a free table. I ordered quickly, but the waiters were a bit stressful; there was no time to waste either ordering or letting you go. The menu is tourist-friendly, but what I ate was quite good. Prices are reasonable if you choose carefully, otherwise they're very expensive.

20/08/2025: NO NO WE'RE NOT IN THERE!! We had relatives over for dinner and wanted them to try the local cuisine... but choosing this place was a mistake. Unfriendly staff, cold welcome. We sat down, ordered, and within 3 minutes (maybe even less!) both the drinks and the dishes arrived: it was clear they had already been ready. And indeed they were. Polenta of very low quality, not even remotely comparable to properly prepared. Sausages lacked flavor, almost stringy. Cutlet with breading that fell off completely... a sign of hasty and poorly prepared food. In conclusion: decidedly expensive for what we were served. P.S.: A sleepless night trying to digest something. YOU HAVE THE NAME, BUT QUALITY IS A WHOLE OTHER STORY.

10/04/2025: Es war alles einfach fantastisch! Das Essen, die Atmosphäre, das Personal sind wirklich wunderbar. Seit Jahren besuchen wir die Haselburg anlässlich des Geburtstages meines Mannes und reservieren rechtzeitig einen Tisch, der immer wunderschön gedeckt ist und direkt am Fenster mit Blick auf Bozen platziert ist. Das Essen ist liebevoll angerichtet und die Weinempfehlungen sind professionell.

08/01/2025: come già espresso al managemnt della proprità vorrei esprimere il mio totale disappunto per il cenone di capodanno di cui ho avuto la sfortuna di partecipare. Ad iniziare dall 'aperitivo di benvenuto con prodotti/ingredienti di scarsa qualità serviti in maniera approssimativa e con pochissima quantità (la crema di castagne era immangiabile ndr). Il tavolo assegnato consegnandoci un pezzo di carta su cui era scritto il numero del tavolo; il guardaroba ra sprovvisto di numeri e quindi cappotti lasciati appesi senza logica. Dopo il òprimo antipasto abbiamo scoperto che il brindisi di mezzanotte non era compreso nel prezzo del cenone ma avremmo dovuto acquistare una bollicina onde festeggiare il nuovo anno: richiesta assurda e di bassissimo profilo professionale. Abbiamo sollevato la questione al Maitre il quale con fare borioso e supponente ci ha detto che ciò è normale prassi nei ristoranti e lui che ha viaggiato in tutto il mondo non hai mai visto offrire tale servizio. Poi alla fine ci dice : beh posso offrirvi due bicchieri di prosecco se proprio volete!! Quindi oltre alla beffa siamo stati anche offesi:una totale mancanza di stile, professionalità e di approccio al cliente. Alle 1030 pm siamo andati via dopo avere appena assaggiato i due antipasti (la minestra di cavolfiore era degna di una mensa RSA) ed il risotto, salatissimo con delle scaglie di un tartufo estivo legnoso ed insapore. Il maitre sorpreso e seccato , al momento del conto, ci ha offerto il vino , che avevamo ordinato, come gesto riparatorio Concludo dicendo che uno Chef che vanta un CV importante, non ultimo all'Hotel Bulgari di Milano non dovrebbe tollerare tali situazioni e Se responsabile del menù dovrebbe riflettere riguardo le sue capacità in eventi del genere. Unica nota positiva è stata la cameriera che si occupava delle bevande che dispiaciutissima è venuta a chiederci perchè stavamo andanado via e contrita ci ha espresso il suo dispiacere. Non oserò più avvicinarmi a questo locale durante la mia permanenza lavorativa a Bolzano ne lo consiglierò ad amici o conoscenti o colleghi

25/08/2025: Good ice cream. It's just that there's always one guy serving, not two, and sometimes it's a bit too much for him. This ice cream shop usually had two people at the counter.

24/07/2025: Bolzano è piena di ristoranti , ma nella maggioranza di essi non ti sentirai veramente trattato come a casa , E questo ristorante fa la differenza Una perla a Bolzano , cucina tipica calabrese piatti abbondanti e molto generosi ospitalità tipica del sud Italia Quindi se vuoi mangiare bene e se vuoi un accoglienza è un ospitalità che va fuori dalle abitudini Bolzanine non puoi non andare a mangiare da loro

23/07/2025: Vorrei condividere la mia esperienza bella. Sono stata nell’osteria del mio amico e… che ve lo dico a fa’? Ho mangiato una cacio e pepe da leccarsi i baffi (anche se non li ho 😂). Cremosa al punto giusto, saporita ma equilibrata, insomma: una bomba! Il posto è accogliente, si respira aria di casa e si mangia da re! Complimenti davvero, si vede che dietro ai piatti c’è passione, amore e tanta voglia di far star bene la gente. Se passate da queste parti, fatevi un favore: prenotate e andateci. Lo stomaco vi ringrazierà 😋👏🍝

26/07/2025: The atmosphere was lovely, with soft lighting and candles lit at the tables. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and the service was impeccable. This restaurant is excellent for romantic dinners. The pizza was also good. In this case, I had spaghetti with fried eggplant in tomato sauce. It was really good. For dessert, I had a chocolate soufflé with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, which was also good. For what I ate, I have to say that the quality/price ratio was fair. I recommend this restaurant.

18/04/2025: Ristorante molto carino, servizio ottimo e il cibo era veramente buono, un ristorante ottimo per andarci con tutta la famiglia.

18/07/2025: The staff were very rude, the spaghetti with shrimp and zucchini was tasteless and of poor quality. Given the high prices, we expected more.

17/08/2025: Excellent pizza at a fair price in a simple but quiet place

06/08/2025: I had dinner with friends, a mixed fried fish platter and a cold mixed seafood platter (mussels, calamari, vegetables, etc.). The dishes were good, but I wasn't thrilled. I've dined here before and had better (like spaghetti allo scoglio). The service was good, although they kind of forgot about us in the end.

16/08/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, ordered tagliatelle and risotto with chanterelle mushrooms, and were surprised by the deliciousness. Seeing the wood-fired oven, we also wanted to try the pizza, which we'd never had anywhere in all our years in Bolzano. Not to mention the warm welcome from Mr. Piero and his wife, who immediately made us feel at home.

25/07/2025: People were nice, but the food not so much ... very sorry

08/08/2025: It's cheap and the ingredients are relatively fresh, but the cooking skills are not good enough. I recommend things like fried rice and fried noodles that are relatively simple to make, or things like vegetables/squid that require a high level of freshness.

29/07/2025: Family restaurant Excellent food When you enter you are momentarily confused that there is no one there but it turns out that Maor has a place where everyone eats. Don't let the place fool you This is a culinary gem

23/06/2025: Lifelong customer, delicious desserts. Be careful with the waitresses' courtesy though: a smile is professionalism, a grumpy and annoyed look is not acceptable.
