25/11/2025: There is thief’s in this hotel, who is stealing bags from the residences, i was checking out from the hotel, and during the process of the checking out someone from behind came and steal my wife bag, and run, and when i tried to inform the reception to open the cameras it turns there is no cameras in the reception, i think they didint put cameras intentionally so they can help theifs to steal from the people, because they even didint show me any type of care, or action. This is the worst hotel in italy, despite the location of it, but there is no safety at all in this hotel.

22/02/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ristorante & Pizzeria Stella Alpina in Bolzano is a great place for a truly Italian meal. The spaghetti was delicious – perfectly al dente, with a bold, well-seasoned sauce. The carbonara and the tomato and meat sauce were excellent. The pizza was crispy, fresh, made with very good ingredients and perfectly baked dough. The wine, served in carafe bottles, was also a pleasant addition, perfectly complementing the dinner. We walked in off the street with a group of 13 people. A seat was found for us, and the waiter quickly rearranged the tables, separating the children's and adults' tables. The staff's English was less good; they mixed up about two dishes, but they were still good 😀 A very successful visit – I definitely recommend it! 🇮🇹🍕🍝🍷

Its ground floor, formerly a bar and then a pub, has been converted into this intimate, well-appointed, and quiet restaurant. The food is good, and when I visited, it leaned toward traditional Roman cuisine. The service is provided by a mature couple, whose demeanor reflects extensive experience in the sector, but perhaps also a lackluster enthusiasm.

The meat had a smell, it was obvious that it was fried and then frozen and then taken out to cook again, a xian smell (I don’t know how to say this smell in Mandarin), which could not be covered by such strong sweet and sour oil. How can he praise it so much? In my family, such meat would be thrown away... I carefully ordered the dishes recommended by the reviews. I can only say don’t come, you won’t go there even if you are starving.
