20/08/2024: Poor quality. Wok vegetables with jasmine rice with whole rosemary sprigs. Totally tasted like rosemary. Spaghetti Vongole is a disgrace. Salad loveless and old. There was so much syrup in the Hugo that it tasted like a disgustingly artificial drink. The mint leaves were brown.5 euros cover for two dry rolls.Unbearable smell on the way to the toilet. Unfortunately, we had already ordered beforehand otherwise we would have left the restaurant immediately. All the negative reviews are one hundred percent true. Avoid local
20/08/2024: Ridiculous. Drink something with 4 people. Beer/aperol spritz/sprite can) and cola. 31.80! 2.50 pp coperto. Unfriendly when we indicated that we did not want to eat anything.

03/01/2024: Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di pranzare in questa fantastica location in un castello con vista panoramica mozzafiato,un servizio a dir poco eccellente con un menu davvero notevole..la qualità dei piatti speciali e prezzo che rispecchia il tutto…consiglio vivamente .bravi
30/12/2023: Beautiful Christmas dinner - staff were very attentive, wine was well priced and it was a lovely lunch. So much flavour in every dish! Visiting from the U.K. and it was wonderful to have a special lunch for Christmas Day. We got a taxi from Bolzano centre which took us right to the door. Gorgeous views and the building has character.

22/06/2024: I went before the mountain collapsed and I had a great time and ate very well and I hope that the hotel reopens because it is no longer possible to go to the walk without stopping there (S. Osvaldo walk) and for the citizens of BZ there is a great void.
26/04/2024: It WAS (judging from the available reviews) a nice hotel.
Last reviews from three or four years ago.
The building was destroyed due to landslides and rocks.
You can see the image of destruction by walking along the otherwise beautiful scenic path.
There is no indication that it will be rebuilt...

24/09/2023: Pranzo orribile. Forse credono di fare grande cucina destrutturando il piatto più tipico dei rifugi altoatesini, le uova con patate e speck, ma fanno solo un intruglio immangiabile. Lo stesso per la kaiserschmarren, che con pudore chiamano frittata dolce. Mai mangiato peggio in un rifugio alpino
