12/08/2025: Un Melograno in Bolzano offers macrobiotic cuisine, with a menu centered around soup and mixed platters. It starts with a soup, followed by a large platter with two types of grains, cooked vegetables, salad, and legumes. The menu is primarily vegan. Every time I come here, I feel like my body finds balance and well-being.

09/08/2025: Healthy and tasty food. Welcoming staff. A must for anyone who loves or follows macrobiotic cuisine. The dishes were vegan, even the desserts. If we ever come back to Bolzano, it'll be a must-visit.

17/05/2025: It's all new, the Google photos should be updated. New and spacious rooms. The triple was very large. Comfortable beds, the only thing I would improve a little is the buffet. They have space. Even if everything was good and varied in both the salty and sweet offerings. For sports commitments like mine it is very convenient, 5 minutes from the swimming pool and sports fields.

10/05/2025: The hotel has a good location and is quiet. My room was clean and well structured. Bed nice and firm and like new. Breakfast varied and you can make up for it as you wish.

13/07/2025: The food was delicious 😋. There are also dishes that the kids enjoy, and even people with different tastes can find something they like 👍🏻. The prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous. The service is attentive and friendly.

04/05/2025: The restaurant is located within the Sigmundskron Castle / Messer Mountain museum complex, ideal for lunch after visiting the museum. Friendly service and reasonable prices for the location. The mixed platter with cured meats and cheeses was tasty and filling.

02/08/2025: I ordered a pizza to take home, and when I got home I opened the box and saw the smallest pizza I'd ever eaten in my life. Sorry, I feel like I'm being mocked.

16/06/2025: I had been wanting to come and try Angelo's pizza for a long time, and finally I came with a friend. The pizzas were excellent, they reflected what many had already told me: light and well-made dough, high-quality products and generous portions. To name a few: the speck on my pizza ("la golosa") was not dry and shriveled, but rather well spread and cooked to perfection; at the same time, despite there being gorgonzola, the "golosa" was balanced in flavor; my friend's pizza was really well-filled (raw ham, parmesan, cherry tomatoes, rocket and a nice burrata which, as a Pugliese, I can say was quality). Advice: get the cannoli! You can see that Angelo really has a passion for catering: he carefully chooses his ingredients and, with respect for them, uses them wisely. And then he is very nice, which makes the whole experience truly enjoyable in every way. See you soon!
