03/10/2025: A small and intimate restaurant, the chef personally introduced himself to the table and briefly explained his creations, which, I must say, did not disappoint. In fact, my carbonara exceeded all expectations. A very friendly location and warm atmosphere.

At first glance, the waitstaff seem confident and professional, but it quickly becomes clear that they lack real knowledge and attention to what they are serving. They are unable to properly describe the dishes and show little awareness of the food they bring to the table. We tried several dishes, but unfortunately the experience was negative across the board. The kitchen clearly needs significant improvement: the pasta tasted pre-cooked, the meat was prepared on a flat grill with low-quality oil and had a burnt aftertaste. The dessert, an apple strudel, was perhaps the lowest point. It seemed homemade, but without any care or quality. The pastry was not proper shortcrust, the apples were brown, old, and completely lacking in flavor. Truly inedible. It’s a real shame, because an important brand like Forst deserves food that matches its level of quality. As it stands, the overall standard is simply not acceptable.

18/04/2026: I have rarely eaten so badly in a restaurant... Precooked and overcooked pasta, ribs served 5 minutes after ordering, burnt and stringy... Terrible experience, absolutely not recommended.

28/06/2026: Food is really nice and beautifully presented. But we didn’t have super impressive memory. Maybe because our expectations went higher when we pay more :) In general we feel it’s not worth the price compared to dining in a normal, decent Italian restaurants.

07/06/2026: For our silver wedding anniversary, we chose this excellent restaurant and were thrilled. Extreme care, professionalism, courtesy, craftsmanship, and true delights for the palate. They pampered us from appetizer to dessert, taking into account allergies and intolerances. Would you recommend this restaurant? Much more... recommended to anyone who loves high-quality food in a refined setting with excellent service. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
