20/09/2025: We've been regular guests at the Graziani for years, both in winter and briefly in summer. What can I say? We're coming to stay with our Graziani family! Staying in quaint (very clean) rooms, excellent food, and the entire staff are simply commendable and welcoming. The location and the panorama are simply unbeatable. We're already looking forward to our next stay!

04/01/2026: Long waits and mostly tasteless food. Unforgivable: we ordered pappardelle with porcini mushrooms and the pappardelle arrived (completely plain, with no sauce to bind it, it tasted like they'd been rinsed under running water) with honey mushrooms. When we pointed this out, we were told there were no porcini mushrooms and that the price would be the same. Unacceptable, in my opinion. We were offered a different dish (at the restaurant owner's expense, of course), and we swapped for a speck and apple risotto and ricotta and spinach ravioli tossed in melted butter (no butter at all; this also tasted like water), both inedible. We only ate them because we were starving. Last but not least, one of our guests ordered gnocchi with cheese and truffle, but it was actually truffle oil, another ingredient not specified on the menu nor mentioned when ordering.

02/01/2026: The waitress's service was always impeccable. Unfortunately, we weren't able to finish dinner because the chef refused to cook dessert despite our table reservation and dinner starting at 8:30 PM. They only brought us cold strudel straight from the refrigerator, without even reheating it. The chef was evidently in a hurry to close the kitchen, unconcerned about the guests still present and the restaurant being full. Some dishes couldn't be ordered because they had run out during the previous shift. Fortunately, the waitress's kindness made our disappointments sweeter. She's always top notch.

07/03/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant. The pizza and pasta were delicious. The staff were very friendly and the place was cozy. The prices were good.

23/02/2026: We stayed nearby for a week, and since it’s the almost only place to eat in town, we ended up dining there almost every day. Very quickly, we realized it’s much more than just a restaurant — it’s the heart of the community. Locals gather there to catch up on news, celebrate birthdays, watch the Olympic Games together, or simply enjoy a beer in the evening. Because Grumes is such a small town, it didn’t take long before we felt like part of the neighbourhood. People greeted us warmly, as if we were regulars or even neighbours, always asking how we were doing. It was a truly welcoming and special experience. The menu featured Italian classics alongside several Indian dishes, reflecting the family’s Indian origins. We tried a variety of pastas, pizzas, and local meat specialties, and everything was absolutely delicious — prepared just as it should be in Italy. We’ve traveled to Italy many times and know that, in some places, the food can be surprisingly disappointing when it’s made to cater to the masses. Here, however, every dish followed the best traditions of Italian cuisine: fresh, flavourful, generously portioned, and authentic. On top of that, the prices were refreshingly local rather than tourist-oriented, which made the experience even better. Thank you for making feel us at home! Laura and Martin

04/03/2026: The ambiance is from the 80s, the spacious place has a pleasant atmosphere. We were warmly welcomed. There are no vegan meals on offer, but there are vegetarian ones. Out of the 9 members of the company, 2 had digestive problems after eating.

03/03/2026: A beautiful spot, slightly off the beaten path. A cozy place to sit, with pleasant music and excellent food – highly recommended for all visitors to San Martino di Castrozza. We'll definitely be back.

01/11/2025: The restaurant was almost empty on the afternoon of November 1st, yet we were asked to sit next to the kitchen and weren't given a seat with a window view. The service was also quite unfriendly. We left.

24/10/2025: Very nice café/restaurant. Friendly service, great food. Excellent value for money. And from the outdoor seating area, a fantastic view of the Trauttmansdorff Gardens.

01/03/2026: Position is very good and the room are clean, even if overpriced, but it’s crazy that an hotel on the slopes don’t have a luggage deposit service, they told me that they couldn’t keep my luggage for my last day of ski and also they ask me to free the parking spot, so basically I had to find a new park and leave all my luggage on the street, even my computer. That’s a poor service and for sure Not a service aligned with the price of the room.

12/02/2026: Conveniently located guesthouse in the center of Corvara, right between the Boé lift and the Col Alto lift. Both lifts are within walking distance. From the Col Alto, you can even ski back to the guesthouse (across the street). Both lifts provide access to the Sella Ronda. Corvara is also an excellent starting point for other hikes. Friendly owners. A cheerful welcome at breakfast every morning at 7:30 am. The breakfast was excellent, by the way. There was a wide selection. Egg dishes were made to order every morning, so there was plenty of variety. Cakes, biscuits, and sweet croissants were also available. Parking was available in a spacious parking space in a covered parking garage. The (standard) room was basic, unfortunately without a balcony. The room wasn't oversized, and the space around the bed was actually limited. The bed was fine. The bathroom was clean and tidy, with everything you need. The bathroom was a bit dated (1970s). The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Excellent Wi-Fi. The guesthouse is located on a main road and near the church. It snowed twice overnight, and then they cleared the snow very early in the morning. The beeping of the snowplows when reversing was particularly annoying. And if the snowplows didn't wake you up, you were woken every day at 7:00 a.m. by the very loud church bells. Street noise was also clearly audible, so light sleepers should be aware of this. We turned this necessity into a virtue by having breakfast at 7:30 a.m. every morning, allowing us to start skiing at 8:30 a.m. The ski launch was in the ski room. Very small and cramped. With four people, it was already full. A plus was the boot heater. Even when it was hot, it was wonderful to slip into warm ski boots. We found the price-quality ratio of this guesthouse to be excellent. Our rating for this guesthouse is 4.5.

28/02/2026: We visited this place as a large group, and when we asked to sit together, the waitress seemed very unhappy and arrogant. The “pizza festival” was disappointing — the pizzas were made with the bare minimum of ingredients and lacked flavor. Honestly, it was one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had in Italy. After a few standard pizzas, we were served a “special” one that, according to the waitress, was not on the menu. Unfortunately, it tasted like it was made from leftover ingredients and was very poor in quality. To make things worse, after we finished eating, the waitress commented that we had eaten too much 🤷‍♂️ which felt quite unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Just 10 minutes away, in Pejo, you can find much more delicious pizza. And all of this cost €15 per person. EDITED AFTER REPLY: Ciao Mattia, Thank you for your reply. I would like to clarify a few things in a calm and respectful way. Regarding the seating — I fully understand that your restaurant is small and that it was not possible to seat 21 people at one table. That was not the main issue for me. What I meant in my review was the way we felt treated in that moment. Space limitations are understandable — tone and attitude make the difference. About the pizza festival — you listed many types of pizzas, but those were served to 12 people. From my perspective, the quantity and quality did not match the expectations created by the offer. This is of course subjective, but it was my honest experience. I also want to say something important: in my original review I focused only on the negative aspects, and that was not fully fair. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very nice, the place has a great climate, you personally were friendly, and the second waitress was smiling and kind. These are positives that deserve to be mentioned. Regarding the accusations about alcohol, destruction, or behavior — I would prefer not to be treated as part of a general group. If someone behaves badly, that is on them. I believe that if people party, they should do it with culture and respect. My review was strictly about the restaurant experience and my personal feelings related to it. As for not speaking directly at the moment — not everyone feels comfortable starting a confrontation during dinner or in front of a large group. Leaving a review afterward is also a normal and honest way to share feedback. And please, there is no need to return any money. I am not asking for compensation — only expressing my experience. I respect the work behind every restaurant. I also believe that feedback, even critical, can be part of improvement. I wish you all the best for your business. Kacper

28/02/2026: We went with friends to "Festival Pizza." The atmosphere was pleasant, and the waitresses were nice, right up until they had to serve us. We thought we were going to have real Italian pizza, and good pizza. As it turned out, it wasn't real Festival Pizza. We got a flat pizza like a tortilla, not resembling Italian pizza at all (and we've eaten at many restaurants in various parts of Italy, and this pizza was completely out of place in that country). The pizza had a pitifully small amount of ingredients. One black olive per slice, one small pepperoni per slice. The waitresses kept asking if we wanted more pizza. When we said yes, we got the impression they were unhappy that we wanted more. It's no wonder we wanted more, since the pizza was thin, with practically no toppings; we were simply hungry all the time. It was practically just crust, and thin as a tortilla. The only thing about a 4x cheese pizza was that it had more ingredients; we were stuffed with cheese. 😅. We ate pizza at another restaurant in the same town, and by comparison, the diavola here was terribly bland, pathetic, while the other one was packed with ingredients and had fluffy dough. At the end, we were told we were "eating too much." Which was completely unprofessional... How can you say that to customers? It discourages them from coming back. We felt like inferior customers, second-class in every way. When other customers came in, the waitresses immediately offered olives, and we had to ask for them. In other restaurants, they always offer us olives from olives. We felt like you were doing this to save money on us. If we had known it would be like this in terms of food and service, we wouldn't have come to the Pizza Festival...

25/12/2025: Discovered by chance online, excellent Christmas lunch, very friendly and helpful staff, truly delicious food, and the place is truly beautiful and welcoming. We'll definitely be back.

23/10/2025: I celebrated my birthday at the golf club in Perugia. It was a lovely place, and I was very satisfied. The food was excellent, the service was excellent, and the waiters were super knowledgeable. I'll definitely be back.

12/03/2026: Fantastic experience thanks to Nicole, who looked after us for the evening. She was very attentive and friendly. She helped us with the menu and explained the different dishes, so we understood what we were ordering. We learned a lot about the local area. Nicole made our first evening in st martino really special! The food was also delicious and the wine was some of the best we've had. Thanks again, especially to Nicole

30/09/2025: Nice Mountain Restaurant short before the Tremalzo Tunnel🚵‍♂️ Food was excellent and made our very nice day perfect. The owner gave us special treatment because it took a bit longer to get the food. All in all we come again!

07/03/2026: I stopped for lunch while visiting Bolzano. There were three of us, without reservations, and we were warmly welcomed. The place was quiet and not crowded. The pasta portions (tagliatelle and spaghetti) were generous.
