30/06/2025: A very good hotel with breathtaking views of Bolzano and the surrounding area, located at an altitude of approximately 600 meters. Ideal for families and hikers. The hotel offers an outdoor pool and an indoor pool, tennis courts, boule, table football, and much more! We have been guests here for 15 years.

18/06/2025: Beautiful hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly, loves children, etc. There's a tennis court, soccer field, outdoor pool, indoor pool, bowling alley, trampoline, foosball, etc., so you'll never get bored here. The couple who own the hotel are also incredibly friendly and helpful.

02/08/2025: Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, tutto molto buono, piatti tipici e prodotti biologici direttamente nell'azienda agricola. Consiglio in particolare la polenta con il manzo e il rotolo di patate con spinaci e ricotta. Il tagliere misto è molto abbondante, noi lo abbiamo condiviso in 5, considerando che le portate principali sono abbastanza ricche

25/07/2025: Nel paesino di Giustino potrete trovare uno dei locali tipici della tradizione trentina: si tratta dell'agritur La Trisa (la 'trisa' è il mestolo in legno utilizzato per mescolare la polenta).Appena entrati verrete accolti da un ambiente rustico e ospitale, dominato dal legno e da decorazioni di montagna: una stube, quadri con scene di vita di valle e soprattutto dei bei campanacci.Vi racconto cosa abbiamo mangiato, per farvi venire un po' d'acquolina: un antipasto di salumi e formaggi locali, accompagnato da sottolio; un tris di primi (canederli, gnocchi agli spinaci e un morbidissimo rotolo alla trentina); salsicce, spezzatino, formaggio fuso, carne salada, accompagnati dal piatto simbolo della casa, la polenta. Per il dessert non abbiamo resistito a provare lo yogurt: il primo da agricoltura biologica in Trentino. Anche la carne proviene da allevamento proprio.

02/03/2025: Also ich kann nur sagen das es eine richtig gute Pizzeria ist. Wir waren schon sehr oft da und wurden jedesmal sehr freundlich empfangen und auch bedient. Auch von der sogenannten Chefin immer ein liebes Wort, schön das ihr wieder da seid wie geht's euch und auch war alles in Ordnung. Vllt gab's mal einen Tag wo man einen nicht so guten Tag hat. Es ist ja auch immer voll. Ich mag sie sehr und freue mich schon wieder aufs nächste mal in 2 Wochen. Liebe Grüße Enrico Porstmann

22/02/2025: Visitamos Pizzeria Ciamin como un gran grupo de 10 y nos acomodaron cómodamente en dos mesas. El servicio fue amable y eficiente. El menú es enorme, pero la mayoría de nosotros elegimos pizzas de leña, que eran de tamaño generoso y absolutamente delicioso, con una base perfectamente crujiente y coberturas frescas. Tuve la pizza de atún y cebolla, que era fantástico, y todos en nuestro grupo disfrutaron mucho de su comida. Un gran lugar para un post relajado y satisfactorio - cena de esquí

16/08/2025: I asked for a takeout pizza the day before and the girl very kindly obliged. Today I made the same request and got a flat NO for no reason. Furthermore, they charged me €1 more for the takeout pizza and I didn't say anything. Shame on you, and come to an agreement: takeout pizza yes or no? That's not how you treat a customer. And anyway, in traveling the world, I've never seen a pizzeria that didn't do takeout pizza. Besides, the pizza was mediocre and nothing special, but it's across the street from the hotel, so it's convenient.

08/07/2025: Nice place, nothing to say, but the review isn't for the place or the staff. I ordered an aperitif called Hugo, pitiful and insatiable, a tea with old biscuits, a coffee with very old biscuits, and an ice cream. I didn't have a chance to return Hugo because the staff was non-existent. I saw things I never thought I'd see in a place. I didn't know if it was a club or a meeting place. I just can't classify it. People playing cards and clapping their hands, waitresses shouting, one on the shoulders of the other carrying a glass, a customer with the cash register burping like pigs. I'm truly speechless. The people who frequent it are truly strange, and I can't understand how a place like this can still be open.

26/07/2025: The atmosphere was lovely, with soft lighting and candles lit at the tables. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and the service was impeccable. This restaurant is excellent for romantic dinners. The pizza was also good. In this case, I had spaghetti with fried eggplant in tomato sauce. It was really good. For dessert, I had a chocolate soufflé with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, which was also good. For what I ate, I have to say that the quality/price ratio was fair. I recommend this restaurant.

17/06/2025: I had a sandwich but it was enough to decide not to come back. Terrible quality: worst quality mayonnaise, a miserable slice of overripe tomato and no mozzarella replaced by a cheese similar to tagliotta. Disgusting.

21/08/2025: A little off the main thoroughfare in Naturno, the Goldene won me over with a delicious dish of pork steak with mushrooms and French fries—simple, traditional, yet hearty and effective. And, of course, the ever-present Forst medium. Service was quick, no fuss, and the price was just over €20, as you'd expect. Ed, after a beef with speck dumplings, I can say that the Goldene is among the best places in Naturno to enjoy traditional local cuisine. No ifs, ands, or buts.

28/05/2025: Finalmente un ristorante dove si mangia bene il pesce, cosa non facile in Trentino. Pesce fresco, cucinato bene, porzioni abbondanti, servizio attento e cortese. Locale interno molto accogliente. Rapporto qualità-prezzo buono. Da tornarci senza dubbio, consigliato.

04/09/2025: The owner and staff were very rude!!! They pretended not to understand either Italian or English! This effectively forced me to leave without lunch!! The Jaufenalm, two hairpin bends below, is much better! Never again!!!

24/07/2025: Bolzano è piena di ristoranti , ma nella maggioranza di essi non ti sentirai veramente trattato come a casa , E questo ristorante fa la differenza Una perla a Bolzano , cucina tipica calabrese piatti abbondanti e molto generosi ospitalità tipica del sud Italia Quindi se vuoi mangiare bene e se vuoi un accoglienza è un ospitalità che va fuori dalle abitudini Bolzanine non puoi non andare a mangiare da loro

23/07/2025: Vorrei condividere la mia esperienza bella. Sono stata nell’osteria del mio amico e… che ve lo dico a fa’? Ho mangiato una cacio e pepe da leccarsi i baffi (anche se non li ho 😂). Cremosa al punto giusto, saporita ma equilibrata, insomma: una bomba! Il posto è accogliente, si respira aria di casa e si mangia da re! Complimenti davvero, si vede che dietro ai piatti c’è passione, amore e tanta voglia di far star bene la gente. Se passate da queste parti, fatevi un favore: prenotate e andateci. Lo stomaco vi ringrazierà 😋👏🍝

11/06/2025: Piatti della tradizione regionale, sicuramente ottimi ma non tutti abbondanti. Prezzi medio alti, più da ristorante che trattoria, ma posizione centrale (che si paga!). Acqua imbottigliata e non caraffa - per noi punto a favore dal momento che si paga!

01/08/2025: I used to live next to the shop 10 years ago when they were still operating in Via Brennero. I always loved their icecream. Fresh ingredients and very nice poeple. I live abroad, today I was around Via Maccani, I craved an ice cream, I entered the first ice creamery and I found out it was them! It was such a find! It had been at least 10 years and I didn’t know they had moved here! Highly recommend it!!!
