29/06/2025: Cena informale con la mia compagna ed un amico. Posto non facilissimo da trovare ma messo in posizione strategica ed aperto su di una piazzetta davvero carina. Menù semplice con poche portate, come piace a me: indice di qualità e freschezza delle materie prime.
Abbiamo ordinato degli antipasti, dei primi piatti e dei dolci. Buona scelta di vini al calice con il cameriere molto preparato nel illustrarli e consigliarli. È una trattoria, quindi regna la semplicità ma nel piatto abbiamo trovato qualità e raffinatezza degne di ristoranti ben più blasonati. Riassumendo: buona location, cibo eccellente, buon servizio, rapporto qualità/prezzo Ottimo.
Ci torneremo di sicuro per provare i secondi piatti. Consigliatissimo
20/04/2025: Poco prima di Pasqua, è l'occasione per rincontrare un carissimo vecchio amico che ci viene incontro da Milano.
Gironzolando per Trento ci viene fame e prenotiamo qua, incuriositi anche dalle ottime recensioni lette.
Servizio accogliente, pulito, gentile e rapido.
La cucina è davvero ottima, abbiamo potuto cogliere l'occasione di gustare le specialità a base di asparagi, vista anche la stagione prozia.
Mi sento di poterla consigliare con assoluta fiducia.
Auguri a tutti di buone vacanze pasquali, ma anche di buon viaggio e di buon appetito.

The ladies and gentlemen who welcome you are kind and smiling, and they explain the wines they serve, accompanied by tasty appetizers. The wines: a nice selection of wines by the glass, including international ones, original wines, reds, rosés, whites, and sparkling wines, at fair prices. A delightful discovery. I'm already on my umpteenth visit...

15/09/2025: “We are on our honeymoon and the restaurant welcomed us with flowers and drinks , which was sweet gesture. . The food was delicious — we had burrata, steak, and spaghetti, and the steak was the best! The atmosphere was excellent. Special thanks to the ladies working here, they were all amazing and their smiles made our night even better.”
12/09/2025: We were introduced to this restaurant by our hotel concierge; it's located on the lakeside, and needless to say, the view is enchanting. The ladies working there were incredibly kind: they explained the food on the menu to us, explaining every detail. There are some places where you know you'll eat well, and indeed, we did: everything was superb. The wine list isn't bad either. The selection isn't extensive, but it's absolutely satisfying. I read someone complaining about the prices, which I find absolutely fair for the chef's skill, the enchanting location, the presentation of the dishes, and the staff. If I may, I have one criticism: the cutlery, so beautiful but so uncomfortable. A magnificent evening. Thank you.

25/01/2026: I recommended the Dolomiti to a friend and family because I had stayed there several years ago and everything was perfect. Despite booking and paying the deposit, he couldn't find the room he had reserved (for himself, his sister, and his niece).
They remedied the situation by moving him to another hotel in Campitello, which, he told me,

18/01/2026: Beautiful and warm decoration, great vibes everyone is welcomed and especially families. Waitresses are all friendly and helpful, food gets served quickly even during busy hours.

04/03/2026: The place is very beautiful: the terrace offers a priceless view of the Dolomites.
The service is good. Despite the large crowd, it was quite fast.
I would recommend improving the food: the Kaisersmarren was burnt, and the polenta, mushrooms, and sausage had mediocre sausage and mushrooms; the polenta was decent. The terrace is really beautiful, but the prices are too high for the quality.
27/02/2026: A mountain hut overlooking both the slopes and the road. I stopped in for lunch while skiing around 2:15 PM, drawn by the large banner outside announcing "hot food all day."
Once we entered, no one paid any attention until we asked to sit down for lunch. Once we were seated, no one brought us a menu, so we had to ask for that too... Once the menu was brought, the waitress informed us that since it was 2:30 PM, the kitchen was closed, so there were only four hot dishes to choose from.
The food was good, no complaints there, but the banner outside should indicate the kitchen's hours and not advertise it as open all day.
The place, however, is very beautiful and well-kept, both inside and out.

08/10/2025: Charging €6.40 for a tiny portion of white rice is simply outrageous. The service was rude and reacted irritably to any questions. Furthermore, the cheese on my dish was moldy, which is absolutely unacceptable!
On top of that, we had to wait far too long, even though it was barely busy. Overall, very poor value for money – I certainly won't be back.

11/01/2026: Best pizza we've ever eaten!!! Anyone complaining about a pizza that's too pale and soggy should specify how they want their pizza when ordering.
30/12/2025: Very nice and traditional restaurant, with a very kind and helpful owner.
We found it by chance while wandering around the Christmas markets, and we absolutely didn't regret it.
We had excellent goulash soup and goulash with polenta, which we definitely recommend.
Prices were in line with market prices.
Carne salada with beans, perhaps a little overcooked, but good.
