I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Trentino-alto adige

30/07/2025: Da molti anni mi reco in questo posto molto gradevole come panorama.Nei recenti anni sono stati fatti dei miglioramenti logistici ( bagni e nuovi locali) ma purtroppo si è via via è sempre più persa la qualità ( ad esempio appena sufficiente lo spezzatino di cervo, i canederli, la cotoletta impregnata di olio con patate salatissime) e la quantità (modeste porzioni anche nella pasta vedi pasta al ragù selvaggina) dei piatti.I prezzi in correlazione appaiono così eccessivi ( peraltro fanno pagare anche l' acqua di rubinetto in brocca 2 euro causa anche questo di parecchie proteste sentite in loco). Obbiettivamente un vero peccato

22/07/2025: Dopo una bella passeggiata ci siamo fermati qui. Abbiamo mangiato divinamente. Polenta con i funghi buonissima, tagliatelle con selvaggina meravigliose, carne ottima. Veramente buono

22/06/2025: We went to Al Molin for a quick pizza because we had just arrived in Ziano di Fiemme. The owner found us a table even though it was Saturday and full. Very good pizza, we will be back

16/08/2025: Wonderful place, both Indian and local cuisine. The owners were very kind, offering us a wonderful mountain herb liqueur. I highly recommend it.

24/08/2025: 🇬🇧 The food was truly delicious! 🍕 I ordered a pizza – excellent in taste and also at a great price 👍. The only downside was the service: there were two glasses on the table, one with a crack and the other with a chipped rim, which is unsafe for guests. Also, the ashtray wasn't put away for a long time, even though we don't smoke, and it just took up space on the table. Overall, the food is excellent, but a little more attention to detail and guest safety would have been appreciated. 🇮🇹 The food was absolutely delicious! 🍕 I ordered a pizza – excellent in taste and at a great price 👍. The only point of negativity is the status of the service: on the tavolo c'erano due bicchieri, one with a crepa and the other with the bordo scheggiato, it is not safe for the client. Inoltre, the posenere is not è stateto rimosso a lungo, also he is not fumiamo, and occupava solo spazio sul tavolo. In general, the kitchen is ottima, the sarebbe bello avere più attention to details and all the safety of the clients.

27/07/2025: A great experience during our trip to Val di Fassa. Tasty, plentiful dishes at reasonable prices. A small, family-run restaurant in a simple, traditional setting. I would definitely return. Well done!

17/07/2025: Excellent location. The Leno River flows nearby. I love the gentle sound of the water. Fresh, fresh water. Friendly and helpful staff. Very attentive to your needs. Excellent hospitality. The appetizing menu is affordable for all budgets. An experience worth repeating and recommended to everyone. Excellent. Also a great place for children and seniors.

23/07/2025: Il posto si trova all inizio della vallunga ed è l unico punto di ristoro, di conseguenza è molto frequentato. Il cibo non è commentabile per quanto è scadente ( polenta precotta e preconfezionata con formaggio di plastica e sugo che sapeva di scatola) Non c è servizio, comunque c è scritto però nei periodi di punta si formano code lunghissime. Forse avere qualcuno ai tavoli almeno per i mesi di luglio e agosto non guasterebbe). La toilette è unica per uomini e donne, sporca è dire poco, senza sapone né salviette. Insomma un posto assolutamente da evitare. In vallunga si può fare un picnic oppure è meglio pranzare a nella vicina Selva valgardena.

The owner himself is in charge of the service – top! ———————- My top address for everyday evening wine! Great wines, superb service (thanks Dejan for the advice and the pleasant conversations!)! A 5+ from me! Highly recommended.

26/04/2025: Il Maso è delizioso ristrutturato e curato e le pizze buonissime tutti super cortesi abbiamo atteso un po’ ma ne è valsa assolutamente la pena!!

10/01/2025: Ristorante tipico in agriturismo, con cucina di territorio: pochi piatti in menù ma genuini e autentici. Abbiamo provato una gustosissima e corroborante pasta e fagioli con maltagliati, cremosa e densa al punto giusto, e un eccellente ossobuco stufato con patate al forno. Molto cordiale la proprietaria e il personale di servizio. Un buon posto per far esperienza, senza troppe pretese, dei sapori trentini.

12/07/2025: I'm giving it 5* because I can't rate the tavern, and the owner probably can't help it. Once we got there, we realized we had to pay to enter the castle. We just wanted a quick bite to eat... what a shame.

03/08/2025: We spent two nights at the Pizzeria-Gasthof Stern during the Prad Country Festival. The receptionist was very friendly, and check-in took only a few minutes. The entire staff was also very friendly. The double room with a balcony was beautiful and very clean, with a view of the mountains. The bathroom with a rain shower was exceptional. There was no minibar, and the room had no air conditioning. This wasn't too bad, however, as it was cold and rainy throughout our stay. The day we left, the weather improved. However, in hot weather, the room could become unbearably hot. The breakfast was very good and plentiful, and was constantly refilled. I can't rate the restaurant or pizzeria because we didn't eat there. Overall, we think the inn was absolutely worth the price.

27/07/2025: A restaurant in the center of Prato, with both indoor and outdoor seating, both well-maintained. We've had lunch here twice. The menu features classic South Tyrolean dishes, plus a daily menu with interesting options. The dishes are excellent and portions are generous. The pizzas are also good, light but well-made. Prices are reasonable.
