14/12/2025: Fantastic restaurant, especially for the atmosphere created by the waiters. Natale was certainly the person who made the service truly pleasant. The food was also flawless, with interesting dishes that reflect the typical local cuisine. The prices are affordable (mostly for a table of 14 people, managed by the book, we all had appetizers and main courses, dessert, and coffee, with beer and wine). We spent about €30 each. Even if I had to look for them, I couldn't find any flaws in our experience at this restaurant. If we have the chance, we'll be back!

07/12/2025: Very good and super friendly staff and very fast service

21/11/2025: Our room was on an upper floor and had a view of the lake as well as a small French balcony, large enough to stand on. The hotel was booked by our tour operator for our entire group; we were staying there for an overnight stop. The service was impeccable, and the room was in line with the 3-star category. We would even give it the "S" for Superior, as the furnishings certainly lived up to that standard. The room was clean and of a high quality. Dinner was very good, and breakfast was typical Italian fare, but we were already aware of that. One thing we did notice, however, was that since our room overlooked the lake and the courtyard, it might be advisable to close the windows during the warmer months, as some people aren't always so considerate of their behavior (noise disturbance).

12/11/2025: The food is delicious. The wines are delicious, and the service is fantastic; everyone is incredibly friendly. The waiters remember their customers and know what they need on their next visit. The atmosphere is very pleasant.

25/10/2025: Many of you go to Nadamas for drinks, which is understandable, although you have to be careful. BUT the real discovery is hidden on the last page of the menu... among the desserts, you'll find a surprise: vanilla ice cream with warm berries. The TOP

30/11/2025: Excellent option for a stay in Merano; convenient location, near the train station and just a few minutes from the city center. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast was plentiful, and the staff was very friendly. We ate very well at the restaurant. Highly recommended

After receiving an initial offer to book an apartment (which wasn't even the cheapest one, by the way), the woman consistently refused, not responding to emails, and telling her to call back as soon as she had time, both on WhatsApp and by phone, but in fact never called back. After pursuing her for 10 days to no avail, we decided to change properties.

28/10/2025: The lasagna was cold, and so was the plate. We sent the food back. It came back slightly warm. The wait was too long, and the restaurant was practically empty. We were almost the only customers.
