04/02/2026: Some friends and I, a group of 14, stayed at the hotel for one night for a theater event. We had special needs, such as late-night check-in and parking for a van in addition to our cars. The staff was extremely kind and accommodated all our requests. The rooms were clean, beautiful, and equipped with every comfort. The breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended!

25/02/2026: Three days of pure indulgence – and Aqua was the absolute highlight! We spent a wonderful three-day stay at the Hotel Lago di Garda in Torbole and booked the romantic tasting menu for two at the hotel's Aqua Ristorante twice – once with meat and once with fish. It was by far the most beautiful and impressive culinary experience of our entire Lake Garda trip! The location is perfect: right on the small harbor of Torbole, with a breathtaking, unobstructed view of Lake Garda. Especially in the evenings, when the sun sets and the water shimmers in every imaginable color, you feel like you're in a dream setting. The modern, elegant veranda with its huge panoramic windows makes the whole experience even more intimate and romantic – it couldn't be better! Both tasting menus were a truly explosive culinary journey through the flavors of Lake Garda and Trentino. Every single course surprised and delighted us: freshly caught, regional ingredients, incredibly creatively combined, yet always perfectly balanced in flavor. Sometimes delicate and refined, sometimes intense and bold – and with every bite, you can taste the enormous attention to detail and precision in the kitchen. We were truly amazed by the high level of cuisine – Michelin-star quality, anyone? Besides the exceptional food, the staff was the second major highlight. Our servers were not only extremely friendly, attentive, and warm, but above all, genuinely passionate and highly skilled. Each course was explained with great enthusiasm: the origin of the ingredients, little anecdotes about the dish, and perfect wine pairings – this elevated the experience to a whole new level. You immediately feel welcome, valued, and completely pampered. In short: If you're looking for a truly special, romantic evening with excellent food, a breathtaking view, and outstanding service, Aqua Ristorante in Torbole is the perfect choice. For us, it was the undisputed highlight – we will definitely be back (and are already looking forward to it)!

24/02/2026: We came for my birthday and found the atmosphere private and welcoming. We tried the land tasting and it was fantastic; each dish was a wonderful journey of flavors and tastes. 18/03/2026: Very kind and attentive staff, excellent food with local specialties, an excellent restaurant after an afternoon at the spa, returned this year and surprised by the new management even better than the previous one, super food, friendly and helpful owner, we will definitely be back next year.

16/03/2026: This year, new management has breathed new life into this restaurant's cuisine. We've been coming here for three years, and we've always had a great experience. But since this year, the quality and deliciousness of the dishes have truly improved. The owner is extremely kind and helpful, and makes you feel welcome. The restaurant has remained unchanged, but it's still clean and tidy, and the prices are in line with the excellent quality of the dishes. We'll definitely be back.

25/02/2026: My experience at Macelleria Bonat was simply memorable. As soon as you enter, you immediately realize this isn't a normal "shop": Luigi and Simonetta don't simply sell products, they tell stories through food. Luigi, with his infectious passion and in-depth knowledge of raw materials, takes everyone on a journey of authentic flavors and careful selection. His "non-butcher" vision shines through in every product: every cut, every preparation is the result of respect for the product and for those who will enjoy it. Alongside him, Simonetta enriches the experience with a touch of warmth and authenticity: her culinary creations—from home cooking to desserts—perfectly complement the experience. The tasting I enjoyed was a succession of pleasant surprises, where the attention to detail and the quality of the ingredients are evident in every bite.  This is a place where you don't just buy food, you live an experience: Luigi and Simonetta put heart, expertise, and a genuine joy into what they do. If you love unique, authentic products full of personality, this "non-butcher shop" is truly not to be missed.

04/01/2026: A very beautiful and well-maintained campsite. The pitches offer lovely views, and the comfort pitches are large enough for a caravan with an awning and a car. The sanitary facilities are always very clean (the campsite can't be held responsible for unclean campers). The sauna and infrared cabin can be booked by the hour. Unfortunately, we only visited the restaurant on our last day, so we couldn't enjoy the extremely delicious food more often. The value for money is also very good. We will definitely come back to Camping Antholz.

12/03/2026: A very beautiful and well-kept place, with very pleasant service. The food was truly sensational and of great quality. The only small flaw: the table next to ours was very noisy and at times it was impossible to have a peaceful conversation.

09/03/2026: A disgrace. I've been vacationing in the valley since 1994, and every time I leave, I spend at least €100 on goods at Antonio's butcher shop in Predazzo. On Friday, March 6, I decided to try their much-touted restaurant. I showed up at 7:35 PM without a reservation. They told me there was no room the following evenings, either. I glanced at my calendar and saw that only 7 or 8 tables were booked. Suspicious, I took a look outside an hour and 10 minutes later and saw that there were four tables near the counter. One occupied by a couple, one set but empty, and two not even set. Since it's impossible for anyone to have dined in less than an hour, it means those tables were free or at least reserved for those without reservations. Also because it's not mid-August or Christmas, and I don't see crowded places anywhere. I'm 60 years old and have traveled half the world alone, but only yesterday I received such treatment. Truly a SHAME. Of course, they won't see me anymore, not even at the butcher's shop where I used to take my friends shopping before going home. How sad and disappointing. Photos showing free tables at 8:45 PM. You see, Valeria, as I was saying, I've traveled and I'm of a certain age. Imagining your reaction, I didn't mention that I've made the outside tour three times, the last one at 9:30 PM, and there were always three free tables. And if that's the case, even on Saturday 7/3 in the evening I stopped by three times and the occupied table near the counter was always one, three free, only one of which was set up. So...

03/12/2025: Hand-made tagliatelle with bacon and artichokes, a caponata d'assalto (a ragu) and pallotte cacio e ova (a cheese and egg pasta dish), all heartwarming. We support different teams, but the food is just as good at the table 😂😉

14/11/2025: Typical Roman trattoria! Delicious dishes! Starting with the first courses... Mezze maniche alla carbonara and tonnarelli cacio e pepe, both mouth-watering! Continuing with the fantastic oxtail stew and delicious arrosticini! To conclude, a delicious homemade tiramisu. The service was prompt and attentive! The waitress was very friendly!! We'll definitely be back!! Well done!

11/01/2026: Consistently high quality for decades. Always worth a visit. We order the carne salada every time we go. This time, the strangulapreti and spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino were our first courses – so delicious! For our second course, we had the grilled meat, cooked to perfection. And no meal at Alla Lega is complete without their amazing tiramisu.

08/10/2025: Today we took a beautiful hike to the Tschigg Inn. The innkeeper prepared fresh apricot dumplings for us – an absolute dream! The view from up here is simply breathtaking, and the hospitality exceptional. If you're looking for peace, nature, and authentic cuisine, this is the place for you. We weren't disappointed and wholeheartedly recommend the inn!
