11/10/2025: Unfortunately, we had a somewhat unpleasant experience. We were in the Sexten Mountains during the fall break. We had fond memories of the Kinigerhof restaurant from a previous vacation. We quickly reserved a table for 12 people. Everything was excellent, friendly service, and the food was really good. The bill was in the mid-three-figure range, which was okay for the number of people. Three days later, we tried again and reserved a table for 12 people for 7:00 p.m. Unfortunately, my parents were late and didn't arrive until 8:00 p.m. The rest of the group was there on time. They were rudely insulted at the entrance, saying it was a disgrace and that they would no longer be served. They were denied entry to the restaurant. When I approached the supposed boss about this, after my parents informed me by phone from outside, I was told that they would no longer be served after 8:00 p.m. Furthermore, the host's tone was very inappropriate. We paid for our starters and canceled the main courses. Hospitality looks different!

05/10/2025: Both the osteria and our apartment impressed us greatly! About the apartment: It was very cozy, spacious, and furnished to a high standard – the beds were very comfortable. (In summer, you can also use the beautiful terrace and the cozy outdoor areas.) We didn't miss a thing in the kitchen either, even when we cooked for ourselves! Speaking of food – or rather, the osteria: Even though we were able to cater for ourselves in the apartment, I can highly recommend the osteria – like many others here – for both breakfast and dinner! The varied menu is supplemented daily with two daily specials. Everything was so incredibly delicious that it was difficult for us (in a good sense) to decide what to eat. So, it's best to go there several times and try different dishes ;) The food is not only delicious, but also high-quality and prepared with local ingredients. The dining room is very cozy and designed and decorated with attention to detail. The service and hospitality were consistently very warm, charming, and professional. We would love to come back - and thank you again to the team for the wonderful and relaxing stay we had.

The idea of ​​being able to choose between the traditional menu, curated by the mother, and the more innovative one, created by her son, is wonderful. 19/07/2025: We stayed in the Marchesa Suite and were thrilled. The room is spacious, elegantly furnished in Alpine style with wooden details that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is large and modern. A separate area houses a private sauna cabin for two, a real plus for relaxing after a day of hiking and exploring Trentino. The only small flaw is the room's soundproofing, which isn't the best, and you can sometimes hear noises from neighboring rooms or music from the hallway. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. It is served at your table, with items such as fruit, croissants, strudel, and a selection of other à la carte options, some included and others available for a small supplement. The hotel staff were extremely kind and always attentive to our needs, helping to make our stay even more pleasant. The rooms are clean and well-kept, with a perfect balance between modernity and mountain style. The location is excellent for exploring the area: from here, you can easily reach the city of Trento by car, as well as numerous lakes, castles, and picturesque villages in the surrounding area. A truly pleasant stay, we recommend it to anyone seeking relaxation and comfort in a Trentino setting. Giulio and Giuseppe

10/08/2025: Dear Bar Sparer Team, I recently visited your restaurant with friends, and we generally enjoyed the visit – we were particularly impressed by the friendly service of one of the waiters. Unfortunately, however, we witnessed another employee shout loudly and disrespectfully at this waiter simply because he had accidentally opened the wrong box. This situation was very unpleasant for us as guests to witness – especially since the waiter in question was truly attentive, polite, and dedicated. I sincerely hope that such situations can be better resolved internally in the future, without them taking place in front of the guests. Because good employees deserve support rather than public criticism.

01/08/2025: We were there around 10:00, and only a few tables were occupied. We sat down at a free table. Then the waitress came over and pointedly pointed out to us that only hotel guests were allowed to sit there. "Other side," whatever that meant. We left. Apparently, we weren't welcome. We had breakfast at a different location. With a €10 entrance fee/for the lakeside pool, it's not a recommended place anyway.

04/10/2025: It's very busy at the pizzeria, but the staff is very friendly and has everything under control. She promised us we'd have to wait ten minutes and then she'd have a seat for us. What can I say? We were seated in less than five minutes. The food came out quickly and was delicious. I can only recommend it.
