20/03/2025: We had dinner last night. The food, the staff and the atmosphere were all SUPERLATIVE! Excellent quality products, which differentiate VILLA SELLA from all the other restaurants in Val Gardena!!!! I highly recommend it

12/03/2025: Not really calling yourself a pizzeria, or at least you don't understand what concept of pizza this place represents! When one goes to eat a pizza it is to feel light and not to have to look for the effervescent Brioschi to digest it, from the photos they look like nice pizzas but in reality they brought us 2 bricks, very heavy dough. I do not recommend this place for lovers of "real" pizza.

30/03/2025: We wanted to try a different experience and decided to go to the Augurio restaurant. We took the vegetarian Eleonora menu and therefore the starters were also made vegetarian. Very friendly and nice staff and delicious food, up to expectations. We will gladly return

11/03/2025: Loved this restaurant. Great customer service. Food was very tasteful and delicious. Excellent wine selection too. We will return to try one of their course menu items.

11/11/2024: Cené aquí con amigos en mi primera noche en Torbole, una noche entre semana. Hice una reserva que nos permitió saltarnos la larga fila al frente. El personal era muy amable y extrovertido, nuestro camarero era encantador y hablaba inglés bien. Amplio menú y mesero recomendado vino que resultó ser excelente. El ambiente era agradable a pesar de que el lugar estaba ocupado. La calidad de la comida era muy buena y el precio bastante razonable. Disfruté de un plato sampler con pasta, pollo y un plato pesto, estaba sabroso! En general, una experiencia gastronómica maravillosa.

08/04/2025: Very nice stay in this hotel. I have a gluten-free diet and they cooked me special gluten-free pasta and desserts. The food was really excellent. The skiing weather was not always perfect, but the last day was perfect. The views were gorgeous though. I really recommend perfect health. At night, dry air and heat in the room even through the open window. We couldn't breathe. The only thing that really bothered me was the smell of cigarettes from the smoking lounge, which wafted through the main atrium and reception. Thank you very much for the stay. ❄️

06/04/2025: My name is Moreno Filippone, I stayed with my wife in this hotel for 3 DAYS FROM 3-04-2025 TO 6-04-2025 with great satisfaction, the place is fantastic located at 3212 above sea level with a breathtaking view, I chose a half board accommodation and I must say that I had a wonderful time, the service is excellent, the staff are trained and very capable, with excellent cuisine and the final price is perfectly in line with our expectations, a holiday to be repeated as soon as possible - thank you Moreno Filippone - Bologna

10/04/2025: Not a hipster restaurant and not a star cuisine, but honest Italian home cooking like at la Mama. Few tourists, but many locals - from bankers to craftsmen who come here to eat. In any case, here is the best spaghetti carbonara we know. Mainardo - always worth a visit!

09/04/2025: Very tasty, home-made Italian food away from the tourist hotspots. Great and very friendly service! Clear recommendation if you want to enjoy good, down-to-earth Italian food in Merano! Update: On our second stay in Meran we stopped at the Trattoria Mainardo for lunch again. It was very crowded, but we managed to get a seat without a reservation. The food was again incredibly tasty & the owners are warm and great hosts. Another great recommendation for a delicious Italian meal in Meran.

11/04/2025: We have been coming to this place for several years, mainly for the salted meat (raw and cooked) which is the main dish of the place. Nothing to say about the food, always good. The dumplings aren't bad either, but I've tasted better ones... Sufficient service, but could be improved. What I noticed this year was an increase in prices which lowers the total quality/price ratio... too bad... now the prices are more restaurant-like than trattoria-like.

26/03/2025: Mi spiace ma è stata una esperienza negativa per due motivi: siamo stati accompagnati al tavolo e serviti dall'unica cameriera scortese, in quanto poi le altre con cui abbiamo interagito sono state gentili. A parte questa persona,evidentemente stanca di fare il suo lavoro, abbiamo ordinato due piatti, le cui porzioni non erano assolutamente adeguate al prezzo. Piatti non male , ma nulla di eccezionale.

18/03/2025: Ottima sosta dopo la salita con gli sci. Personale cordiale stra disponibile. Abbiamo bevuto due birre e due bombardini. Prossima volta ci fermeremo per pranzo. Posto stupendo e arredato con cura. Locale riscaldato perfettamente.

05/02/2025: A stay in the Dolomites isn't something you can improvise, especially in winter. Even with advance planning, it's almost impossible to find a hut that's available during the Christmas season. Only two or three accommodations brave the cold season to accommodate the most intrepid—and that was us. We had the privilege of staying at Hofer Alpl from December 26th to 29th, and it was unthinkable that we would leave without writing a report about the experience, as it surpassed everything we could have ever imagined. Hofer Alpl is the essence of Alpine hospitality, where warmth and refinement blend without ostentation. There are no excesses here that would detract from the raw charm of the mountains, but rather a perfect balance between comfort and authenticity. An oasis where you feel appropriately welcomed and the soul of the place is respected. The cuisine, rooted in local tradition, proves unexpectedly refined. Each plate, generous and masterful, speaks elegantly of the region. The service, in turn, is of rare attentiveness, and we would especially like to thank Nora for her kindness and tireless availability. The prices are far from the extravagances one might fear and remain extremely fair given the quality of the experience. The team demonstrates remarkable flexibility, responding to even the smallest needs without ever giving the impression of being overly busy. And then there's the setting. Nature is sovereign, framing the hut in absolute silence.

13/01/2025: Malga che frequentavo spesso, soprattutto prima che venisse ristrutturata. Non é piú una malga é un vero e proprio ristorante, basta vedere la cucina con porte scorrevoli e attrezzatura e mobili in acciaio come nei ristoranti. I prezzi sono lievitati a dismisura, non si puó pensare di spendere € 20 per una cotoletta e patatine fritte o vedere a menu € 7 per un tiramisu, o € 28 per una tagliata... o per lo meno certo che si puó ma non é il tipo di locale che cerco in montagna. Sono nato in Alto Adige e abituato a frequentare l'ambiente alpino con i suoi locali, che raccontano la montagna e la gente che la frequenta, con piatti ricchi di vecchi sapori e genuini, ormai sono sempre meno, e anche la Hofer Alpl non fa piú parte di questo mondo, ma di quello turistico, del ristorante di montagna. Peccato.

23/03/2025: Food was very creative in concept and artful in presentation. Didn’t like the fish dish. They worked around my allergies, but I could tell it was a challenge for them and not something they’re overly excited to have to do for guests. They did go out of their way and try and make gluten-free bread as the packaged options they offered were not very tasty. While the bread was a little bit of a flop. I certainly appreciate the effort. My husband loved the “mold” dish. Wines by the glass were also very good. Service overall was very good, but the timing was off with trying to serve several tables at once multiple courses and we waited over 45 minutes between our last course and dessert. After dessert, they come out with another set of tasty bites to try and send you home with some cookies. Nice touches.

16/03/2025: Exquisite food for foodies. Service was friendly and attentive when available but a little slow. We had to pour our own water and wine sometimes. This doesn't usually bother me, but one excepts top attention for top money paid. Especially for the $150 per person Surprise Menu.

02/04/2025: New favorite place, too bad it's in Rovereto and far from me. Definitely a must-see every time I come to Rovereto. Everything perfect as it should be, from the bread to the meat to the sides and cooking. Fantastic! 😎💪 Coleslaw a little different, adapted but a great common side dish. I absolutely recommend it! And then from what I understand there are also board games!

16/12/2024: Il ristorante gode di molti coperti ed è una delle poche opzioni in zona lago di Garda informata AIC. Dispone di pane e pasta senza glutine. La qualità del cibo direi buona ma non eccellente. Personale molto disponibile e cortese.
