31/03/2025: Food and service were excellent. They had so many options for fish, steak, pizzas and were also vegetarian and vegan friendly. It was impressive how much consideration was given to offering so many options. My well travelled friend said it was the best lamb he’s ever eaten. They have it shipped from Australia. This place did not disappoint at all!! As for the dessert menu, it’s rare to see semi freddo on the menu and they had 3 different types plus other delectable choices. We came here only because it was close to the hotel but so happy to have found this place. I have now marked this place as a favorite anytime I’m passing through the area.

23/03/2025: #solopostidimangio 2025 - Brixen Recently, returning from Germany, I had the pleasure of visiting the Fink restaurant, completely renovated in 2023. I must say that they have maintained a high standard of quality that is difficult to match. Their motto, "Alles neu... so wie früher" or "everything new... as before", perfectly describes the balance they have achieved between tradition and innovation. Located in the heart of the historic center of Bressanone, Fink is a place where the value of tradition opens up to innovation with sustainable thinking and action. 21/03/2025: If architecture beats cuisine - NOT! Tripe soup that doesn't taste like tripe, wine soup that tastes like cinnamon and incense, ok, it can happen! But making the dish of the day so salty that it's inedible... hmmm... that's not really possible. And here it comes: We would have had a fish fried...we didn't want to, sorry. Or a free coffee? Or to choose mini whisks? Really now? If you want to act at this level, then you have to take criticism seriously. But the highlight: The fact that the boss sits two tables away and doesn't think it's worth dealing with the issue is already an indictment...yet she charges the full price...that's brutality. Good night!

15/02/2025: I really like this place. It has hearty Südtiroler Food in a down-to-earth atmosphere. I have been coming here for a couple of years and the food is consistently very very solid. This place is also a centre of the community here in Deutschnofen, with the bowling, the football outside. There are some rooms in the restaurant that are more formal than the area around the bar. One tip - it’s popular so book in advance on a Friday or Saturday night - at all times of the year. If I could make a suggestion for an improvement - have a smoke free area on the terrace/balcony - not everybody wants to have their taste and smell ruined whilst enjoying a sub-downer dinner outside.

25/03/2025: The restaurant offers good food, served quickly, at fair prices. The staff is friendly and personable. The portions are medium, and there is a special working menu. The location is rustically furnished and invites you to linger. The large outdoor area is ideal, especially in summer - with a lawn, tables, benches and a playground for children. Traditional Törggelen is offered in the fall, making the restaurant a great destination at this time of year. Salad buffet included in the workers' menu.

25/03/2025: The place is very nice: a real tavern created from a historic cellar, in short, it is not the usual "false antique" place. With my wife and some friends, we finally ate some excellent local dishes (soups, dumplings, roast meats and desserts)

15/01/2025: Posto trovato su internet ed ero curiosa di provarlo. Purtroppo prenotare prima i posti per mangiare a Bolzano mi è risultato pressoché impossibile per cui ci siamo ritrovati a fare una bella fila anche perché era orario di punta ed anche domenica! Per fare prima ed accorciare i tempi però abbiamo chiesto se potevamo mangiare (visto che c'erano anche già altre persone e che abbiamo notato delle simpatiche coperte per coprirsi). Ampia scelta di piatti per tutti i gusti. I nostri piatti erano tutti buonissimi e presentati molto bene. Porzioni giuste. Servizio cortese, attento anche se non velocissimo. A mio parere leggermente caro, ma giusto di qualche euro. Però lo consiglio!

15/01/2025: Found this place on the internet and I was curious to try it. Unfortunately, booking places to eat in Bolzano in advance proved almost impossible for me, so we found ourselves in a long queue also because it was peak time and also on Sunday! To get there first and shorten the time, however, we asked if we could eat (since there were already other people there and we noticed some nice blankets to cover ourselves). Wide choice of dishes for all tastes. Our dishes were all delicious and presented very well. Right portions. Friendly, attentive service even if not very fast. In my opinion slightly expensive, but just a few euros. But I recommend it!

28/03/2025: A group of six of us went here for a late lunch whilst spending a fantastic week skiing. Were not expecting too much really, but it was great. Dealt with one vegetarian and a coeliac, me well. Our waiter, Jeff I think was really attentive - so thank you!

Highly recommended stop ❤️ a nice walk from Sutrio and you can arrive in 10 minutes.. nice choice of grappa for the return walk 😎 we'll see you again for the next holidays and thanks again ❤️

27/02/2025: Friendly staff, fast and attentive service, avoid rush hours and you will enjoy the food and service to the fullest. The venison with polenta is excellent and the tagliatelle with mushrooms are really good. The desserts are a must try. Excellent value for money

19/02/2025: Una piacevole scoperta , da quando arrivi e c’è il pane con burro più buono e tutto prosegue a livello altissimo, un esperienza culinaria meravigliosa, bravi !!!!

14/02/2025: We stumbled upon this place, but we're glad we did. The dinner was excellent. The service and atmosphere was very nice, more of a fine-dining vibe than many of the other local restaurants. The food was very good too. We especially enjoyed the veal tomahawk. It comes out slightly undercooked on a sizzling hot slab.

09/03/2025: I ordered a portion of grilled chicken breast with vegetables and potatoes, tortellini with ham, a cheese platter, and for dessert a lava cake and crème brûlée. Very tasty, very fast and very nice atmosphere.

13/04/2025: Stopped by for dinner while traveling. Really large menu with a wide choice of dishes for restaurants and pizzerias. Well prepared food with fresh ingredients. Generous portions, very clean rooms and welcoming and courteous staff. Definitely recommended.

30/03/2025: In the specific case of this activity I would have liked to add a star because as good as here, from all points of view it hasn't happened in a long time, welcome with greetings and smiles from all the staff, excellent menu, beautiful and typical place and furnishings and the taste of the food worthy of note. Another plus is the excellent gluten-free management. We will be back and not alone.

12/01/2025: Every year we regularly eat in Dorf Tirol at Pizzeria Burggräfler. You always enjoy the food, the ambiance and the extremely friendly service. We are already looking forward to our next holiday.

11/12/2024: We had dinner there on three evenings in early November. No matter what dish, pizza, spare ribs or pasta... everything is a dream. The owner couple are perfect hosts. You come as a stranger and feel like you are with friends. We got a lot of tips for the region. Anyone who is a guest in Dorf Tirol should have eaten here. We'll be back
