14/08/2025: We had the tasting menu with wine pairing which we had already two years ago. The food was delicious and the wine was very tasty. But compared to two years ago it wasn’t as exclusive. Each course was very tiny and it wasn’t properly explained to us. Overall, we had expected more for € 200.

21/08/2025: We had a fantastic meal here: great food, generous portions, unfussy service, great value! Everything we tasted was delicious: appetizer, seasonal specials of truffle pasta and fungi risotto, and a seasonal deserts of Macedonian melon with lemon gelato. Highly recommended.

21/06/2025: I chose a pizza from the extensive menu. It was very tasty and the prices were very reasonable (Margherita under €8, Calzone under €12). A bit of an unusual spot, but worth a visit.

03/09/2025: Always a guarantee! Every time we come to the valley, it's a must! I'm so grateful for the honesty of the owner, who refunded us €50 that we'd accidentally overpaid on the bill. Shout out to the Sardinian staff!

28/08/2025: We stopped by chance and found a great place to eat. Excellent quality (the dumplings were excellent), and the staff were friendly and helpful. We'll be back before we leave to try the pizza, which looks delicious just by looking at it. Congratulations!

30/07/2025: The view is great, the ambiance is very nice. The food was delicious, but unfortunately, the portion was extremely small. I had spare ribs, and they were really small, too. It came with a small bowl of coleslaw...that's not OK...if I come back from eating hungry, it just doesn't work, especially considering the price-performance ratio, as it wasn't cheap.

17/08/2025: Superb place with a beautiful view. The staff was very friendly. The primi were also very good. A sharing platter was very good, but a little pricey. The glass of Pinot Noir at 8 euros was also a bit steep. I recommend this place without hesitation.

13/08/2025: I have been recommending the Winkelkeller for a long time. I saw the wild and romantic garden as I was driving past. I'm told the food is excellent. It looks the same in these great photos, too, the ladder cart with the flowers on the other side as an advertising service... the natural vegetable garden, I assume, not far from the kitchen. See you soon, I'm coming for dinner. Today I took guests who asked me in the town centre where there was something to eat to your place. The garden was very full, but they went in. I also stopped by briefly to see if it's really that nice at your place. Yes, Holladero, it's a lovely place, including you, you're really a lovely bunch. Now I know that it was worth advertising for you for so many years. I'm really looking forward to eating at your place myself; I was in a bit of a hurry today. Bye, in the meantime.

08/08/2025: Great view, close to trekking and via ferrata. The apartment is spacious, clean, the kitchen is very well equipped.

19/07/2025: We stayed in the Marchesa Suite and were thrilled. The room is spacious, elegantly furnished in Alpine style with wooden details that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is large and modern. A separate area houses a private sauna cabin for two, a real plus for relaxing after a day of hiking and exploring Trentino. The only small flaw is the room's soundproofing, which isn't the best, and you can sometimes hear noises from neighboring rooms or music from the hallway. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. It is served at your table, with items such as fruit, croissants, strudel, and a selection of other à la carte options, some included and others available for a small supplement. The hotel staff were extremely kind and always attentive to our needs, helping to make our stay even more pleasant. The rooms are clean and well-kept, with a perfect balance between modernity and mountain style. The location is excellent for exploring the area: from here, you can easily reach the city of Trento by car, as well as numerous lakes, castles, and picturesque villages in the surrounding area. A truly pleasant stay, we recommend it to anyone seeking relaxation and comfort in a Trentino setting. Giulio and Giuseppe

26/08/2025: We dined on the restaurant terrace. Excellent food and impeccable service in a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The price was more than reasonable. There's no menu; the waiters display the daily specials at the table. When booking, we asked over the phone if a vegetarian option was available, a request that was kindly and graciously accommodated.

25/08/2025: Wonderful ambiance, great food, and atmospheric rooms. Ideally located near the A22 motorway, but a bit noisy with the windows open. We'll be back for dinner and overnight stays. The only, but also annoying, criticism: the beds are too hard; you can almost feel the metal springs. A 6cm thick thermal foam mattress would greatly improve this.

21/08/2025: The food and drinks were served quickly and were delicious. The service was very friendly, and they quickly arranged a table. You sit in a beautiful and quiet courtyard, which is very hidden and easy to miss. All in all, a very pleasant dining experience, and nothing stands in the way of a return visit.
