08/12/2025: Wonderful experience. 🥰 Before entering this restaurant, I had a bad experience elsewhere, where I felt left out. Here, however, I immediately felt welcomed, pampered, and truly the center of attention. The service was impeccable, attentive to every detail. The dishes were delicious, carefully prepared with great passion by Chef Aldo Tiboni. The atmosphere was made even more pleasant by the relaxing music. One detail that particularly struck me was the final gesture: the chef personally opening the door for you, welcoming you with a smile. It's precisely these small gestures that make the difference, and they are priceless. Here, you can sense a true balance between the quality of the product and that of the service. 17/11/2025: We dined at Il Ritratto di Aldo Tiboni and had a truly wonderful evening. The kitchen clearly works with high-quality ingredients and great care. The pasta was particularly outstanding: the menu listed spaghetti carbonara, but since they had run out of fresh spaghetti that evening, we were informed and served linguine instead. This wasn't a drawback at all – rather, it's a sign that everything is prepared fresh. The dish was absolutely delicious. The seafood pasta was also very well prepared: fresh mussels and clams, all clean and perfectly balanced in flavor. The fish course was good, if not exceptional – solid quality, rich sauce. The dessert – a white chocolate mousse – was a real highlight: light, creamy, and absolutely delicious. To be fair, I should also mention that I found a fishhook in my fish soup. This can happen with this type of fish, and I spotted it early on. You would have noticed it in your mouth anyway – so it wasn't a real problem. We ended up having a good laugh about it with the chef. In fact, the owner not only cooks himself, but also personally collects payment from each table at the end and says goodbye. There was only one person working in the front of house that evening – and although there aren't many tables, it was quite busy. Despite this, everything was friendly, calm, and well-organized. That deserves respect. The restaurant's prices are absolutely fair for the quality, the portion sizes, and the personal touch. A very pleasant evening – we'll gladly return.

16/09/2025: After a strenuous climb, we reached the hut in the rain. Due to the weather, we extended our stay by one night. We were very pleased with the facilities and, above all, the delicious and plentiful food. The hut's host family welcomed us warmly, and we felt very comfortable.

06/10/2025: A place I will always hold in my heart. After a wonderful walk through the mountains and the beautiful meadows surrounding them, we arrived at our destination, at over 2,000 meters above sea level, with a breathtaking view awaiting us. Markus is an incredible host; he welcomed us and spoiled us in every way! He even took us on a short tour of his cellar; such a marvel at over 2,000 meters is incredible, so beautiful and filled with wines from all over the world. All the dishes were fabulous; I will never forget the Kaiserschmarren, the best I've ever had!

10/09/2025: Exceptional pizza, with a long leavening time, and you can see it (and taste it!). Many unique flavors to try, and even the classic Margherita doesn't disappoint! We loved it. An excellent option for those looking for a good pizza by the slice, to eat in or take away.

06/09/2025: Forno Urbano is an interesting establishment in the center of Trento. They serve delicious, reasonably priced pizza slices. The space is small and the service is friendly. I visit them every time I'm in Trento.

22/10/2025: A highlight for us whenever we're in the area. The pizza is simply amazing, that's what pizza should taste like! Pleasant service, lovely atmosphere, and I always look forward to the panna cotta the most! We'll be back!

07/09/2025: Magnificent view, warm welcome, and great comfort. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the food is excellent and varied, and you have everything you need to plan your skiing days. Even with young children who are beginners, your days are easy to organize, as the ski school and ski lifts are right outside the hotel. We have never been disappointed!

12/10/2025: Everything was fully booked on a Saturday evening at 6 p.m. in October, but the two of us managed to get a small table next to the bar. Great food, fast and friendly service, but the proximity to the bar was a bit uncomfortable, as some of the bar drinkers were quite loud and took up a lot of space.

05/11/2025: A beautifully situated alpine pasture with breathtaking views! We've been coming here regularly for years, combining it with a lovely hike of about 1 hour and 15 minutes from the Rosskopf cable car mountain station to the pasture. A fantastic terrace where you can soak up the sun and lose track of time. Delicious South Tyrolean cuisine, especially shepherd's macaroni! The friendly service makes every visit a truly memorable one, leaving us eagerly anticipating our next trip!
