03/09/2024: We camped here on the meadow with a nice farmer and were blown away. The place is a bit remote but can be easily reached by car. This means you can quickly get to Bolzano or go hiking. The food was delicious and a visit to the observatory was also fantastic. In the morning you can get rolls and bread, which was also very tasty. I would definitely stop by again

10/08/2024: Beautiful refuge on the Fai della Paganella side, reachable either by chairlift from Santel or on foot from the Dosson refuge

07/08/2024: Nice refuge, large and with a beautiful outdoor space. Good food. Certainly prices appropriate to the location, taking into account that we are in a refuge, albeit well structured, in the mountains.

11/06/2024: A nice little restaurant by the road, we can eat outside which is nice but quite noisy due to the proximity of the road. The pizzas are delicious and the waiting staff (a lady) spoke a perfect English. Very good!

18/08/2024: Great hotel especially for families and couples at Dolomites region. Breakfast here is amazing and the location is perfect to visit if you have a car. I definitely recommend this hotel for someone who wants visit Dolomites region by car with their family.

09/08/2024: Restaurant is in a beautiful park of Laurin hotel. After two weeks with Tirolian food, we miss a good steak. This place is perfect opportunity for that. The service is efficient and kind. It is expensive but we left very satisfied.

20/08/2024: All fantastic, recommended to everyone especially those with children. Comfortable, clean rooms, very friendly staff, large spaces for children to play, excellent pool and relaxation area. Excellent restaurant, breakfast with breathtaking views. We were fully satisfied, the only suggestion I would give is to put some more hooks in the bathroom to hang bathrobes and various towels. Highly recommended!

20/08/2024: Let's start by saying that the location of this campsite is great. Furthermore, the website, the name (resort) and especially the prices give the impression that it is a top place, but we were very disappointed. Now we are perhaps too spoiled with campsites such as Caravanpark Sexten, Zugspitz resort and Alpencamping Nenzing, but we paid 190 euros per night for a comfort (just standard) camping pitch with 2 adults and 1 son of 15. This is a last minute rate at beautiful so high again. We knew that and we are happy to pay these kinds of absurdly high prices if everything is correct. In general, we dare to say that it lacks finesse and attention. The sanitary facilities are clean but dated. In the second toilet building you shower in the bathwater of your predecessor because drainage and drainage are not sufficiently arranged. Swimming pool and wellness are fun and mainly aimed at families with younger children. Attention was also lacking here, a lot of peeling plasterwork, tile joints, tiles were much too slippery and strange anyway, but in the week we were there there was a lamp that should be under water on the edge of the bath with the wiring simply in the water. You saw everyone looking like mmm, is this safe, but like the rest, we just trusted it. Last but not least, the underground play area is great fun for younger kids, but this campsite is certainly ordinary if you combine it with the price and therefore 3 out of 5 points.

23/07/2024: Place discovered by chance, from the outside it seems like a restaurant with few pretensions but instead it turned out to be a nice surprise. Excellent dishes, quality, friendly and helpful service, typical environment. Excellent value for money.

07/08/2024: See nice restaurant that looks like a residential building. Beautiful location, surrounded by lots of greenery. The menu was rather small, but nice! The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly and always tried hard. 11 out of 10

09/08/2024: The place is pleasant, at midday the food is reasonably good and some second courses are excellent, very plentiful, many workers stop by at midday and are very satisfied, but also many different guests, very kind staff, excellent prices!

16/08/2024: The worst Service that I have ever had in my life. I got charged double on my Credit Card for drinks I had at Hotel genziana. When I noticed this a couple of days later i wrote an email. They did not reply. I decided to call them. At the telephone they Said I need to resend the email and they will reply me. They did not reply. When I called back the Lady on the telephone was so annoyed and just Basta finito and hung up on me. It has been 3 weeks now with 3 emails and no replies. 4 phone calls from Germany to Italy which costed me about 5€. I Never received the money back. The Service at the hotel is terrible.
